First of all, this hotel is very basic, more so than other Ibis hotels I stayed in - this one is more like a basic student hall of residence than a hotel. However, staff members I interacted with were exceptional, very friendly and professional, especially the young lady with long dark blond hair that checked me in. They made me feel welcome and made my stay comfortable. Overall I was happy with everything and felt I got good value for money.

On one side of the property, you hear the street noise and on the other side, you hear the tram. Personally, I have found the tram noise a lot easier to tolerate than the traffic noise. Either way, do not expect complete silence.

Very comfortable bed, cleaning service's every day,big Room, and bathroom. Near supermarket bus station and laundry.

Transport to city center was not convenient. The nearest metro station was 600 metres and could you go there only walking. Also,we asked from the receptionist to wake up as at 4:00 in the morning and she called us at 5:00 dont trust her. 24 hours ticket for transport in the city cost 8 euro and it is the cheapest solution.

I ilke it to stay one night with this price. Was comfortable and safe. Ofcourse is not level of top but also we didn't pay like high level customer. Was very nice. Good place. Personal is very good.

I wanted be sure about parking area for my car but they didin't give me waranty for this. It was like play lotto. If i didn't have place for parking then i don't know what can i do. Therefore, hotel must be give waranty also for parking area for car.

Very nice hotel! Honestly can recommend it! Comfortable room, all new and fresh and I really appreciate how clean it was! Comfy bed and pillow, nice shower. Decent breakfasts! And a good location, walking distance from the city centre.

A few small things: - no drinking water in a room (and room rate was 100€); - no kettle; - not stable WiFi in a room; - poor lighting (dark on the room), no socket ki near the bed; - electronic key was glitching all the time, I had to go to reception twice to fix it; Hope this comment will help you to become better!😊

The staff was a great help and they knew english very well. We arrived early and they hurried to give us a room at 12 pm instead of 3 pm. The parking was amazing, very safe (it had a locked door), we could enter and exit as many times we wanted and we found a parking spot every time we came back. It was under the hotel so it kept the car cool and there was an elevator up to the hotel.

The area is not so central and walking alone at night wouldn't have felt so safe. The room didn't have a balcony so smoking guests had to go in the street to smoke. The room didn't feel so safe as the key was a card they made on the spot at the reception and they could easily have made more. There was no way to permanently lock the door from the inside so no one with a card could enter while we were sleeping. There was a big hole in the ceiling of the bathroom for the air conditioning pipes but I would have felt more at ease if it was sealed.

Simply put I was in Vienna for sightseeing so I just needed a place to sleep and take shower. So as far as that is concerned the room I got was clean, shower was nice and the bed was comfortable enough. Even though though I was there in July and the temperature during the day was around 30+C, my room was pretty chill even without air conditioning. Another plus is the 24h reception, which was great since I needed to check out before six in the morning on Sunday.

Only thing that might be an issue for some people is the car noise from the street. It isn't too bad (I had no problem sleeping), and probably not that noticeable on higher floors.

The breakfast was amazing! Definitely the best I've seen in an Ibis hotel, and probably one of the best I've ever had anywhere. There was a wide range of foods to choose from, meat-based and vegetarian, hot and cold, e.g. cheese, hams, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, several kinds of cereal, tomato, cucumber, jams, croissants, multiple types of bread. The hotel staff took care to take the butter out of the fridge in advance, so that it was soft and easy to spread, which was very thoughtful. But the greatest hit was the waffle machine, where you can make fresh waffles for yourself! The breakfast is rather expensive, but it is definitely worth it. The room was spacious and had a desk and some sitting space, which was very convenient. It was nice and quiet. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the Margaretengürtel underground station (U4 line) and tram (lines 6 and 18, which provides a direct connection to Vienna's central train station, Wien Hauptbahnhof). The area seemed safe, even coming back after dark. I really liked the fact that my child could stay for free - that included free breakfast for her.

My bed wasn't very comfortable (sagging mattress)

Good location, close to metro station. Confortable bed and confortable room. Good breakfast. Nice stuff.

Very bad noise isolation of windows. You can hear everything from the street as if the window was not closed. I could even hear the phone ringing of one people from street and hear the person speaking on phone on the street. They need to put new windows at this hotel or fix the old ones.

The hotel is well located, very near to both U-Bahn and tram... in a few minuted you can reach city centrum as well as Schönbrunn. Rooms are seems to be bigger than in other ibis hotels I visited, everything seems also newer and well maintained. Breakfasts were great including the place to prepare waffels on your own.

Breakfasts were sometimes a bit overcrowded and it was not possible to eat in peace because of screaming and ill-mannered children... It was a bit noisy from outside (U-Bahn and car traffic). But those are not things that the hotel can easily resolve.

First of all a huge thanks to the gentelman at the reseption who let us check-in at 10 am! you saved us after a very short night and an early flight. well, the room was big and included everything we needed. we asked for a quiet room so had a vieuw at the inner yard. varied breakfast (15 euro per person) included even self-cooked Viennese waffles. Thanks for the non-pork meat as well, that is not that easy in Austria :) 2 metro stops 10 min walking from the hotel. With Vienna-city card we could ride as much as we wanted.
