Very good location, close to the metro station. The rooms were very clean and confortable and were cleaned every day. We travelled there by car and the parking lot in the interior hotel courtyard was much appeciated. If we travel to Viena again, we will surely try to book an apartment here again.

In the rooms with a street view you can hear the street noise quite well during the day, especially with the window opened, maybe this is why the hotes provides ear plugs in the bathroom for all visitors. During the night everything was fine, there was very few traffic on the road and the tram stopped passing too. Also, the lack of air conditioning can be felt pretty well during the summer, the fans in the room didn't cope too well with the summer heat.

The hotel staff were super kind and helpful, the room was huge (so comfortable) and had everything I needed (clothing storage, big mirrors, coffee machine, a fridge, a safe). The bed was also really comfortable. It was cleaned every day - I appreciated it! The hotel is not super close to the center but it's very close to a subway station - the subway is very fast and easy to get around in!

The first day, the shower wasn't working (though this was fixed very quickly when I asked), the sink drain didn't work very well until the end of the stay. I'd say it's a minor inconvenience. There was one thing that really bothered me though - the fridge made such a loud buzzing sound at night, I got up to switch it off a couple of times. Maybe this can be fixed somehow? Otherwise it was a fantastic room and I had a lovely time in Vienna - I already want to go back 😭 I would stay here again! :)

The superb staff, from Gianluigi who promptly replied to our request for early-checkin and late check out, the very helpful Carolina who checked us in with a great smile and promptly resolved our safe problem, and Caesar who kindly ordered a taxi for us and reconfirmed our late checkout request. It is not the first time we have stayed in Stanys and will not be the last time. The apt. Is spacious and the location is ideal near the West Bahnhof and on Vienna’s longest shopping street. A big thank you for adding a bedside reading light.

The cleaning staff tended to avoid replenishing such items as toilet paper and we had to request it and do not check whether the shower gel needs replenishment but having noted this, were very polite and flexible as to when they can clean the Apt. The furniture although comfortable is old and the apt could do with some renovation and a paint job. A self-service laundry room would be a great plus, English TV channels other than BBC/CNN and the addition of a toaster in the kitchen. But we still had another very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location is at about 10 min. away from the nearest subway station. You have two supermarkets near by. A great plus is the fact that you have parking facilities on site so if you arrive in Vienna by car, you can easily forget about it and use the public transportation. Of course, parking at the hotel is not free, but it is more convenient than searching for parking inside the city (which I do not recommend).

Very nice hotel in the proximity of Westbahnhof train station. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with a separate sitting area and modern kitchenette with everything we needed. We also had an amazing balcony with outdoor furniture. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the guy at the reception who kindly offered us an early check-in and gave a lot of information! The location was perfect for our needs, close to the metro station and with a tram stop right next to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at Stanys and would highly recommend it! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nothing to mention, everything was perfect!

I always stay at Stanys when I am in Vienna. I like the spacious rooms, the friendly staff, and that you enter the hotel without passing a reception desk. It feel more like living in an apartment in Vienna than staying at a hotel.

As I am European, I usually do not care for air conditioning, but this time it was so too hot. As the room faced the street, I had to close the window once morning traffic took up. I also wanted to do some work in the morning in the room before check-out, but I left immediately because it was too hot.

Everything was great, rooms are big, comfortable and so clean. Location is also great, near U-bahn and tram stations. Staffs in hotel are so kind, escpecially the blondie girl who work on the reception. Definitely worth the money.

We reserved a room with one big bed, but we got two mattresses joined together and there was a gap between them, so you can fall in that gap in the middle of the night. Breakfast in hotel not worth that money (14e per person), so I recommend to future guests to eat somewhere in that street where hotel is, because street is fully of delicious bakeries and other food shops.

The hotel room was clean, spacious. The location is fabulous, very close to the centre. The parking lot was great, safe, behind the building in the courtyard.

The price of the breakfast was somewhat misleading. It said 10eur on their website and on a leaflet in the room, but it was actually 14eur (the price at the reception). Obviously, they changed it recently, it would be fair to the guests to display the same price everywhere. Four euro difference is quite a lot. The bed flooring - one of slates is broken and it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on.

Thank you for your lovely hospitality. It was very clean, the service was perfect. The location of the hotel was very convenient- many bars, metro, cafes, shops , supermarkets around. Mattresses were soft and comfortable. One note- i think having a plate for soap would be great. Everything was very correctly priced, definitely worth it ! Thank you

Everything was great tbh: I stayed in a double room, which is very spacious, with all the basics you might want in a hotel room, including the fridge and kettle and even a coffee machine. It was cleaned every day.

I don’t have any complaints. It’s a lil far to walk to the centre on foot (~45 min to Stephanplatz) but Wien Westbahnhof metro station is within 7 min distance, so it’s easy to use that if you don’t feel like doing a lengthy stroll along Mariahilfer street, which is a very long street with shops, cafes and restaurants.
