Everything was awesome. The vibe is superb, the value great, and they have everything you might need, from umbrellas to socks. They also saved us on a rainy Antwerpen day by letting us leave our stuff in the locker after we checked out. PS. the pet mouse in the garden was friendly.
The blood stains on the couch pillows.

The room was very comfortable with a very modern finish. They had a fast breakfast which consisted of a drink and a pastry for 5 euros which was very nice. It was nice to be able to do laundry, which not many places offer for a good price (6 euros to wash and tumble dry). The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are spending time in the room the TV has a chrome cast which is a lovely touch. The room is very modern with an integrated room and bathroom. If you are travelling with friends/colleagues you will most likely have to give them space to get ready however there is a lovely social/working area downstairs which is very nice. The room is within walking distance of all attractions. We didn't have to use public transport within Antwerp. It is also opposite the central station which is perfect after a long day of travelling.
We did not sleep well here as they have very soft pillows. We ended up using the throw pillows instead of the ones supplied. If you get a stiff neck easily you will struggle here. The rooms don't get services every day however having daily refuse collection would have made our stay a lot more comfortable. I did have to ask for clean towels and only on my last day did the bins get emptied. There also isn't a window so the room did get quite stuffy, however it wasn't terrible. If it wasn't for the pillows and refuse removal this truly is an excellent place to stay!

Cozy atmosphere, many facilities on the basement floor (you can buy food, chill in the lounge zone, there is a laundromat, some simple board games, books etc.). Rooms have a lot of space and interesting design. Electric locks without key cards (just photo or remember your combination and its all good). Nice beds and lighting controls, convenient outlet placement for phone charging.
HORRIBLE TOILET AND SHOWER DESIGN. The doors have no locks (sure, whatever, most hotels do that), but the doors are MATTE GLASS so there is: a - NO SOUND PROOFING AT ALL, which means, yup, hope you don't mind listening to your partner doing their private things all the time and b - it doesn't even obscure the person inside that hard, which means, again, seeing everything that happens in the shower AND IN THE TOILET AS WELL. Truly HORRIBLE decision that really upsets the mood.

It was A-really nice - STAY! Very comfortable beds and pillows, nice atmosphere in the room under your selection because of the smart rgb panels next to your bed.. The location is perfect, just three minutes walk from the train station. Very friendly staff, easy checking and out! Wifi connection was perfect!
The fact that the cleaning happens every 3 days - something that it was said from the beginning - maybe is something many wouldn't like as this is the reason we prefer to stay in hotels other than rbnb houses! But if you need something the stuff is there to help! ✌️ Also the price for breakfast is too high per person. Maybe per couple would be a better solution for people that stay in the hotel! 🤝

It was very close to the central station and was a very modern hotel. No card keys and the lobby was comfortable. Rooms were quite spacious and clean.
When taking a shower, the level of the shower room and the room itself is on the same level so the water starts leaking out into the room. The toilet is see through so could be a little odd for friends traveling together. The entrance is a little bit far from the street and hard to tell whether cars are allowed to drive in when picking up and dropping off. Breakfast was simple. The hotel itself is a little bit like a youth hostel atmosphere but has proper rooms. I didn’t have the time to actually use it but they also have a laundry space so it’s convenient for long term traveling.

Location excellent and safe. The design was superb our room HD two large windows great bed with two divers all was on great shape. Good attention to recycling the self service for coffee etc very good. Two beers on tap was a nice late evening touch with the wines as well. Great lounge seating options. Staff was excellent, courteous. One night the whole area lost Wi-Fi and they were excellent managing the customers until it returned the next morning. Extra touches such as laundry option and small details made our five days here very pleasant. Inusual to have a fridge in a European hotel and the train station near has two grocery stores for small shopping. Would stay here again. This is the only a stay but if it is a template for future hotels I’d look for it.
The only only thing was there needs to be black tea offered as well as the herbal teas. We travel with our own as husband is a tea drinker but this is my only suggestion. Some will not like that the shower cubicle and toilet cubicle are in frosted glass corner of the room so there is no sound privacy but we dealt with it. Sort of funny. However quality of shower and toiletries was excellent.

The controller for the lights in the room was a pleasant surprise, easy to control all light from multiple places in the room. Also, the already placed chromecast in the tv was a big plus. Seems to have a fast internet connection as well. We were able to steam 4k movies no problem. I think the tv had only a 1080p screen and no HDR, though. No roomcard is needed. Instead, a pincode is used to access the room. All in all; This hotel feels fresh and modern!
The shower and toilet are two separate rooms, which was good. But, both the shower and toilet have frosted glass doors and walls, which were somewhat transparent and not soundproof. Maybe it's not a big problem for a couple, but my friend I was traveling with thought it was a big deal.

It was a very modern, clean and friendly hotel. I only speak English but this wasn't an issue at all. The room was more spacious than I was expecting. Very nice and firm double bed which is what I prefer. Some might not like the shower and toilet space being just glassed off areas as opposed to completely separate rooms but it was fine for me. The thing I remember most was how quiet it all was. Could hear no traffic noise or anything at all really. The occasional little bit from other rooms but next to nothing. I slept so well. Location being right next to Antwerp central station was perfect. Really can't recommend this place enough. I didn't eat here or take breakfast so I can't comment on that side of things. I saw they had a gym on the ground floor too but also didn't use that.
I really can't think of anything to be fair. I even like the fact they only clean the rooms every 3 or 4 days so no worries about maids knocking on doors or trying to enter early every morning.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at A-Stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could need. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions and dining options. Overall, I highly recommend A-Stsy for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
When I was booking i was not told about the extra charge I will have to pay for parking . Parking cost per night was close to the room charges . Also Inhad to pay for my breakfast , it was not includes in the price i paid . It made me little uncomfortable when I was approached on my breakfast table about the charges . Please make sure you show all the roght price during booking .

The location, if you are arriving by train is just fantastic! Also, not too much of a walk to the main shopping street. Breakfast was fine. Some berries as part of the fruit salad would be a good addition. The automated coffee tap is a great innovation. Occasionally, it would run out of beans and milk. This just needs to be closely managed during busy periods.
I know there are busy times. But the wait at reception seemed to be very long (15 mins+), with just one person managing Check-in/out as well as guest queries. Europeans don't like to queue, and just interrupt, which adds to the problem. Staff could manage this better. I also note: I wasn't the only person to be allocated a dirty room. Thanks for the upgrade, though. The hotel attempts to be a lot of things for people. However, only if you are able to be one of the few to access laundry, the 'fitness' centre, limited parking, food and beverage options in the 'shop' (nothing nutritious) etc. The answer would be to make these facilities meaningful, rather than be just ideas you can market. Quite misleading.
