The Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the centre of town and the river is close by. There are Cafes and eateries close by too. The Breakfast was good but last year you were offered cooked Eggs as well. The standard was not as good. Had the management changed? The room was good but not really what we ordered. We have stayed at this Hotel several times. We would recommend.

The smaller room and a side view of the mountains. A Bay Window Room is nicer and gives the room a bigger look. You can sit in it and look out at the view of the mountains and river.

Room was upgraded, plenty of space. Breakfast was over the top. Location was central to all we wanted to see. Staff was extremely accommodating.

If coffee or tea would be always available or in room.

Right from the first moment we walked into the hotel we felt 'at home'. The reception team (and all other members of staff we met) were happy, helpful and very comfortable explaining the hotel facilities, and also suggesting things to do whilst in Innsbruck. The room was comfortable and cool, the bathroom was clean and newly refurbished, added to which the common areas and other facilities were top class. Breakfast was extensive, varied and good quality. The real highlight of our stay was nevertheless the staff, all of whom were great!

I booked Economy Double Room with Air Conditioning. Staff were very friendly and always had a smile. :) The room was small, but it had a decent layout with the small space. A taller or larger individual may find the bathroom tight/small. It was very clean. The hotel is centrally located. Air conditioning worked well, but it was loud.

I could hear sounds and muffled voices from guests who were in the rooms next to my room. I could almost understand what they were saying. Air conditioning fan was loud. I wish there was more hooks or a bigger towel rack to hang towels in bathroom. Bathroom uses glass walls and door so it is not sound proof or smell proof.

Good location, great staff making a very good first impression. My room was originally reserved in the top floor with less room for someone my height. The receptionist was able to change that and give us a regular room, on her own initiative. Very nice!

The only thing that we didn’t like was the fact that the parking garage was undergoing some construction work and was very hard to get into. This was not anything the hotel could influence and they warned us in advance by an email as soon as they knew about the construction work.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Innsbruck city. Close to most attractions with lots of good restaurants around the area. Very good service and assistance by the entire hotel staff especially from reception and restaurant. Outstanding breakfast buffet with excellent choices especially from the fruit section. Very clean and modern looking rooms. Definitely recommended for expecting guests

All was perfect except perhaps the room size which is more on the smaller end compared to similar 4* hotels. Look at the backyard not very attractive. No water kettle in the room but you can ask and it will be provided by the reception

Hotel is in a good location just on the edge of the historic old town. The main train station is around 15 minutes walk and there are bus and tram stops within a few steps of the hotel. The old town is just a walk around the corner The hotel staff we encountered were all very helpful and provided good local information and restaurant recommendations Our room was a good size with sufficient storage for a couple of days. A fridge is provided and air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was compact, but good to have the choice of bath or shower, especially after a long day walking around. The bed was large and very comfortable. We arrived before check in but were able to store our luggage securely which was appreciated.

The shower temperature was a little temperamental, but mostly all good.

The staff were stars! Absolutely the most welcoming and hospitable I’ve experienced in Austria and some of the finest on all my stays on the continent. Nothing was a problem and questions were answered professionally with a smile every time! The room was fabulous. Spacious, spotless and immaculate. Bed was amazingly comfortable and I slept like a log, especially with the invaluable air conditioning - mid 30C when I stayed. The bathroom was a great size with powerful shower and immaculate again! Breakfast selection was amazing. So much selection of local produce and food to suit every taste. Staff in the breakfast were mega kind and again, nothing was a problem. Location was unbelievably convenient round the corner from the main sights and you could see the River Inn from the room with majestic mountains to top it off!

The location in unbeatable: in the center but looking outside, meaning that the hotel can easily be reached by taxi or car. In addition the "Altstadt" underground parking is just opposite the hotel, providing an ideal parking option. The breakfast was superb, with lots of options for sweet and salty tastes. Omelettes were available on request and were prepared with extreme care. The room, albeit small, was very well designed and looked almost new. The bathroom was compact but very well laid out, managing to accommodate a large shower.

Major: The breakfast at 29Eur per person per day was overpriced in our opinion, albeit of excellent quality. Minor: The room was a bit small for the price. We would have like a few extra square meters. The bathroom door needs a bit of adjustment, as it could not be fully closed, leaving a gap of about a centimeter. While this was not a problem for us, it could be for more privacy-conscious travellers.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is advertised as one that includes parking, then mentions “discounted fare” at nearby parking lot. Upon arrival we had discovered the parking lot in question is about 150 meters away, which is a problem when it’s raining with nowhere to comfortably stop the car and take off the luggage. The lot in question is 22 euros for 24 hours, with the hotel only being able to provide a discount to to 18 euros for that period of time.
