Hands down the best hotel we ever stayed at in Europe! Concept & decor? Outstanding! Felt like we were at a Modern Art Gallery! So quirky and fun! Spotless clean! I was trying to find something off about the room and NOTHING! Friendly and polite stuff! Great breakfast and dinner at Ribelli restaurant! Best rooftop bar with a breathtaking view! And everything was so close you could walk or take the Underground! Will definitely recommend and definitely coming back! Thank you for the lovely memories!

As always, 25hours is worth the money. The staff is friendly and they allow you to check in early (at a fee of course). The suite was very comfortable with a great bed and shower. During summer, it also has wonderful airconditioning. The room also had amazing views over the city. The hotel is walking distance from major tourist attractions and very good restaurants and cafes. The roof top bar is worth visiting with great vibes and drinks.

We had the breakfast once, but don’t think you get value compared to the price.

The room was good, and very clean, breakfast in abundance. Quiet considering it was in the middle of the city. Spectacular views. We were so close to all the museums and Christmas markets, which were spectacular. Nice smelling toiletries in the room. The restaurant was great, fun staff and great food. The shower worked well and lashings of hot water. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and fun. We felt safe walking around Vienna.

Quirky and fun decor and the room was gigantic with floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides for unbelievable views over the city. Really comfortable and modern without fuss. The staff were all friendly and professional and spoke good English. We didn't have breakfast, but had a meal in the restaurant and a cocktail in the rooftop bar. All rather lovely. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel, underground station just around the corner and museums/galleries/Naschmarkt within walking distance. Wish we had time/weather to rent a bike as such a cycle friendly city.

Having to ask for coffee/tea to be replaced.

This hotel was amazing! It had such a lovely and stylish decor, and the room was equally charming. One of the highlights was the heated bathroom floor – a fantastic touch, especially during colder days. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious! We also had dinner at the hotel one evening, and it was an excellent experience. The food was of high quality, and the beer was great! I ordered a mixed platter of Italian cold cuts and cheeses, as well as a Diavola pizza, and everything was absolutely delicious. The hotel was also very well located, close to public transport, Christmas markets, and museums. It was easy to explore the city on foot from the hotel, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was perfectly located, it had the wow factor on arrival, and the room was massive. The view was amazing - I am not a morning person, but watching the sun rise over the museum quarter was something else. Also, the little things made it special - the heated tiles in the bathroom, the swivel tv and the complimentary mini-bar. And then there was the fabulous restaurant and roof top bar. Did i mention the decor? So much fun.

We couldn’t regulate the air conditioning, and so the room was a bit warm.

The hotel is conveniently located near the inner ring, ie. a couple of hundred meters from the city centre locations but in a very quiet neighbourhood. We have been staying in a 25hours hotel in Copenhagen before so we knew what to expect and our expectations have been me in every level: staff, spacious, comfortable and quiet room, great location for our weekend trip to Vienna. It is absolutely worth mentioning the friendly food truck offering one of the best hamburger in town! Simply... it is a must not only for hotel guests but for anyone loving a perfect hamburger!

There are only a few parking spots available for reservation which we didn't know but the reception staff has kindly offered several parking garages nearby pointing out the ones which offer better deals than others.

Bed was very comfortable, very firm mattress. Great high-flow detachable showerhead. Free minibar items in the fridge, with water, cola and beer. I have stayed here 6-7 times in the last 5 years and the staff is ALWAYS exceptional. It is the friendly staff that keeps me coming back.

The refrigerator was surprisingly small, could only hold two and not three 750 ml bottles. I could not adjust the fridge temp to make it colder, and it was set to the "European standard" of barely cold and not the "American Standard" of 40-45 degrees.

The room and the hotel are quirky but that made the stay all the more interesting. The inner courtyard Gigantic rooms are well appointed, quiet and comfortable with a seating area and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. There's also a small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave and crockery. Having noted the negative comments about the hotel breakfast we used the small supermarket just along from the hotel to make our own. We had all we wanted for significantly less cost. The sauna and steamroom were larger than we expected and barely used so nice and relaxing. There is also a small gym but we didn’t use that. The hotel is located just outside the inner-city ringroad and is within easy walking distance from most of the major tourist sites. It is also situated close to public transport options for things further afield. The hotel rooftop bar is nice with good views over the city, but it can get busy and is a bit pricy. We would recommend the hotel's Italian restaurant, but best to book a table as it is popular with non-residents too. Hotel wifi is very good but be aware that wifi coverage in Vienna is really patchy and slow. This makes it tricky to use map functions and quite a few returaunts require you to download the menu. The hotel staff were all friendly and efficient. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and Vienna.

A jacuzzi would be nice in the fitness area and some of the beds in the relaxation area are getting dated and threadbare. In the bathroom my wife would have liked better lighting near the mirrors for doing makeup etc. That said, not much to grumble about with the hotel.

Loved the location - super close to heaps of awesome bars and restaurants, the Neubau area is very cool. The hotel is super comfortable, lots of small touches made it great and went above and beyond - eg the Freitag bag available for your use during your stay, free minibar with a small selection of drinks and a chocolate bar. The rooms were colourful and had a good vibe. Bathroom very clean and stocked with amenities.

Aircon was not super strong which was a slight negative during my stay and as I had to leave it on given it was 32-34 degrees each day overnight, it was noisy and disrupted my sleep a bit. The double bed was two singles pushed together so couldn’t sleep in the middle of the bed as there are two wooden bed frames side by side. Laundry was extremely expensive so didn’t use the service even though I would have liked to and it would have been convenient (eg 4 euro for a pair of underwear, 9 euro for one shirt). This may have been formal dry cleaning though perhaps, I didn’t look into it further once I saw the price.
