+ facilities were clean, women's toilet was only a single one with its own mirror and sink which gave extra privacy + 3 separate showers with lots of room and their own mirror and sink and a common bathroom area with two hairdryers + big kitchen with kettle, microwave, coffe and tea selection (free) and drinks from a fridge (self service for a few euros) + comfy beds + large room and windows, high ceiling + everything was "Alice in Wonderland" themed and felt very homey and comfortable + a big lounge near the entrance with sofas, books, games and city guide maps + the host was super friendly and offered to help with anything

walls are very thin, you could hear the other guests at night - one window didn't close properly

perfect location, cozy, most friendly owner, good coffee machine. in case returning to Vienna- would stay there for sure the check in time is at 14:00, and by chance we arrived to Vienna at 4 am and not at 7:30. reached the hotel hoping to leave the luggage and return later but we were offered to get the room immediately with no extra money. loved everything. close to west bahnhof, subways, there is a direct bus 13a from the haupt bahnhof to the hotel. super

Cozy, comfy, very clean accommodation. The room was beautiful, spacious and bright. Amazing owners - welcoming, kind, very friendly and helpful, The location is perfect - a residential area just a 5 min walk to Mariahilfer Strasse and a metro station. Easy to get to any place and explore the city. A lots of shops, museums, local restaurants and cafes around. We were offered to leave our luggage to pick up later on the day, which was really convenient. A great place! Would recommend and come back.

It was so lovely, the couple who own the hotel are so friendly and kind. It was a perfect place for the weekend and it was in a really good location. The bed is so comfy and our room was very spacious. The Alice in wonderland theme was also pretty and nice to be around. The shared showers had good pressure and they had all kinds of toiletries that you can use. Highly recommend

So actually there was nothing i disliked. But a few things to note: 1) the street can get a little noisy when people walk past, esepcailly if you have the window open. - we weren't bothered by this. 2) the curtains in our room did cover the window and blocked most of the light but some still got through.

The location was convenient with four coffee shops and restaurants just under the building or around the corner. Lovely stores, pharmacy, games room on the street. Peaceful neighbourhood. The owners are lovely, always available and willing to chat and share information. There's a kitchen-like space available with complimentary tea and coffee and a fridge with some drinks (at a charge). A living/dining room is available with some tables and chairs. Room was large. We felt chilly with just the bedding provided and asked for some extra pillows and blankets which were left promptly in our room.

The facilities are nice, I just expected a little more decoration "Wonderland" themed in the room. The rest of the building was, however, very nicely decorated.

Very reasonable price for Vienna. Located in a nice part of town. Very close to great restaurants and bars and places you relax. Safe neighborhood. Rooms are basic but very clean and not cramped. Water is hot and flow is fine. Owners friendly and keep hot water and fresh cups of coffee available and for free during the day. Very accommodating and helpful. Will go back for sure!

Neighborhood is popular at night and can be somewhat noisy until fairly late but it was no big deal. No TV but didn’t miss it.

There’s really great vibe when you walk in, you can feel the people who own it have personality and love what they do. They were happy to chat and give tips for things to see. The location is excellent for sightseeing around Vienna, all the top spots are easily accessible via public transit but you’re tucked away on a more local street with great restaurants and friendly neighbors. Would absolutely stay here again!

For us it was perfect, but we are happy with a shared bathroom situation. If that’s new for you, it might not suit you. But the showers here are really nice, lots of soaps/shampoos you can borrow as well as hairdryer, bath slippers etc. Everything impeccably clean as well and it still felt very private.

This little gem is run by two very lovely people, a couple from Hungary who have designed this whole floor extremely well! Its definitely not glamorous, but its charm is fantastic! Alice in Wonderland theme and its just glorious! The room was big and spacious, very comfy and very central. Provided with a towel, and there is a little kitchen where you have unlimited tea and coffee and a microwave if you need to heat something up. Everything in walking distance. Lovely couple, family feel, and gave me some lovely recommendations for Vienna too. Would recommend.

Only constructive feedback, it is a b&b which normally includes breakfast, (which they can make for you just an extra €10) you have unlimited tea and coffee which I love but maybe a croissant or something included would be awesome! But, its not a major problem

Everything was just simply amazing. Pension is located close to the city centre (20 minutes by metro at most), well communicated, area has many shops nearby and it's really beautiful, too. The place was very clean and cosy, room was spacious (and the owners told us that we got the small one?!), beds comfortable, the place generally was looking fresh and amazing. There definitely is an Alice in Wonderland vibe there, too, with themed decorations, white rabbit motive and other stuff. Owners let us check-in at eleven instead of two p.m. so we could take a shower and get some sleep, and they were generally extremely kind and nice. We got kinda suspicious at the beginning, because we couldn't believe that anyone could really be genuinely acting that way, but, well, they really were. There is a coffee machine you can use for free, tea, sugar, microwave, a small fridge where you can buy water or beer, generally a kitchen to use. Bathrooms are shared, but they are very clean and nice-looking, and big enough that you feel you have some privacy. The place could probably benefit from having some more toilets, but we personally didn't have any problems with this matter anyway. Generally speaking, highly recommended. I will definitely come back the next time I will be visiting Vienna!

Really friendly staff, welcoming and nice. There is free coffee and tea. We were offered to leave our luggage to pick up later on the day we left even before we could ask for it, which was really handy.

I would have liked to have a sink in the room (it was clear from the discription beforehand it didn't have one), but it would have improved comfort a lot. Also, it was a bit awkward to have to pass through the breakfast room / hallway where other guest are having breakfast, if you have to go to the shared toilets in the morning.
