The apartament was big enough, clean and comfortable.

For that price it would be nice to have some bottle of water in the room.

А very good hotel. Spacious and clean room. White bed linen, daily cleaning, and towel replacement. The room is very warm, which is important in winter. It’s very convenient that a public transport stop is just a two-minute walk away. Friendly staff. Overall, everything was great.

These are not exactly drawbacks, but the staff should consider that the absence of a glass or cup in the room is very inconvenient. There’s nowhere to even drink water from. Another confusing issue is breakfast. For two days in a row, I went for breakfast at 9 a.m. On the first day, they served omelets, salmon, brie cheese, jams, cereals, vegetables, cheeses, etc. However, on the second day, there were only boiled eggs, sausage, and cereals. Yet the price is always the same—15 euros.

The superior room was very comfortable and spacious, although there is no mini-fridge. Nice bathroom with a large and comfortable shower. Although it is not close to a metro station, the location is good because it is close to tram and local train stations that take you to the center or main points of the city.

I was not satisfied with the breakfast. I inspected the breakfast buffet and it looked poor with low quality ham and cheese and very limited choice, I would have had breakfast at the hotel if it was good. The time for breakfast is also too short (only until 10:30).

Location - its very close to the local Tram so obviously, its in a very good location. Room - the room is in very good condition, things were maintained properly. The Bed, Bedsheets, Towels are maintained in proper way i.e. very clean ! TV is also in good condition with international channels. Breakfast - I did not get a chance to have it, early morning at 06.10 ... check-out !! Overall, its good room and hotel !

It's just one night stay - so I did not get a chance to go thru all the services. Therefore, no comments !!

The room was so big and comfortable. The size of the room was just unbelievably big! Cleanliness was perfect. The staff was absolutely lovely. I'd say it is not within walking distance to tourist attractions. But when you use the trams and metro, it's pretty easy.

There was construction work going on in front of the hotel. Of course, it is necessary and the hotel cannot do anything about it. I just wish there was more guidance on where taxis could pick their passengers up. There was enough guidance for pedestrians. But maybe more clear signs for the cars?

We stayed at Hotel Allegro for 3 nights and I can only recommend this place. The service is insanely good, our sheets and towels were changed, and our room was cleaned every day. The location was great, the tram is a 1 minute walk away, and there's a Spar in walking distance. The staff were kind when checking in and out, and they were happy to answer my our questions. The shower's water pressure is awesome.

It gets a little bit noisy at night, and the rooms get hot if you don't open your windows, but it's completely bearable.

The receptionists were super sweet, especially the lady. She even helped us with ordering food, and asked us how the concert was, and got us a hairdryer. The property was really really good value for money considering it’s Vienna and it was directly opposite the tram/train station so we were able to get everywhere fast, the main station was only a 5 minute tram(?) away too. we were easily able to check in after 11pm also.

strange smells. people smoking in the lounge area. one of the lights above the bed didn’t work, the water was leaking from the shower pipe. there was no hairdryer in the room despite it being advertised that there would be.

The hotel rooms are a little dated, but our room was very big. Like a studio apartment with a lot of amenities but we had a hard time figuring out how turn on the lights. Overall, a great option on a budget. The location is good with great transport links to all the sights in Vienna.

Staff were a little slow on check-in. There was a massive queue of people waiting to check-in. There was a problem with the card initially so had to go back and get it solved. Luckily the staff could fix the problem very quickly.

Comfortable, spacious, clean, good value. Located very close to a café, a late night food takeaway, a short walk from a supermarket. Across the street from The Matzleinsdorfer Platz railway station and tram stop.

The hotel WiFi blocked my webmail and my VPN. There is currently (April 24) a construction project going on in front of the hotel, so on work days there is noise if you are trying to sleep in. The room doesn't have a fridge or a tea/coffee making facilities.

The hotel is situated at the Matzleinsdorfer Platz 1. It is excellently connected with urban (S-Bahn) and suburban (REX) trains, and there is also a tram station and different buses. The lady at reception was professional and very polite. The room is standard size. You have a desk with a chair, a place for your suitcase and big beds. The bathroom is very big and clean. You have a set of towels. The breakfast is classical Austrian. You can find an excellent selection for you. The waiter was a very sympathetic and helpful guy, an old-fashioned (in a very positive way) hospitality school.
