Clean (excellent housekeeping for 3rd floor), situated in a quiet residential area. Excellent air con in rooms and thankful for the small fridge to cool our water bottles- it was VERY hot outside! Easy parking in hotel carpark at approx €11-12/day. Easy walk to city park shopping centre or can drive there in 5 mins and park for 3 hours for free.

Nothing major at all. It is a great hotel at the price. Not central but a few blocks to tram or get a bus. Wanted to extend stay but one staff member said they couldn’t, so went back later and asked another staff member who extended stay instantly (we wanted to stay in the same room). Missed tea/coffee making facilities in room but seems to be the norm.

I liked the staff and their level of English proficiency, we communicated without any problems. The parking lot is spacey and safe just in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is varied. There is a handy playing room for little children. We had some special requests in terms on early checkin and the type of room, and the property made sure all our demands were met, so once again thank you for that! The town centre is 15 minutes walk away from the hotel which is great.

The room seemed quite clean at first sight, but all of us are allergic to dust and the floors were rather dusty. For a person with no health difficulties it would be fine, but for people with respiratory problems this proved to be a bit problematic. Also, the pillows were a bit bland and flat so we had to improvise a bit.

Everything was as we desired. The hotel parking is nicely situated in front of the hotel and in between buildings. A very professional lady at the reception gave us a very warm welcome and explained in detail everything we needed to know about our stay, room and the hotel. Enjoyed at the bar an excellent local Puntigamer beer which was recommended by a very professional lady at the bar. The entrance, lobby, reception desk, bar, shop and restaurant are very nicely designed and arranged. The room and bathroom are very tidy and perfectly clean. The beds are very comfortable, the linen is good quality and the towels are soft. Slept like a baby. :) The breakfast is so perfect that you have to experience it yourself. The girl at the reception at check-out professionally explained all details regarding our hotel bill prior to payment. I will definitely come again as soon as I am in that part of Austria. Location is quite close to the old town but the area around of the hotel isn’t a district you would like to live in. Also at night a bit noisy from the traffic (a big road in 100 meters from hotel). The room has minimum space. The was good. But when we have arrived the room was smelled with smoke. This smell of smoke was there for 2 days we stayed. Parking costs 11 eur per day. Its the same price as to park at the street on Monday-Friday. Parking at weekend on the street is free of charge.

Room condition. Noisy road nearby. The district doesn’t look like it is safe and comfortable to be here at late evening.

Good location, close to city centre, lots of parking space for cars. Room was really large, decent beds and surprisingly comfortable pillows. Good breakfast with nice selection of food, cereals and fruits. Incredible climbing facility in the same building! My kids loved it.

Lights in the room were a little weird, kind of "all or nothing". The most annoying thing was that the upper part of the bathroom wall mas made of glass, so if you wanted to go the bathroom while others were asleep, the bathroom lights would shine brightly in the whole room. Very odd idea... Also, the TV was really small and could be upgraded to something more modern and larger / easier to watch.

Room is clean, hotel in generally is very nice and well taken care of. Staff was great! It's some 20 minutes on foot from Jakominiplatz and Hauptplatz, and 4-5 stations by bus from Jakominiplatz. Very reachable.

Only bad thing was that when we booked we had 'free parking', and upon arrival we had to pay additional cca 11.50EUR/day for parking. Having in mind that one hour in that area costs 2EUR, it's not bad, but giving wrong informations to guests before reservation is not fair.

The hotel is not far away from the center and is within a walking distance. The staff is super nice. Very friendly and polite people!! The room was very spacious, clean and warm. The breakfast exceeded my expectations (for an Austrian/German breakfast). Reaching the hotel by car was super easy. The parking is very comfortable.

Good location- 30mins walking distance to the city centre. Parking available (addtional charge). Breakfast with good options. Small bar, so there an option for a drink. Good for a stopover with an option to see a bit of Graz.

Room was big, stuff, clean, heating...

The scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs with pork was too close and we found pieces of pork in "clean" scrambled eggs...even not labeled...separating and precize labeling for pork and non pork food is not fixed... people can move label for turkish ham easily to another ham place and confuse people.

Very good breakfast. Cozy cool rooms with bunk beds fun for kids. Amazing climbing area in the hotel (small area for kids is free and for the large one the hotel guests get 30% discount). Parking in fronf (additional payment of 11.90 per day) and bus stop near by. Kids play area in front.
