Everything was excellent, better than we expected! Room was big, clean and wonderful on the 1st floor with view on the main street but with double windows so we could sleep peacefully without any noise. You have a metro station near hotel, some 200m from hotel or you can walk though Mariahilferstrasse street down to the Opera house, you need about 30 minutes. Breakfast is fantastic with various choices and there is something for everyone. Hotel also has a great parking in inside courtyard that is paid by day and a wonderful restaurant / brewery - don't miss their burgers, one of best we have ever had! Stuff is so polite and helpful, special thanks to ms Ellvira Kurtovic, she kindly and swiftly help us with our reservation and did everything she can to help us. Hotel for every recommendation! We will be back for sure!

This is a lovely hotel and the rooms are really large and spacious, well decorated and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable, pillows perfect too. There was a desk, great TV and aircon as well. The windows ppened to the street as well. The room was on the main street, but very quiet because of the double glazing. The hotel has all the modern comforts. Fridge, good wifi. Big bathroom with generous shower. We parked the car onsite (21 euro per day) and it was secure and part of the hotel. The hotel is very close to all the public transport, which is so easy to use and we caught trams and trains into the city and further afield. We had breakfast close by at Magazza Deli which was fabulous.

I am writing this review gladly because this hotel exceeded my expectations. Room and bathroom were huge, brand new and very clean. What is really important to me, windows can be opened to get fresh air in. Room actually looked much better than shown on Booking photos which don't do any justice to the hotel. Staff is very kind and helpful and they serve really good breakfast. Location is excellent and very easy to reach from the airport. You can take a bus to Westbanhof, departing from the bus stop no.7. It takes around 40 minutes to reach Westbanhof from the airport. When you exit the bus, make sure the front of the Westbanhof is on your right hand side and walk alongside the building for around 200 meters to the first traffic light. On traffic light turn right, staying on the same side of the street and after some 500-600 meters you will reach the hotel. My journey from Vienna airport to the hotel costed eight euro. To the city centre, go back to Westbanhof, take the tube U3 and after five stops you will be on the Stephansplatz.

My flight was delayed and I reached the hotel around 1 am. I was desperately missing tea kettle to make a cup of tea. That is the only thing that is missing in the hotel. Breakfast restaurant is a bit noisy because all plates and cutlery are sorted in the same room.

I liked plenty about the hotel. The artistic decor, with the quirky retro artefacts were intriguing and sparked curiosity, especially why the wall art seemed exclusively beer orientated. Themes bring interest and nostalgia. The breakfast was exceptional as well as the seating area outside (where I dined). The room had all that was required and the free bottle of water with chocolate was a nice touch.

Writing what I didn't like would be a contradiction to my first answer above because it was such a pleasant stay, but, I will say, what might have been nice to see is a kettle with tea/coffee in the room (as a Brit, it's a non-negotiable).

An immensely comfortable and enormous room, with wonderful fittings, especially in the bathroom, and a fabulous view of a quiet courtyard full of trees - tons of windows, all looking out into the tree-filled terrace! A window of green! I very much appreciated having a fridge. A convenient location, perhaps 7 mins' walk from Westbahnhof, from whence it's a 5-minute metro ride to the world of museums. Didn't have breakfast.

Everything was excellent. One small thing: I'm not sure how comfortable I would have been walking back from Westbahnhof station after 21:00 - but it was noticeably busier (and felt safer) on Friday than at the start of the week. But one can also catch transport to somewhere other than Westbahnhof itself and walk from there. Learn which exit to take from underground (one of the Ausserstrasse ones, not the Innerstrasse side)....

The breakfast was amazing -- actually the best we had had over almost 3 weeks in Austria. I do wish that I had read the email from booking.com that said that breakfast was not included however. The breakfast was expensive and we actually didn't have time to really relax and enjoy it as we were heading right away to the airport for our flight. It added an additional 38 Euros to our bill! The room and especially the bathroom was very spacious and modern. We enjoyed the options for a late night drink on the street front and the beer gardens and restaurant looked great too!

The total bill was so much higher than we expected. There was an additional tax added on when the booking.com said it was all included. Also, I had checked the hotel website and tried to book directly and for some reason couldn't book direct which is why I went through booking.com. The hotel website said breakfast is included and so that is what made me think breakfast was included, I suppose. Breakfast for $19 Euros per person is really too high. In the end, the bill was 185 Euros when I thought it would be 118 Euros. That is way higher than expected. I had another hotel I wanted to book and didn't because of the great price of Brauhof Wien, and then our bill ended up being quite a bit higher than my preferred hotel.

Good location for a one night transit stay. Easy connection to airport train. Stylish renovation . My single 3rd floor was appointed with flair and welcoming to a tired traveller. Loved the corridor floor carpeting in particular: it’s rare to find modern hotels that do not look like impersonal offices. Had no time for breakfast. Found it anyway on the expensive side (19 €) while there are so many cafés around.

The hotel being also a brewery, and the September evening very warm, the inner yard was quite noisy. Not a problem to sleep though with a well insulated window.

- Great location, close to Westbahnhof station and a lot of transport options around the city & close to Schönbrunn palace (a few tram stations) - Clean, modern & soundproof room, which we really appreaciated - Air conditionning during summer - Nice staff - It has a restaurant, but we did not try it

- Pillows were not that comfy - Fridge in our room was not working - Food smell (mostly in the morning, but not only) on the hotel hallway - it smelled like good food, but some people might not appreciate that

The hôtel is closed to West bahnhof station meaning that it is well ditributed to any location in the city and the airport. Hotel is very Nice, rooms are large and full customized, the bathroom as well. Our room was offering à view on a quiet internal garden meaning it was clear and very quiet. The buffet breakfast is perfect with all warm and cold dishes you can expect. The staff is kind and helpfull at any position. A very pleasant stay in conclusion.

I didn't find the way to regulate the room temperature by myself.I probable need à Netatmo training:)

Location is perfect, you can walk to the center of Vienna, it takes 30-40 minutes through Mariahilfer Strasse or you can take a metro to the central Stephansplatz, the station is 2-3 minutes away from hotel. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were clean, with good wi-fi. Parking for our car in hotel was excellant. Stuff in hotel was really kind and helpful and hotel has a great restaurant, where we had our lunch when we checked in.

It's our second time in this hotel and this time our room was too small, smaller than the previous time, and we didn't had a balcony, just 2 windows, one in room that looks nowhere, literally in other wall so the room was pretty dark and one window in bathroom that looked in backyard. We couldn't regulate heating on radiators by ourselfs, in room was too hot, in bathroom was a bit cold. Beds are not too comfortable.
