Room waa spacious enough and clean. Aminities were good quality. Since it is a house, I was a bit worried about whether sound would travel between the rooms, but that wasn't the case at all. Breakfast was varied enough and quite good. Our host Fleur was very kind and helpful. Location was good, only about 10 mins walk to the centre and bus from the station passes in frınt of the house

Although taking off our shoes at the entrance and changing into the slippers provided was slightly inconvenient, it wasn’t a big issue and overall, we had no complaints

We had an amazing stay, absolutely perfect. The hotel was so cozy, clean and stylish. Staff very polite and attentive. Breakfast was very good as well. Highly recommend !

The location was great - just on the outskirts of the old town, which allowed us to see more of the old buildings and beautiful lanes while we walked in than we would have had we stayed near the centre. The room was exceptionally comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, and the breakfast was great. Fluer and Ingrid were excellent hosts.

Staying at this wonderful, little hotel in the magical town of Bruges is a true life experience. Its ambient and unique style along with the exceptional decoration, reflects the owner's artistic nature and makes you feel not as a paying guest ,but rather as a friend who came to visit. Moreover, the breakfast is just incredible. Plentiful , luscious offering a great variety of fresh options. The personnel is friendly and helpful , always smiling. Ingrid , the lady at breakfast , makes the guests feel even more at home because of her excellent personality. I look forward to coming back to this town and definitely stay at this amazing little hotel!

The only thing I could mention, is that there is no elevator, so if you have problem you could ask to stay at the basement, or at the first floor.

The services was EXCELLENT, the two ladies working where very helpful, as well gave valuable recommendations where to go and where to eat in the city centre. Plus the breakfast was above expectations a wide variety of food. Definitely for the great location, excellent service, and top breakfast it's a value for money, and I strongly recommend the place. I am sure my next trip to Brugge I will book again this place.

What was not to like? A quality accommodation. Our host was very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were exceptional. The bed was very comfortable and quality of the bedding was amazing ...so comfortable. Room was very quiet. A little bit of walk into the main centre but well worth staying here. Very easy to get to the train station when we left.

The breakfast had various options and was very delicious, especially the fresh coffee and the little sweets like belgian chocolate that were provided each morning! the interior design of the hotel was beautiful and the atmosphere as well as the staff very warm and welcoming

The only problem that arose was that there was a crack on the toilet seat in our room which was a bit of a safety hazard at times but other than that, everything was more than perfect!!

The breakfast was very good, there was a wide range of options to eat and drink. The house is beautiful and I found the decor quite quaint and fun. The hosts were very warm and welcoming. The area is quiet at night but close enough to the city center that you can easily walk there without taking any transportation.

Some aspects of the room needed some maintenance but really nothing major.

It was a boutique hotel I felt like I was in my own home.The atmosphere of the hotel was great and the owner ,sweet lady was so warm,friendly and helpful.The breakfast was so delicious and had great various tastes.The room was so clean .I certaily prefer staying in the same hotel when I go to Brugge again.

Great atmosphere, and a very cozy place. Everything was exceptionally clean in the room, and even the hallways and stairs were very clean. The room was properly warmed, and the bathroom had very hot water. The breakfast was outstanding, with good coffee, an excellent selection of really tasty food, and also in a cozy and elegant dining space - the breakfast was possibly the best we've had at any place we've stayed. The location was great, actually quite close to the city center which is within a few minutes walking distance. There is an ING bank with ATMs close to the hotel, and there is also a Carrefour. Also, to get to the train station, the station for the public transport bus is within a minute of the hotel. Overall a great place to stay.
