very near metro so easy to access city and attractions

didn't get wifi and I thought €26 a night parking was a bit pricey

The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet as it faced the back of the hotel away from the street. The parking garage was very spacious for manureving.

The hotel on info booking.com says that Amex is accepted, but in fact, it was not. We had two rooms, but they were on separate floors. Some cars were double or triple parked, which required that the car key was left at the reception.

A good hotel, with a great location - a twenty-minute easy walk and/or two metro stations from the city center (right next to the hotel there is a metro station). The rooms are clean and tidy. The Wi-Fi connection can be weak at times. The hotel also has an excellent parking garage located under the hotel, as well as public parking spaces in front of the hotel. The staff is helpful, but not to polite and friendly.

Parking space in the garage is a little bit expensive and it is not possible to reserve it when you booking a hotel (it can very easily happen that there is no free space in the garage).

The location was great. It is very close to Hauptbahnhof, maybe 15 mins by taxi. It is very close to the airport 30 mins. So we did not have to pay much for the taxi. The main thing is that it is 3 mins from the metro. There is Nasch Markt in a 10 min walk which everybody should visit to have prosecco for 4 Eur and buy some fresh Austrian fruit and vegetables, try delicatessen. All major landmarks are within 1-2 metro stops. It was +34 so we took underground but one can walk easily to the centre too. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast too. And the price was good, not as expensive as posh hotels on the main tourist street. It was also very quiet.

The breakfast was so "light" an clueless and the price for it incredible high.. no way to buy it again.. Actually you dont have to pay for it nobody asking your room numbers at all... Parking We are disabled persons and qw park in a disabled parking spot whit the guy on the front desks . Next day they charge for parking for us. At home i start thinking about it why I paid 267 euro instead 170 what I got from b9oking.. Call them and they told me breakfast for 3 cost 66 euros parking the rest of it...😉

Despite the fact the hotel was super busy and most likely fully occupied on the second weekend of Advent, everything went so smoothly and swiftly including the access and drive-in to the garage, the check-in, lettimg us decide whether we want breakfast ín the morning,, the traffic in-house (elevator use, eating ín the restauran), turning with questions to the receptionits, payment without having to wait on line. Exceptional is the parking option, big, closed and safe underground garage, with no need to manouver around and once you are parked you can jump on the bus in the next corner to reach the museum and palace quarter in 10 minutes. The hotel is very close to Mariahielferstrasse and Haus Des Meeres by foot as well. Was far the best value for money option for this weekend. Good sleep !

3 persons for a double room with extra bed is a little crowded.

As other reviewers have said, there is work going on directly outside the property and the approach from U4 Pilgramgasse subway station isn't very nice. However, we felt for the price compared to pricier hotels within the Inner Stradt that our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We also found the hotel was great for all transport links - two or three stops one way on U4 and you're right in the middle of Vienna city centre, two or three stops the other way and you're right outside Schonbrun Palace. Additionally the 13A bus to main hauphbanhoff was right outside the subway station. We didn't partake in breakfast at the hotel but there is a nearby bakery (ANKER) for sit-in and take away options which we liked. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again for its location.

Comfortable bed and stylish room. Public transport, U4 underground line, very close by. Air con and lift available and much needed. Some nice cafes and bars nearby. Taxis arrived quickly when called by hotel.

Internet not working in the room - had to go into the corridor to use it. Internet access is important for us. Shower was extremely small and turning around often caused the tap to move, twice to very hot! Didn’t know the breakfast area was down a corridor and around the corner until the last day-need for better communication - we apparently ate where the tour groups had breakfast.

+ location: 2 mins away from underground and several buses; 30 minutes walk or 7 minutes underground to Opera and about 20 minutes to Belvedere; fantastic location!!! + clean- there is a cleaning service provided every day if needed- towels are being changed, tea topped up, vacuumed; + facilities: AC, TV, kettle with tea, phone, shampoo and soap; + staff: very quick and efficient; + lift: very quick lift which works only with a key card which gives a fantastic level of safety and comfort;

- WiFi was so so and the room seems a bit dated but giving location and how clean the room was that’s nothing important Apart from that no complaints- fantastic stay!!!!!

The hotel itself was very accessible by Underground going to the city Centre. 2-3 mins walk from the hotel to the nearest Underground. The Man who check us in with my cousin was named Daniel, He was very helpful, friendly and very proffesional. The first room we had was the Aircondition was not working at all & it was very warm as its summer time and we reported this to reception and Daniel offered us to moved by another room which is a lot better! Good Job in solving a guest complaint as I work in A hotel industry as well. My cousin forgot his Adaptor and when we ask where we can buy, and Daniel offered an adaptor from the reception which is very kind. We had a lovely stay and sleep! Definitely will recommend this and will stay again in the future!
