The apartment was clean and everything was very nice. The hot water in the shower failed a lot, so when we were taking a shower it would turn cold, then very hot, and then normal again. Nothing major, we worked around it, but not a nice thing to happen. The air conditioning was not wall mounted, and it had a tube that needed to go out the window, so we had to keep the window open to use it. In our case it was not a problem, as we wanted to make the room colder, but in winter if you want to heat it up, it would not be very easy.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights in different rooms. This room was a little room 13m2, so if you need space just take the bigger one with a sofa and a kitchen. The property is located just in 100 metres from the metro station 🚉 there are a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes and so on on the same street. We will definitely choose this location in future. The price is very reasonable for this location and this kind of European towns. Also, we would like to thank Ali from customer service. It is not usual that you can get help anytime almost 24/7, but this time it was available and we are very grateful.

We were accommodated in April, and heating was already turned off, so it was quite cold 🥶

The position is amazing. Metro station just outside the building. Host was very helpful and prompt with any concern we had. The room was very tiny but we knew already and was perfect for our needs.

Nothing to do with the property but Music from the restaurant just below was very loud till midnight. As a suggestion, try to use non flavored soaps/shower gel. Had mine anyway but The smell was so strong i could not use them.

Good quality of the room. The shower is especially large and comfortable. Good location, not too far from the center and well served by transport. I also received prompt assistance during the night via WhatsApp, when I had an issue with entering the building. Thanks

The bed pillows are a bit too large to be used comfortably to sleep. The main door to enter the building at night, when it's kept closed, should be fixed, as difficult to open.

Perfect location, near the metro station, cafeteria, restaurants and fast-foods. The room was clean and hot in the cold weather. The bed was so comfortable. At the reception there is coffee vending and water vending. Thank the hosts for this place.

Very good location near the metro station, restaurants in the area, everything in the room seemed very clean. Self check in instructions very clear. The room is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but it didn't bother us.

Perfect location - windows looking at the street Marihilferstrasse - great experience. Easy to drive close to the hotel. Everything is very well described in "Virtual Guest" online guide. Rooms are quite nice and spacey for the value and location - not to mention that you will not spend time in the room with such proximity to the mentioned street...

Unfortunately, I have to say that in the room at the end of hall was no Internet at all - due to the fact that the main wireless router was kept inside the metal box inside the wall of the reception. Please - at least install the antenna outside the metal box - it is easy and efficient!

Everything else was quite good actually, the ceiling is suprisingly high. The reviews lovered my expectations a bit but I think the acommodation is really nice. Its also pretty clean

The sofa is kinda old and it fitting two people is a bit of a stretch, as is tends to close sometimes I guess the fridge didnt work and it did get kinda loud sometimes, but nothing that would be anything but a minor inconviniance, for a short trip at least.

The hotels position is very nice .the rooms are small but nice with everything you need.

I would love a second pillow but us it is a non physical reseption hotel ...The key codes for the rooms where too big ,and difficult to remember .so if you run out of battery you can remember a almost 10 digit code .
