Spacious room, quiet, modern and good design, comfortable bed. Free Nespresso coffee and water in the room. Reception is helpful and kind. Breakfast with huge selection and quality products.

In their bar we ordered a coffee and got a very bad one made from the coffee automat. I was very disapointed as I saw they had a high quality coffee machine too. I was expecting to get it from there. This automat coffee had no coffee flavour at all, it was only hot milk. Beside this, everything was good in the hotel.

Very spacious room, I liked it. Good location, little bit outside city center, but near metro (U4 line - few stops to the city center), quiet area. Great breakfast, plenty of choice.

Bath towels in the room's bathroom could be bigger size. On 7th floor there are 2 saunas (Finnish sauna and steam sauna), but you have to use them naked. In some cultures it's not acceptable to be naked in public.

We got a free upgrade to a bigger room and everything was nice and clean. The staff were really helpful and efficient, we did not have to wait long for any paperwork to be done - check-in was quick, check-out was quick. All was just really nice. Also, great location for the city break, because although it's not central, the metro is 3 mins walk away and with that, you can get anywhere in the city within 15-20 minutes max., it was so convenient! Even to airport it took us 30 mins, it was great.

Only thing I can think of is that the bed pillows were very flat, and airy... So it felt like there were no pillows at all. But personally, I am fine with that but someone I was with, felt bit less comfortable because of it.

Good location near metro, excellent breakfast, very clean rooms and comfortable bed. Personal very helpful and polite.

Windows cannot be opened and was lack of air in the room. In the second night was a little better as the ventilation system changed.

The rooms are modern and nicely designed with good size. The beds were very comfortable and I personally liked that the pillows were low and soft. The spa&wellness is a nice addition and great terrace for relaxing after the sauna. Altogether it was a pleasant stay. There is a main road right at the hotel, however the windows are isolated well and we did not hear any noise from the road.

The room came with a coffee machine which is nice but we would prefer to have a kettle instead, so we could make tea.

Has a pleasant feel. Staff nice - the lady behind the bar was particularly warm and friendly. It was a convenient location, very close to underground - reach Karlsplatz in 10mins. The room was very spacious. Nice to sit up on the roof and my son enjoyed the sauna

The aircon wasn't working property - a problem in a room with floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides. Reception gave us a fan but they really need to sort this out if Viennese summers continue to be hot. Breakfast was very busy and felt a bit chaotic like you had to fight to get a table and food. It was very good food however. Pillows too flat

Good bike storage but Bike was in main garage with need to be securely locked . Elevator from garage level to rooms . Very pleasant reception staff . Room which was an upgrade from Booking. com was large , clean , bright and with fan comfortable. A/C appeared not to be working . Breakfast was adequate but very pricey at 29.00€ / person

Not in city center but rapid transit was relatively easy to use and access more desirable areas . On-site Restaurant had very limited and pricey dinner choices and there were limited restaurant choices within walking distance . Vending machines only for drinks throughout the day . Bar and restaurant don’t open till 6:00PM

The room was very spacious and tidy, with large windows which allowed for a lot of natural light. Breakfast was amazing and bountiful. The location is perfect, very close to the U4 metro and tram station. Even the U3 metro and Mariahilfer Strasse are not too far away and accessible on foot.

The bathroom was large and empty, and felt like a lot of unused space. The showers didn't have curtains nor doors so the water could spray everywhere. Lastly, there was a dimmed glass between the room and shower, and while it sounds cool in theory, it was very impractical as you cannot go to bathroom without waking up your partner by turning on the light. Lastly, the beds felt slanted.

Excellent room in a quiet hotel close to the city centre. It was possible to park on the street during the weekend for free and we could use the hotel garage or the paid street parking on weekdays. There is subway and bus nearby to reach any part of the city easily.

The check-in took 25 minutes, which is unusual, there was a big line of people and only one person on reception. The breakfast staff did not speak English and insisted that I pay for the breakfast in the middle of my meal, which is also unusual, normally I would just pay for it at check-out, or before entering the room. Of course they were polite and kind, but probably understaffed compared to the many guests for the summer weekend.

The hotel is very centrally located close to the Margaretengurtel station. There are also some great restaurants nearby. It was also within walking distance of the main shopping street Mariahilferstrasse. My room over looked the inner courtyard and was very quiet. It was also very spacious.

The toilets for visitors to the hotels are located in the basement and not on the ground floor. It was a bit confusing for some of the visitors to find them. The lifts also took some time to arrive but guests were able to talk about that and it made for a good icebreaker.
