The hosts were a really kind and cute couple. They give us a city map and guide for everything (Local bars, breakfast, dinner, where shopping, etc.) The room was really clean, with all the facilities. (except air conditioning like everyone in this city, because the whole city is a UNESCO world heritage site). I needed to do my laundry and the host made it for me while i was visiting the city. (I paid 7 euro for that).

We were 3 people and the space was a little bit small(especially the shower cabin and the toilet). The room would be perfect for a couple. .

We had a lovely stay at B&B Emma. We only stayed one night in the family room (2 Adults and 1 Child (13yrs)) but we would have loved to have stayed longer. Leen was a wonderful hostess and couldn't have done more to make our stay pleasant and memorable. We were able to park outside the property to unload (our many!) bags which was really convenient. Free parking is available a pleasant 7 minute walk away. Walking into the centre of Bruges is a flat and enjoyable 10-15 minute walk. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was prepared with all local ingredients which was a very nice touch. Thanks for making the last night of our holiday a happy and pleasant one. If we visit Bruges again we would definitely stay here.

Leen is an excellent host who provides an excellent experience for her guests. A map of the historic centre is provided on arrival highlighting walking routes into the centre and around the city which includes many locations which may not be seen by other visitors. The map also includes locations to purchase ice-cream,waffles, chocolate and reasonably priced food. The room was was well proportioned, had a very comfortable bed,a hot and powerful shower. The breakfast was varied and included home made foods and included crusty rolls purchased that day. A memorable experience.

Nothing to dislike.

The welcome from Leen(Lyn, the owner). The room was big, yet warm and cosy and the bed was huge and so comfortable. So peaceful - yet in the heart of the town. I was made to feel like a local, with delightful Brugge Jams for breakfast. There is a local restaurant 150m from this excellent B&B , you are made to feel like you are living in Brugge as a local and not a tourist. Great value for money and you have the real experience of local life. It’s so quiet for sleeping yet the bells of the church tower were chiming in the distance. Leen has an honest bar, with Wine or beer, and you can just leave payment in the box! She has thought of everything to make it a welcome stay. The wifi is very fast. I left my car nearby all day and night for free so I could walk into town and not worry or pay expensive parking fees!

It was our first experience of booking a room in a private house. It exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable, and details were meticulously thought out. The smell was lovely in the room. It is located not far from the city centre. There was a free car park in a 10-minute walk. Definitely recommend!

Creaky door😉

The B&B is located just a 10-minutes walk from the touristic area, in a quite neighborhood. The room is perfect, with en-suite toilet and shower. You also can find a table and to chairs and all you can need to have your breakfast, lunch or dinner in the room. There provided with filtered water to drink, if you are not a fan of just tap water. There is a microwave in the first floor for common use; and you can also enjoy a breakfast there for an extra price. The host is super nice: we were received with open arms and we got a map with a lot of suggestions of touristic routes and places to eat, drink, enjoy a coffee or purchase chocolates, all handwritten by the host. It was a great experience and we will return in the future for sure.

I loved everything about the property! The room was a good size, with a comfortable bed. Leen was so welcoming, and provided so many thoughtful touches that made the few days stay even better. Thank you so much for hosting me! I will definitely be returning in the future ☺️

There was nothing that I disliked about the property! I will say that it is a 20minute walk to the centre, however the walk is so lovely and peaceful that I didn’t mind!

Everything about my experience at B&B Emma was fantastic! Leen is incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the accommodations are very comfortable and breakfast is delicious. Leen also had wonderful recommendations for spots in the city to explore that I might not have otherwise found; the location, warmth of the B&B and host tips really make for a "true" Bruges experience!

Nothing; everything was great!

I loved absolutely everything about this B&B. The host was really welcoming and made the stay really enjoyable. The room is comfortably with amazing tasty breakfast. I also liked the apartment since it was in the city center but quite far from noise of the busy squares and streets. next time I’m Brugge I would love to return to this place!

Such a warm and friendly welcome from Leen. The b&b was just perfect. We would highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble and Leen's enthusiasm for her city was amazing. The recommendations she gave us were excellent and the map she did for us was very helpful and informative.
