Immaculate hotel, beautiful design that made the whole building feel warm and welcoming. Little extra touches really went to help some of the in-built elements - for example, a small elevator was offset by thoughtful access design and VERY helpful staff and the Breakfast area was a little cramped but again, offset by helpful design and warm features that made it feel more classy than the cost implied.

Depending on your approach, the surrounding area can see incongruous to the warm, welcoming vibe of the hotel. But views were great from balconies and easy access to trams and near(ish) to the cebtraal station

I am an experienced traveller. Firstly, we were in luck cause the hotel offered us a free upgrade to a big apartment situated adjecent to the hotel. Great upgrade. Useful; it's perfectly located close to the central station walking distance to (the start of) the shopping streets. Next, you can make use of the hotel parkings at close proximity for a very reasonable price. The hotel offers the comfort and luxury up to my demands and staff is professional. We didn't make use of the breakfast, but my guess is, it's up to standards in line with the rest of the hotel.

The chic appearance of the Leonardo Hotel The Plaza and the free upgrade to a more spacious room made the stay very pleasant. The new room matched the expectations set by the photos on Booking.com, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The location was also very convenient, being close to both the station and the city center.

The room I initially booked did not meet expectations; it was much smaller than the photos on Booking.com suggested, and the bathroom was disappointing. Additionally, I found the area surrounding the hotel less attractive than I had hoped. It’s worth checking the location on Google Maps beforehand to get a better idea.

I really liked the lobby, it is very spacious and nicely decorated. The room is really big and beautiful. The bed is very comfortable. The location is in the Jewish quarter, half an hour's walk from the center. Very good hotel with minor flaws.

The toilet is separated from the bathroom, which is good, but it is strange that there is no sink for washing hands in the toilet. The receptionists, although friendly and helpful, are too loud while talking about private matters and looking at their mobile phones, not paying attention to the guests sitting in the restaurant and lobby who have come to rest and enjoy. The music in the lobby could be a little louder (so the conversation between the workers would be less noticeable). One of the reasons why we decided to stay at the hotel is the parking garage at the hotel, but they still sent us to another garage a few hundred meters away from the hotel with the excuse that the hotel's was full.

Spacious room with fresh and very clean facilities. The small walk-in closet in the room truly made us feel like home. A good selection of breakfast. Hotel is located in a peaceful area. Central station and a beautiful park are reachable with walking distance. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We also like the fact that hotel has its own parking garage, small but we're satisfied.

We're familiar with hotels that refill the bottles of water everyday after cleaning. Here we only received 1 bottle of SPA water for the entire stay of 2 nights. No big deal though as we're fine with tap water anyway.It's just a new experience for us.

The room was big and beautiful. The main bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was OK for sleeping, but it was very handy that we could fold it during the day.

There was a bathtub, it was good (for us, a bathtub is important for the winter stay), but the switch between the shower and the faucet was broken and we couldn't use the shower in the bathtub. The other main shower was very good, and we could use the bathtub with the faucet so it was OK, but it was just a little inconvenient.

Got a room upgrade without asking. Good sleep quality. All reception staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They try their very best. There was a coffee/ tea machine and a kettle in the room, but see the 'didn't like comment'. Good tram service nearby.

I stayed 5-6 time in this hotel every thing was ok and up , the only bad comment I have is the breakfast, I was shocked when I came down to eat, all tables was dirty and used dishes, most of the food containers was empty no one was around, the reception girl came to help me, that was at 09:30 one hour before breakfast ends. So it was all the week Never happened to me before in this hotel!!!!

Room was clean, comfortable. Neighborhood was amazing...peacful and clean. Location was good... around 1 km away from railway station and very close to tram station.

Food. And the houskeeping service. Housekeeping person forgot to put bedsheet..I called the reception for bedsheet in midnight and lady over reception came with sheets to help. I showed here that there was just a mattress cover and a quilt over it..no bed sheets. Also that person kept coffee mugs in bathroom and also didn't kept waterbottle and coffee for next day

The hotel looks lovely, we arrived earlier and got upgraded to the 2 rooms apartment, which was really nice. The beds were comfortable and the 2 bedroom apartment is huge.

The bathroom needs renovation the 2 bedroom apartment. Breakfast was nice, but between 10-10:30 there were many guests and the staff did not plan well to refill the food & provide the plates. Eventually they did it, but it created quite a bit of the hassle. The location of the hotel is 30 minutes walk to the historical centre, we expected it to be closer. However, there is a tram stop not too far from the hotel.
