The location of the hotel is perfect, it's an easy walk to all the central attractions, also parking is super safe and close to the hotel, although it's not at the same location. Staff was super helpful and friendly with everything we needed. Beds are comfortable, and the facilities are simple but ok. I would say for a price we paid for 3 nights it's even better than we expected. We would love to come back!

The pillows are too thin and really need to be replaced.

the hotel looks very new and clean and the corridor lights are bright which gives us a very safe and comfortable feeling. Our arrival was late at night but I got a message from the hotel informing us that reception would be closed at 9pm and a clear message on how to get into the hotel and retrieve the keys. The only little problem I had was for the 1st 3 nights, the room service was only changing clean towels; the beds were not tidied. We didn't know what the norm is so we did not feedback. But the last 2 nights, the bed was tidied up :) But this is not a big issue for us. We did not have the hotel breakfast (which is Eur12,00). I almost don't have any bad comments about the hotel and our stay. Will come back again!

Location was close to bus station and Billy market and Spar were nearby👍. Staff was very nice. We left our luggages before check-in and check-out. The room was overall tidy, bedsheets were clean. The heater worked perfectly, it was warm in the room. Overall, I recommend to stay here :)

Bathroom was a little bit smelly. I couldn’t use hair dryer properly because it was stopping work every 2-3 minutes. Then I have to wait 3minutes so than it would work for 2 minutes and again it stopped. Another thing is that hotel fidelity provide us any slippers . Also, we were provided with just three carton cups. It would be better if they would provide more or with ceramic one.

The hotel is very close to the centrum, but this is it's only advantage. The members of the staff were quite friendly.

The hotel is besides to a very noisy main road, we could not open the window. But there is no air conditioning, the room is very warm. The room is very simple, like a dormitory room. The bathroom and the shower are very small. The matress in the bed is too hard. The breakfast was nothing special, but the pastries were very fresh. Altogether this hotel is too expensive for it's value. We spent there only one night and I paid 188 EUR for three persons! Plus the parking lot was 15 EUR for 24 hours.

- Great location!!! - Super friendly and helpful! - Quick check-in and check-out. - Guest info filled out on paper, not a tablet. - Did not have to fill out email and didn't get spammed. - The door locks use standard keys, feels more predictable than cards. - Good double bed!!! Two mattresses but only minimal gap in between, can sleep together comfortably.

- Hygiene was 4/5, could be improved. Little signs of mold in the shower, toilet needs de-staining. - The smallest shower cabin I've ever seen/used... but working perfectly. - The photos didn't fully convey the impression how small the room is. Felt like walking into a post stamp. - Would have preferred 2 chairs at the desk instead of 1... but there might not be enough space. Bigger rooms are available, just adjust your expectations.

The hotel is really good for a short trip. Nice location, close to the center on foot. The rooms were clean with everything you need. Our windows did not face the street, it was quiet at night. Breakfast was good selection. breakfast room was like a café. Staff was friendly. We parked few streets further (but I saw there is a possiblity to reserve paid parking).

The room was really hot, we could not turn off the heating, so we needed to sleep with open window. We told the reception when leaving and they said they will fix it.

Very good hotel and in a great location, 6 mins walk to either Nebeugasse or pilgrimage metro station. Bus right outside the hotel which runs very frequently. Nebeugaase is better as it has the shopping street and plenty of places to eat and drink. The room was very spacious clean and airy. Breakfast was good as well with sausages scrambled eggs cheese ham bread cereal. So definitely will recommend staying here.

The shower cubicle was a bit cramped

Really great location because it was really close to the underground station and it also had a supermarket on the other side of the street! The room was really good, spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also really good and they had lactose free milk!

The street was very noisy, because of the cars and people talking on the street, but that is nothing the hotel can control. The breakfast was only missing some fresh fruit, but apart of that, was really good and also the staff said you could buy your own fruit and bring to the breakfast room, which I did.

Once you understand the transport system in Vienna this is a great location. You can get anywhere within around 30 minutes. Staff very helpful and the included breakfast in the little restaurant next door was very good. Rooms a good size and powerful shower, comfortable chairs and a kettle were an added bonus!

Paper cups in the room- only a personal preference

Very nice room, warm, every day they clean, quite helpful staff, very good breakfast, they refill very often... Close to city center, 20 min by pedestrian zone to Hofburg for example...close to metro stations...and Hutteldorf P+R garage 4€/day ( Pilggramgasse U4 line close to hotel) so do not worry about parking, when you come park in Brauergasse, next to hotel, for luggage...you can stay in front of some garage for 5-10 min.

Maybe to put some seasonal fruits on breakfast
