Our recent stay at the AC Innsbruck Hotel was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The staff's professionalism and hospitality were exceptional, with special mention to Deniz at reception who provided remarkable service. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious room on the 14th floor, offering breathtaking views of both the city and mountains. The room itself was well-equipped with excellent soundproofing, efficient air conditioning, and good water pressure. The hotel's location proved perfect for exploring Innsbruck and its surroundings, just a 10-minute walk to the old town and well-connected to public transport (with a complimentary 7-day pass included in our stay). The breakfast buffet was a daily highlight, offering an impressive variety of high-quality foods and beverages. While the hotel offers convenient underground parking with direct access, do note it comes at an extra cost and spots cannot be reserved. Additional amenities include a sauna and gym, though we didn't get to try these during our stay.

Breakfast was delicious, variety was good, hot food wasn’t warm which was a shame. The staff were pleasant and helpful at reception and in the restaurant. Hotel is clean, great atmosphere and our room on the 14th floor was perfect with an amazing view over Innsbruck. Over all I’d recommend and stay again at this hotel. It’s walking distance to so much including the train station and the bus and tram stop is right out the front of the hotel.

Food not hot at breakfast. The wooden floor in our room got dirty and wet easy when we came in after being in the snow etc, a mat inside the door near hanging area would be helpful.

It was my second time in your hotel - in general I always enjoyed very good location of the hotel, good parking and great view from the window. But what made my stay each time to a very pleasant and nice experience it was very professional approache of Mr. Deniz in the reception. He has really - I think - become to a "brand" of your hotel and has very significant contribution to the good mood, spirit and feeling of your guests in the reception. I would also mention and thank for the service of Mr. Lorenz at the breakfast, I perceive him as a "stille, verlaessliche Kraft" in your team.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The location of hotel very good. I loved the view of the mountains. The room was spacious and comfortable to sit in. I loved the fact they had an empty fridge so that I could keep my drinks etc cold.

I found the bed too hot during the night it has some sort of feather cover over the mattress pillows ok. Bathroom very good but no makeup mirror and the lights too bright over the mirror. Breakfast good but the cooked eggs were always cold and dry unless you had a boiled egg. The cupboards would have been better if they had doors I didn’t like everything I put in there by being on display.

Location of the hotel is excellent - close to the city centre, accessible by car (car park below the hotel is available), great view of the mountains around the city. Nice staff, wide selection for breakfast, clean hotel.

We got a free upgrade for a room with better view - but unfortunately with one double bed instead of the booked twin beds. This would have been fine, we accepted the room, but in the end the bed was quite uncomfortable (worn-out mattress trembling for every small movement). Coffee, tea and sugar in the room seemed a bit old, and only refilled when asked.

Great location close to old town and the Christmas markets. Staff were very helpful and gave us great directions. We had tea in the afternoon before leaving in the lounge and it was very nice. Our room had great Mountainviews.

We were unable to come Saturday because ALL transportation out of Germany was closed due to a blizzard. We had to book another room in Munich, so we paid for 2 hotels for one night. We asked for a refund from the Marriott and were turned down. I feel they could have offered us dinner or lunch as a concession to paying for 2 nights and only using one. We did not have a choice of coming Saturday, German government forbid any transportation. We lost money on train tickets and had to take a bus. Very costly weekend!

We had an excellent stay at the AC Hotel in Innsbruck. The location was perfect, 15 minutes by bus from the airport which stopped right outside the hotel and the railway station is only 5 minute walk down the road. The lounge area and restaurant are both comfortable and spacious and the breakfast in the morning was lovely with loads of choice to suit everyone. We did have dinner one evening in the hotel which was very good. The bedrooms are spacious with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. There is also a spa area with sauna and steam room which was a bonus. However, the staff at the hotel deserve a special mention as they were all extremely friendly and willing to help in any way, from reception, the bar and restaurant. For example we had a question about a specific local ski resort which I put to our waitress at breakfast, who wasn't sure, so brought the chef from the kitchen to our table who was extremely friendly and helpful. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

This lovely hotel is located in the heart of Innsbruck! Couple of minutes walking to the Maria Theresien Street and Nordkette. Surrounded by lots of shops, cafes and restauraurants and even casino. Easy way out to the highway. Underground garage close to the hotel with reasonable prices. The rooms was very spacious and perfectly clean. we were upgrated to the 12 floor with the fantastic view on the town. The breakfast was very good with reach choice for every taste, including vegans. The staff is perfect, super nice and helpful. The hotel has gym and spa, but we handn't enjoy it. Super recommended, we'll definetly be back. Enjoy!

Well located hotel at a modern standard of comfort. The room was very large, to the point of the understated decor feeling almost spartan. Nevertheless the bed was large and comfortable, and there was also a nice table and good chairs. Decent shower in a large bathroom. Good and varied breakfast with many delicious options both savoury and sweet, and a pleasing variety of drinks. Great location. The hotel is in a not-very-busy part of the city, so it's nice and quiet, but it's still only a 5 minute walk from the main train station, and also a short stroll from the city centre.

The room is equipped with a decent TV, but the setup to connect a phone for casting was a little convoluted. The AC was quite loud and clicked on and off very frequently and in short bursts, which was very distracting. It felt like it was badly regulated somehow, but changing the set temperature or fan speed didn't fix the problem.

Excellent location that was walking distance from train station and to the old town area. The staff were some of the best we had encountered. Special thank you to Anna - the best check in we have ever encountered. We were a little early and were given an upgrade, with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and over the city. The room was spacious, very clean with comfortable bed, good bathroom and amenities and importantly fast wifi. There is a fitness room as well as a sauna and steam room. Would definitely stay here again. Nice way to end our travels in Austria.

Maybe breakfast a little pricey but great bakery/cafes close by.
