if you need to commute to the University Solbosch campus (and you like walking) this is an ideal accommodation - you can get there in 20/25 minutes partly strolling through the magnificent Cambra Forest park. It's also easy to get into the city centre with trams and buses. Breakfast is excellent; breads, yoghurt, coffee were really good quality. Not all staff seemed experienced and some not really helpful when there were a couple of hiccups, but my fifth floor room was bright and clean.

Wifi failed in the middle of the night (a problem with their server) and I could not work for a couple of crucial hours, though otherwise it was fine.

The staff were top - super friendly and helpful and very attentive to customers in the bar in the evening. The bed was very, very comfortable. Really well serviced by public transport and close to the beautiful Avenue Louise and the Bois de la Cambre. Lots of nice bars and eateries in Ixelles nearby.

The room was quite small, but then I understand this is a city centre location! It would have been nice if there were some extra pillows in the room as only two were provided. I didn't want to call and bother the staff as it was late. Otherwise we have no complaints!

Very nice hotel. we always enjoy staying at Ibis. The room was very clean ( the cleaning team does a very good job and is always helpful - we needed extra towels and water) Beds are very comfy.

the breakfast area was a little bit cold and not proper lighted in some parts. the reception personal was a little bit rude. didn't bother to great us when we arrive( although we salute him), he continued speaking on the phone, laughing and having a good time. after 10 minutes he asked what do we want liked he felt disturbed by our presence

I liked the location! Very close to the office of the company I am working for. The people at the reception are brilliant! The room is clean and functional. On the small side. Great breakfast!

The light on the mirror: made by men for men. No woman can do her makeup under this light. The taxi I ordered never came. Not the fault of the hotel of course but maybe the taxi company would oblige if the hotel was providing more customers to the taxi company (just an idea) or if they had a 'special deal'. I asked the reception to book me a taxi well before I needed it but ended up being told that they would not come as they were too busy. It messed up my entire planning and after walking in the rain for 50 minutes looking for a taxi, I arrived 9 minutes late to my meeting.

The location was superb!! Its situated away from the main hassle and bussel in a gorgeous neighbourhood with pretty shops and a lovely park, if you go further up you'll get the the woods which was so pretty, and we had the loveliest day up there relaxing after a busy day in Central the day before.

Rooms are very, very small, one side of the bed is up against a wall so bear that in mind if youre claustrophobic, and there was no toothpaste or self care products other than shampoo and body wash. We'd expected a little more for the price

Clean room, had everything it needed. The location is nice (if you not a first time in Brussels and want to explore) with many art galleries around st. George street. As well the area of Chatelaine which most tourists miss as its a kind of place loved by locals. The area is well connected to the transport (trams, buses) and good for shopping experience at Louisie boulevard.

The room was really small but I was alone so it was ok. But for a couple- it can be less comfortable. Was a bit cold in the room. If you just need a bed - it's a great option (I paid relatively low rate as booked in advance). The shower was good in terms of water temperature but was a bit blocked in my room.

The breakfast was lovely - so many options and a variety! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and ready upon arrival. The hotel was a 15 ish minute walk from the centre.

I would have liked to know pre-booking that parking was limited in the hotel car park and would cost 14 euros. Also that they would require a 100Euro deposit. Minor details but would have liked to know upfront not after booked.

Location was good the surrounding neighbourhood was lovely and had plenty of nice eateries and bars. Short walk from transport and only a couple of stops into the centre. Really lovely interior and staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

Room could have been a little bigger as the double bed was against the wall so had to climb to the end or over someone to get out. Other than that everything was great!

Clean, quiet, comfortable hotel. My room was small, but it was clean and modern, with a good shower and a comfortable bed. Dogs accepted in all rooms, very convenient. A nice park nearby. Private parking on site (for a charge). Everything I needed for a one night passing stay.

Parking on site was convenient, but quite expensive, and the parking spaces were very tight (to be expected for a city location I suppose).

I loved how clean it was, that the reception area was really nice and well decorated, really liked the stuff we really liked the location and how close it was to a dog park. We had our dog with us and they were really really great about it. There was a €15 per night additional fee for having the dog which we felt was more than fair. our room was immaculate. I also had a really great experience when we checked in and we were put into a room that was very quiet on the garden facing side on the third floor, room 310.

There actually wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the hotel!
