good location near the heart of the city and a km walk from the train station. our room was large with a bed each for three of us. bathroom was also a good size with a good shower.

A noisy nearby bar till late night. A mouse under our table in the breakfast restaurant, informed to a staff but perhaps she didn’t understand English. A rude man in the swimming pool area shouted loudly at my 24 year old daughter to get out instead of informing her politely the closing hour of the pool!

The location was central and the wellness facilities are spot on with the amazing view from the rooftop jacuzzi. Staff at front desk were very helpful with all my inquiries; restaurant to eat, checking the public transport route for my onward journey and offering an umbrella for my snowy morning stroll into the city! And breakfast was superb too.

Unfortunately my one night stay was a short nights sleep! Although my room was very comfortable it was overlooking the courtyard to the side of the property, where a noisy bar was open till late with customers spilling outside. So I didn’t get to sleep until well after midnight. The following morning I was awoken to the horrendous sound of metal containers being pushed over a cobbled pavement. I believe on and off loading of laundry. Disappointingly a short nights sleep.

We were at the hotel last in 2019. It looked like they made a few changes since then, all of them for the better. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was amazing. Huge, deep bathtub and the toilet was in a room of its own - a great set-up. The bed and sheets made it hard to get up every morning. Breakfast was outstanding - huge selection and everything we tried was very good.

Very minor concerns, but one of the elevators was having issues (I can only assume the only reason it wasn’t quickly repaired was because it was Christmas Day) and the toaster in the breakfast room was broken the last day our stay - a bummer because I was hooked on the crazy good waffles I had been warming up in it every day and had to forgo them…

Great location, super clean, wonderful breakfast, terrific amenities including steam room, hot tub, sauna, pool and robe and slippers.

We couldn’t control the room temperature and it was very hot (in the winter). The dining staff were very friendly but the front desk and bar staff were not customer service oriented. For example, the bar was totally empty one evening and we asked if we could buy wine from the bar and eat the pizza we had purchased next door (there was no food available in the hotel) and were rudely told “no”. We initially thought he was joking because he was so rude but he wasn’t. When we asked the front desk if there was someplace we could go he told us to eat it in our room. A simple “I’m sorry” or kind denial would have been nice from either of them.

The hotel was spacious and nicely decorated. It was very clean and the facilities swimming pool sauna were good. The staff lacked lustre and were not interacting with the guests. It was more clinical than anything else. The rooms were nice. The breakfast was okay. It could be better with more variety. In fact it did not make me feel I wanted to go up for seconds. Would I stay there again emmmm I don't think so mainly because of the staff that seem unapproachable.

The clinical feeling of the staff. You hesitate whether to ask them a question. You have to say good morning first otherwise they would walk straight past you.

Overall. the hotel is fantastic, the rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The area with the pool, sauna, etc. is perfect for a moment of relaxation, being the cherry on the cake is the outside bathtub with incredible views. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We arrived with a handicapped person and the consequent EU parking permit, and when we asked at reception they told us that we should park in the private parking because it was not allowed to do it outside. We later found out that it was allowed and more convenient for him. It is a very specific detail, but we would have appreciated having that information correctly.

Spacious room, good breakfast, central location.

In the morning, the cleaning staff had loud discussions in the corridor. During breakfast time, only one elevator was available, because the staff decided to clean them (they could do it when there is less guest movement). No drinks served in the lobby. On the parking spaces with charging station for electro cars were parking cars with fuel only motor.

The breakfast was good, rooms are spacios, the hotel is located in the city centre. The receptionist was very kind (younger lady). We parked at a garage near by for 16 Eur/day.

The cleaning personal was very loud, talking for more than one hour in front of our room. They came to clean the room only at 16:30 when we were resting. The bartender did not speak almost no english or german and we had problems in communication when ordering drinks. He was also a bit anoying as he wanted to talk with us every evening. Everybody was waiting for him to order as he was usually talking for 5-10 minutes with somebody. The gym was not working and this was not advertized. SPA is very small and not like on photos. Everybody enters sauna in swimming suites.

Location was great, within walking distance to the old city. Parking garage was public, but had an entrance to the hotel, 16€/day. Pet friendly! My small dog joined us 10€/night. Breakfast was typical European, meat, cheese, fruit, breads as well as eggs, bacon and sausage. Staff members were nice.

Arrived once check-in was available, the room we got was still being cleaned by the time we went upstairs. The cleaning lady was nice tho. The room smelled a bit like cleaner (pee really!) We opened the window and it was ok.

Hotel is in good location. Rooms are very clean if a little functional. Really good breakfast with great choice.

The hotel uses an online checkin system which is very efficient but it leaves one without the "welcoming feel" that you normally get when you check in. While the room was spacious and had everything that you would need, it was lacking in individual charm/
