The hotel has excellent location for the businnes trip to VIC. The price is reasonable for the value. The hotel was quiet during my stay. There is convenietnt large underground parking lot for a competitive price and I could leave the car there after check-out until the end of work in the afternoon.

The minibar was empty, which was suprising in 4-star hotel. The noise was a bit audible from the traffic on the Wagramer Straße through closed window (room in 3rd floor). The price for the breakfast is too high in my opinion.

Pleasant and calm atmosphere, lovely breakfast area, good food, nice and efficient service staff. The room on the 5th floor (newly refurbished) was perfect. The location is top, next to Austria Center event area, near Danube beach (walks), and easily reachable - U1 subway station cca 300m away.

Liked everything except the decor in standard rooms (photos show lots of red🤪), therefore I opted for a deluxe room, which is sensorically very pleasant and lighter ;)

The buffet breakfast in the morning was excellent. Lots of hot and cold choices. Everything was fresh. The room was clean and modern. Everything was in working order. The location was great.i was attending a conference at the VetMedUni and it was very convenient on the subway (U-line)/ tram to get there. It was also very easy to take the subway train into the core/inner stadt Vienna for tourists sites. There are several nice restaurants along the Alt Donau River shoreline working easy walling distance through UNO city. Finally, there's a fantastic park ,Donaupark, a short walk across UNO city. Great for running,walking, sight seeing and bringing kids...there's lots of playground and outdoor activities. There's an observation tower there too.

A few times I left the "save the bees" or "do not disturb" sign on the door to prevent cleaning while I was out. I did this to minimize covid exposure in my room, and for environmental sustainability reasons. However, sometimes when I returned to my room I found the staff had entered and tidied up the room anyways and the signs were off the door.

This is a very well equipped and organized business hotel opposite the Vienna International Center. Spacious set up in general as are the rooms that have all required comforts (including desk, sofa, coffee machine and large windows that can be opened. Breakfast is top class and can be had on a terrace as well. Efficient staff. Just a very good option at a decent price also.

Limited international channels (e.g. lacking BBC world) on TV; this can be improved.

Overall a good stay; cleanliness

The check-in process is quite long and takes multiple steps for no apparent reason; eg: must provide separate passports and cards for each booked room (under the same name), fill in forms, etc. As other guests noted, the hotel is constantly overbooked, and you're offered rooms in a different hotel. Once you refuse, it takes more time for them to check availability in their own hotel. These 2 issues make check-in process a 15 min affair for more than 1 room

Located directly near the U-Bahn and VIC. Mattress was comfortable. Receptionist at the breakfast remembered name and room after the second day, which had a very professional and personal touch.

WiFi in the room was very poor. Hand care cream would be nice to have in addition to soap and shower gel. Breakfast is quite expensive.

Breakfast was good: hot scrambled eggs and "normal" eggs, becon and sauasages/meatloaf. Coffee, pastry, slices: 4 types of hams, 2 types of cheese (and more cheese on plate), salmon, 4 types of joghurt. Staff was good and friendly (however, we did not communicated that much - only check-in and check-out). Bathroom good. Empty mini-freezer in room. Near subway.

Curtains at windows are too small: they are exactly wide as window, but must be significantly wider to block sunlight in morning. That was major and surprising dissapointment. Wifi sometimes was poor, but overall - not bad.

The hotel and the room was very clean. The staff is nice and the buffet breakfast is great. Especially the fresh delicious croissants. Location is perfect for going into the city or just for a boat ride. The room I had was spacious. All in all, I still recommend this hotel.

Cons: Lights in room entry way didn't work, three bulbs in living room area also didn't work, only one lamp in room worked. Wasn't too bad as I was only there a night but these really should be checked out and bulbs need to be replaced. Also, the room has a balcony but no furniture out there to sit on. Shame.

breakfast price very high and the quality very very low The main problem is that, if you look on the hotel website or on the e-mail that they send to you before your stay, you can clearly see that they advertise the breakfast but saying that they offer a big buffet with freshly cocked omelette’s ecc… Now, do to covid (I think) they have change and they only offer a pre-assembled plate covered with a plastic foil (unacceptable for a 4 star hotel). Price is not changed and no one warns you about this even if you book at the reception desk I think that if you change something like that you need, at list, to inform your costumers when they book breakfast in particular when they do this at the reception desk please change breakfast information on your website

The room and amenities were very comfortable. Great location, conveniently close to the convention center and excellent public transit to the city

The mini fridge in the room didn't work. There wasn't a clothes iron in the room, you need to go to a especial room to iron your clothes
