The hotel is lovely and is situated in a central location. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were lovely and accamdating . The breakfast was lovely, especially the freshly squeezed juice.

The towels were new, which was great but should of been washed first as they left fluff everywhere. Staff should make customers aware that the sauna is mixed and people can be completely naked . I would recommend that there is a booking system for the sauna facilities to avoid customers feeling uncomfortable. We loved the vending machines, but they should take notes as we didn't always have coins.

High quality, modern and nicely designed rooms with a natural wood touch. Beds were very comfortable! Staff members were very friendly. Breakfast was included in our rate and was served in a cozy wood-paneled room. It was excellent. Main dishes (eggs, pancakes, waffles) could be ordered á la carte and the rest taken from a buffet. Wide selection of ripe fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice available. Location was also good with just a 10-12 minute walk to the central part of town.

We have no complaints. Parking is perhaps a bit expensive.

Beautiful clean rooms, very comfortanle beds, air conditiong (important in Innsruck's summer!) and very friendly and helpful staff.

The drapes don't fully close in the bedroom, allowing too much sunlight in. The windows face the street which was a bit noisy. The fitness room (that has 2 fitness devices only) cannot be used, it is placed near the sauna and has no air conditioning, so it's about 40C before you start the workout, and you're making noise for the sauna folks.

Breakfast was great! Transit pass was very helpful, and the train around town was easy to use. Also liked having on-site parking.

The air conditioner shut off automatically after approximately 5 hours and had to be started again. This was an issue overnight because the room got warm when the air conditioner was off, and I woke up overnight each night and turned the air conditioner on again, so sleep was disrupted each night. Also, I would recommend adding a mini fridge in each room.

Very warm and gave a beautiful Austrian flavor. Was a 5 minute walk from the bahnhof and 10 mins to the Alstadt. We decided to have dinner in the hotel rather than return out into the cold (22F) and wind, and we were welcomed with a fabulous dinner, wine and an exceptional dessert. The staff went out of their way to make the evening.

Our room had a beautiful bay window which faced the main road. Not being able to adjust the heat in the room, we need to open the windows which made the room loud due to the public transit (street cars). However, transit stopped late in the night but began again before 5am.

The room we got was vary spacious and probably renovated. We liked the breakfast and all the staff was very helpful.

They weren't cleaning properly everyday, but when we complained, they cleaned it right away and we also got complimentary gifts. I'm saying this to give credit to the management of the hotel for taking care of our issue immediately.

Three nights here during a lengthy rail trip through parts of Europe, three nights we greatly enjoyed at a location within easy walking distance of the Station. Staff were very helpful, the room excellent, as was breakfast, and the bed very comfortable and warm. We would be more than happy to stay there again; in our opinion, a hotel providing five star quality at four star prices!

We very much enjoyed our stay in the hotel:) The room was clean and very spacious, with a beautiful view over the mountains, the staff was super friendly and the location was perfect.

We had a balcon and view towards the inner yard, not towards the street and we could see the mountains from our window. Location is near public transport or about 15 min by foot (max) away from altstadt. They gave us a welcome card (for staying 3 nights) which covered public transport and a cable car to Oberperfuss mountain. Breakfast was quite rich and good quality. The staff was very kind, helpfull and welcoming. Room was large enough, also the bed was large and they cleaned every day. We were fully satisfied. Highly recommended! 5 stars!
