toilet was dirty upon arrival to the suite. we called housekeeping to clean. he came and did not notice the dirt:/ even though it’s obvious. we had to tell him where to clean. more focus is needed on the cleanliness

I recently stayed at Sofitel and had an exceptional experience. The staff was extremely polite and respectful, especially Miss Simran at the restaurant, who was incredibly nice, well-behaved, and caring. Still remember her pleasant attitude with my family. The facilities were awesome, with a fantastic pool and a dedicated kids' water play area. The balcony was amazing, offering the best view of the sea and pool. The hotel building and ambiance were lovely, and the lady playing the piano in the evening was so professional, making the evenings truly memorable. The breakfast could use a slight improvement in terms of variety in the main course, but everything else was perfect. The rooms were wide and comfortable, and the valet parking was very convenient. Overall, the environment was so relaxing, making it the best place for a family holiday. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the water park was a great bonus. Sitting at beach in late hours are exceptional and calmly. I highly recommend sofitel for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing family vacation.

I recently had the privilege of being treated to outstanding service throughout my sojourn at this hotel. Upon my arrival, I was immediately struck by the cordial and streamlined check-in procedure. During my entire sojourn, the personnel consistently demonstrated a high regard for my well-being and appreciation. Every element of the service surpassed my expectations, including the timely room service, the guidance provided by the concierge, and the spotless maintenance. This hotel is distinguished by its sincere concern for guest comfort and meticulous attention to detail. It goes without saying that the service at this establishment is impeccable; I would not hesitate to advise anyone in search of a memorable and pleasurable hotel experience to visit.

The cuisine is of excellent quality and varied. The area is well organised.

The waiters are slow in clearing away the used dishes. There are a lot of birds in the restaurant outside, some of them walking on tables, plates and even drinking from cups. The worst thing we saw was a sparrow walking over a clean plate, and when the waiter came, he only cleaned up the dirty dishes. That plate was left waiting for its guest. In a beach hotel, it is very inconvenient to dry swimming costumes on a rope in the bathroom. In order not to spoil the look of balconies, low dryers can be provided for them. Some staff at the beach bar are slow and inconsiderate.

A perfect hotel for those looking forward for a trip to Bahrain with kids. I travelled from KSA and stayed there for 3 nights. Gorgeous building, high quality rooms with amenities such as swimming pool, private beach, DJ, pool/beach side bars, kids pool, kids indoor play area, etc. The quality of room service was excellent with great support from the Room Service Manager Mr. Mithun. His team were always available and helpful. The front desk staff were extremely efficient, pleasant, helpful and you won't feel any delay in processing things.

The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, I must note that the furniture appeared quite outdated. While everything was functional. Despite this, the amenities were up to standard, including a well-equipped gym and a lovely swimming pool . Breakfast was varied and delicious, catering to different tastes and dietary needs.

A refresh of the furnishings would significantly enhance the overall appeal and comfort of the rooms

Looks like rules has changed for number of guests in standard rooms With all great options within the hotel facilities I’d prefer to spend on those than expensive suite I won’t use

Hotel had great garden, pool and gym next to beach. Rooms were well equipped and spacious and beds super comfortable. Great wifi connection around resort. Anwar on reception was wonderful as we had room issue which she resolved quickly.

I think the resort is far away from city centre and a bit isolated with very few amenities or attractions nearby.. however Zalaq Springs is wonderful and worth a visit. We found the beach menu was limited and prices were somewhat high.

It was great experiance with a lot of enjoy. Amazing facility and great place for relaxion. I thanks Ms. FEDERICA at front deskfor nice welcoming and great care. Also CAMILLE who did great effot in arranging for our Brunch time, also Ms. SU MON was great and so help full. Those staffs reflects majority of hotel nice people. I love the bufet there also nice beutiful brach and amazing pool. Difinitly will visit again

It's a unique experience. Everything was beautiful and wonderful. The room is very comfortable, as is the bed. The shower and bath are amazing. Breakfast in the morning was very diverse and delicious. The staff at the reception are very friendly. Special thanks to the barman at the pool , When he learned that it my birthday today, he played a birthday song for me and gave me a free drink for me and my wife. This hotel is truly the best place to enjoy and relax.
