The staff was friendly and attentive, and the hotel boasted beautiful views. The rooms were impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and thoughtful details. The shower heads and eco-friendly shampoo added a touch of luxury. The calm neighborhood and convenient bus and tram connections made it easy to access the city center within 20 minutes even after midnight . Two supermarkets right in front of the hotel were a convenient bonus. In fact, even compared to Airbnb options, the hotel's price was surprisingly lower, making it an unbeatable choice for budget-conscious travelers.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but improvements in internet connectivity and towel options would enhance the experience for future guests. these were minor inconveniences in light of the overall outstanding value provided by the hotel.

Friendly staff, fast check in/out, no hassle, overall good value. Breakfast more than ok. The rooms are pretty small but clean with a good toilet/shower. Bed is ok, pillows great. Location is pretty good with bus stops nearby.
Only downside was a pretty poor aircondition, you can't crank it up to your needs. Seems like it is central adjusted to be the same in all rooms? Hot outside and had 23-24° in my room, ok but personally I would want it cooler.

Rooms are clean and very quiet but are quite small. There is a large shop across the street from the hotel where you can buy sandwiches, bread rolls, cakes, smoothies, yogurt ... which you can then eat in the small park behind the hotel. Nearby is also pizzeria Urfa nice place with delicious food (not just pizzas) sold by a reasonable price. Bus and tram stops are very close to the hotel.

The staff are incredibly caring and really did their best to make our stay nice. They really helped with all of our requests and helped us a lot with our stay. Upon request, they let us store some food we had at the reception fridge. The location was fine, there is a lake near the hotel that you can enjoy, and the nearest bus stop is a minute away. The nearest tram stop is 5-6 minutes away, and it takes you to the centre in approx. 20 minutes. There was breakfast available at the hotel, but we only had coffee. The rooms were clean, the beds and the sheets clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and helped keep the room cool. The bathroom was clean and had necessary toiletries. The hotel is quiet, there was no noise whatsoever. There are two supermarkets 5 minutes away, across the street.
The internet was good only in the hallways and on the reception. It was much slower in the room, but still worked fine. The location is maybe not the best, because there are no U or S train stations nearby. The best way to get to the centre is by tram, no transfers, which takes 25 minutes. The busses don't pass that often.

1) Very friendly and helpful staff, 2) freshly and nicely decorated rooms and public spaces, 3) nice smell inside (a rare and important feature for an affordable hotel), 4) superb beds - spacious, clean and comfortable, 5) very good bathroom, 6) nice breakfast - limited choice, but everything was fresh and tasty, 7) great lounge zone.
1) Rooms would greatly win if they were equipped with an electric kettle and some mugs and teabags. For late-night arrivals, lack of possibility to have a hot drink inside your room is a real blow. Also, boiled water is important for travelers with little kids (e.g., you may need to make some formula at night, but you'll not be able to do this in your room). 2) it would be good for a family to have 2 entry cards to your room instead of one. There is no electricity in the room absent a card inside. Hence, it is not possible, e.g., that one family member goes to a shower and the other one goes outside to grab something. Again, for late arrivals this adds certain discomfort.

The hotel looks like new, and is comfortable and clean. Staff were nice.
The entrance to the hotel is as entering to a subway station. Dark, poorly marked, deserted. You enter this strange and poorly illuminated "entrance", if we can call it that, and are directed to an elevator that lets you know the reception is in the 3rd floor. After that, things are ok, and the rest of the hotel is actually nice. There is parking, which is nice, but access to and from is very complicated, and poorly marked. Tram station 8 minutes walk away. 17 more minutes by tram to center of Vienna. No subway stations nearby.

Brand new condo---designer did an awesome job with keeping things simple and modern! When we arrived, the room had such a strong, new wood/sawdust smell. It bothered my breathing, but didn't seem to bother my daughter. There was no air conditioning. After reaching out to the renter through "Whatsapp", he told me where I could find a fan in one of their storage units. That helped. It's a quiet area, and when they are done with this tremendous project---huge, beautiful, historical building being redesigned into small condos---the place will be an amazing spot to stay. We hopped on the U to get to our destinations. People were friendly in this area, there were some places to eat, and some little shops along the streets.
Specific directions are needed for new renters, so they know how to get in, which flight of stairs and room #, etc. We got in a little late in the day and we felt uneasy at first appearances. Once we found our room, we were delightfully surprised!

The room was very pretty, comfortable and clean. It's just big enough to fit two beds, a nightstand and a little dresser. It comes equipped with a TV and a nice bathroom with a rain shower. The entire hotel was furnished very modern, there's a nice breakfast room and a lounge as well. The room didn't have the nicest view but had the Vienna skyline painted on the wall. The curtains kept the room nice and dark in the morning. Two elevators in the hall definitely made it easier to get the luggage up all those floors. The kind staff at the reception is ready to help with anything 24 hours a day. Staff came in every other day to take out the trash and bring new towels. Bus and tram can be reached within a 15 min. walk, and there's two supermarkets as well as a McDonald's just across the street.
It takes a good half hour to get to the city center. Also the hotel is located directly on an expressway, with ambulance and police cars passing through all the time. So you needed to keep the windows shut if you wanted to sleep in peace, but we couldn't get the air-conditioning to work and it got quite warm with two people in that small a room. In theory there's free Wi-Fi, however on our floor we always had between 0 and 2 bars, which wasn't exactly highspeed either. And there was a school class that could get a bit loud sometimes and kept knocking on random doors on the entire floor.

For our journey the location was perfect and the groceries were nearby. Room was not too big, but still nicely decorated. Beds were comfy and our room was quiet too. It was clean everywhere. Staff was also helpful. Thank you!
We're vegan, so we would have loved to get some vegan options in the breakfast. Staff informed us that for vegans there are only vegetables on the breakfast, so we didn't take it. But as a good side - our room price didn't include breakfast, so we just went somewhere else to eat in the mornings :)

It was clean and modern and the bed was comfortable. Very close to tram number 1( stop : windtenstrabe), which bring you to the city center(karlsplatzt). I did not have breakfast but purchase coffee and you might want to skip it and go to the city.
Do not expect american standard for the air conditioning (a/c). The outdoor temp was 30 during the day and the room temperature was not getting below 24 degrees at night. It is all centralized so there is not really separate control in each rooms.
