The location was great, not in heart of the city but cafes & restaurants were within walking distance. The staff were very helpful & friendly. They even have water dispenser in the entrance hall with toilets on the ground hall & sitting area outside to enjoy your morning coffee & take some rest. Only tye bed was not that comfy & the shower a bit small. The price per night night is also not that cheap. For 2 nights I paid 290€ without breakfast. On Saturdays & Sundays they have also open market facing the hotel with all kinds of food, bread & delicious croissants which was a surprise for us. There is also an underground parking facing the hotel but a bit expensive if you want to park for few days. I paid for 2 days 40€ it is 20€/24 hours but it is safe & very close. All in all our stay was not that bad for tye 1st time visiting Antwerp 😊

The staff, the facilities & the location.

I loved the room size. It was not that small ahd a desk and an extra chair. I got a double bed which was really comfortable. The bathroom had towels and shampoo plus shower gel and a hair dryer. The neighbourhood is within walking distance of the moan tourist sites. There is a tram stop nearby and supermarkets are not too far away. There are cafes nearby for food and coffee. Very convenient location Staff were so nice. You can hire a kettle which is 5euros per day.

There was a mirror on the wall near the end and I found it uncomfortable to sit on the bed and have the mirror so near me. The bathroom was very tiny. The bathroom sink was a good size but took up alot of space. The shower doors were a bit fiddly to close.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and good-sized room. Large bar and outdoor seating area. Breakfast available if wanted. 5 minutes walk to the theatre and about 15 minutes walk from train station and zoo. Not far from historical centre.

The washbasin was lovely but too big for the bathroom. This meant that getting to the toilet required a little manoeuvring. Otherwise, the bathroom was fine.

Very clean, tidy room with everything i needed and even german TV stations available. Staff was always nice and respected the room-status doorknob signs. Perfectly located for tours around the city as well.

Not the best isolation in the windows, which lets in quite a bit of noise from the busy marketplace that is right outside. For me personally it also was not the most comfortable bed, as the matress was a bit hard.

Very nice IBIS within about 5-8 mins central squares. Bar stays open which was great when we got back each night - bar and reception staff very helpful. Water dispenser in Reception - badly needed as very hot.

Breakfast good but a bit hectic as people tried to work out the system - bit of a bottle neck at entrance. Nothing to do with hotel but we got a taxi from the station and were charged 25 euro - when we realised how close to the station we were felt we'd been ripped off

Hotel was clean, comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was rather expensive but nice nonetheless. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Saturday and Sunday mornings there is a market across from the hotel which was nice to walk round. Hotel centrally located for Antwerp's many shops and tourist attractions. Would stay again.

It would be really nice to have access to making a hot drink in your room. We didn't have that and after a long journey a cup of coffee would have been appreciated.

Breakfast is very very nice 👍 and it’s a short walking distance to Antwerp Central Station, and also it’s very easy to get into the town city

I was travelling by rail so the location was great as it was only a ten minute walk from the train station and the main square and sights are only a short walk away. The room was what I was expecting from Ibis, standard and basic, but everything you need, including an iron (you have to ask for one at reception). I had a nice view of the local square and cathedral spires in the distance.

The shower is very small, the temperature and water pressure great, but even as a slim man it was hard to manoeuvre around. Could hear the odd banging of other peoples doors as they returned, the streets outside were extremely quite all night though.

Aline and her young male colleague who were working the late shift on Thursday(27 Feb) Friday(28 Feb) made my friend's and my stay very enjoyable. Their customer service was outstanding! Please do pass on our compliments and appreciation to both of them. Cy

The location was the primary selling point — being able to walk to the central train station as well as to the town center sights. Also, the included breakfast was hearty and filling and good. And the room was clean and comfortable.
