The location was very good, as there is a tram stop directly in front of the house. There are also shops and supermarkets closeby. The room included a parking spot in an underground parking house on the opposite site of the street which was perfect. The self checkin worked well and we could even enter the room a bit earlier than mentioned in the booking confirmation. The room had a modern bathroom and the room was an old style with high ceilings. The design of the room was very nice.
The breakfeast was very basic and the staff did only speak French (which we do not speak). The staff was friendly, but we got kicked out of the breakfast room once because it was too late (our fault!). We understood it without knowing French. The house does not have an elevator (at least we did not see it) which can be a problem for older people or people with special needs. The room did not have AC, just a fan. When opening the windows, it can be quite loud.

It was very easy to find the property and enter the room. From the beginning I had the freedom of arriving to my accommodation whenever it suited me because I didn’t have to meet the owner for the key or unnecessary extensive explanations, for example where the towels are. I could set the temperature of the room the way I liked it. Everything was clean and bed was comfortable to sleep in. WI-FI signal is excellent. I was busy with important work at the time when breakfast was served but a nice cleaning lady with the smile on her face told me I can go and help myself with breakfast (she noticed I haven’t eaten) even though it was past breakfast time. That nice gesture was something I was not expecting. This was my first time In Brussels and I would definitely stay again in this beautifully decorated property (the hallway, not the room itself).
If we take in consideration the look of the furniture in the room and the quality of the bed (although comfortable to sleep in) I still think that 100€ for a night is bit too much. Also not enough sockets (just one to be precise) so I could not charge my phone and my laptop at the same time.

The hotel is difficult to find and would benefit from a sign outside identifying it. The owners were very friendly. The room was comfortable (the bathroom was excellent) but no headboard on the bed. Breakfast was very good but the lady on duty in the breakfast room was not and quite grumpy. Location excellent with a tram station right outside direct into Brussels city centre.
No sign outside, no headboard on the bed and unfriendly staff member in breakfast room.

The room was very nice and cozy, new and clean bathroom. It is not right in the city center, but the tram stops right in front of the house and you can get there in a few minutes. Natural orange juice at breakfast.
The lady in charge of the breakfast was very rude, which is a pity because the rest of the experience was more than OK.

The location is very good, the area is peaceful and you can get to the center easily. The room and the whole house are very well maintained and clean. My bathroom was entirely new, the bed was comfy and I had a desk with a nice view for work. The breakfast was also very good and diverse, with everything you might need. The lady that works there doesn't speak English but we managed to communicate what was needed.

The property was clean and the train stop is just a few steps outside the entrance door. Free breakfast and parking, although the designated enclosed parking is about two blocks away from the property.
To avail on the free parking space two blocks away, you’ll need the provided remote to open the garage type door and drive your car in a small enclosed yard. Though this is secured, it’s a little distance and inconvenient walk when you have a few big luggages with you. Also after you checkout, walked and loaded all your stuff in the car, you have to go back to your room (two blocks away) to leave the remote and the room key.

The room had a fantastic view and it was newly renovated. The wooden floor, albeit noisy, was a pleasure to walk barefoot on. Overall the property is fantastic, old style but very beautiful with arts and decorations all around.
Breakfast was not a real buffet: I find it ridiculous to stay in a million plus property and being almost ridiculed for asking 4 eggs in the morning. People eat, you don't mantain 220 pounds of muscle with two eggs in the morning.

This is a house hotel which is administered by two male friends and a female worker. They were all very kind, helpful and willing to provide you with guidance and information. As a house hotel, you just have your room and breakfast kitchen. The house hotel is centrally located with trams 3 and 4 running in front of the house. Tram 92 was located in a parallel street 5 minutes away. Tram is the best and cheapest form of transportation in Brussel.

A beautiful period house, built 1906, in an excellent and convenient location, bordering on St Gilles, Forest and Uccle, three of our favourite Brussels districts. A tram stop yards from the house provides extremely frequent connections to all parts of the city. Our room was large and beautifully furnished, with a large and superb bathroom. Breakfast was very good indeed (with special mention for the lovely lady who served it).
There was nothing we didn’t like. I can highly recommend the Albert Moliere for your stay in Brussels.

The room was perfect in size, with nice antique elements in a modern twist. The house is gorgeous with original squeaky stairs, which totally charmed us. The breakfast has a good variety of choices, cheeses, meat, croissants, chocolate rolls and French bread. Very kind lady who helps you to your seat and explains the breakfast. The breakfast area was immaculate, the lady constantly was wiping and filling up the buffet. Very good located, right across the tramline stop. Just outside center with parking options in vicinity (you might need to drive a round or two but there are options).
It was unusually hot in Belgium, so we slept with the window open to cool the room. We didn't find airco if there was one. That would be our only! Downside of this place
