Very friendly staff, free fruits and coffee, clean and comfy

The room was quite small, but we were completely okay with that

Lovely hotel. The room was very nice, a good size and clean. The hotel provided free hot drinks with snacks and fruit and also chilled filtered water, which was a lovely touch. The air conditioning was very effective, which was most welcome as it was 40 degrees one day. Very convenient for the metro too.

Minor things - We would have liked to retain the same towels for a couple of days to do our bit for the environment, as encouraged by the hotel, but there was nowhere to hang them to dry (just a hook rather than a rail). There were no drawers! This meant that all different clothes - underwear, tops, trousers, etc - had to be in a big pile on the shelves and rummaged through to find the required item.

We had an excellent communication as we were travelling late at night, so i send a message confirming our arrival at late our(before midnight though), and they responded keep me not worried about that. Also, exceptional welcoming from the desk at our arrival, really fast and informing, without delaying. Also helped us about finding something to eat and drink nearby. Very comfy bed, very clean, and a great decoration. Stayed for a night, but at a next visit in Brussels, i will definitely choose again Aqua hotel. Plus, they kept our bags for whole next day in store room, letting us do our thing in the city, and kept them for several ours after our checking out time. In a few words, don't think about it.Great!

I liked everything by the hotel. The area of the hotel in the city, is kind of a no-go zone, especially if someone is totally alone, or a woman, as there are several low life people around, and the area is really a mess by garbage and drugs. Nevertheless, the hotel is placed on an alley several meters away from there, providing some kind of decency and safety for visitors in the area.

The location was brilliant near the metro and 15 min walk to attractions. The staff were so kind and helpful. Arrived before check in time we were able to use bathrooms get changed have refreshments,leave our luggage in locked room and go out and explore for the day. The rooms are basic but clean and the beds very comfortable. Two minute walk to bars reastraunts , shops one side all your regular shops the other side very high end designer shops. Staff were very helpful with guidance to places and how to use buses and metro. Free vending machine all day for tea and coffee and ice water available with different fresh fruits to flavour. Would definitely stay here again.

Was up a side street. Stayed with my teenage granddaughter and had no bother from anyone .

The staff were lovely, welcoming and professional. I loved the breakfast buffet! It had a great selection of foods (pastries, fruits, cheeses, charcuterie, scrambled eggs, bacon, different types of fresh bread, yogurt, jams and a selection of other spreads, cereals, even a machine to make mini pancakes on the spot!) and drinks (coffees and teas, different milks, juice and water), I was very pleased. The room wasn’t big but it was clean and comfortable. The property is well located and you can take a nice stroll to the city centre. Our train was quite a few hours after the check out time but we were able to leave our luggage in their storage to enjoy a bit more of the city suitcase-free!

I didn’t particularly love the glass sliding door to the en suite bathroom as it provided a separation that was more symbolic than actual 😂 But I guess that’s personal preference and I shouldn’t really complain about it 😊

Good location, a couple of minutes from Porte de Namur - in a quiet, though slightly down at heel, side street. Excellent value for a hotel this central in Brussels. Very clean, decent sized room, though a slightly odd size - more corridor than room. Very clean and with a comfortable bed. Some bonus Belgium chocolates were great. There's a little tucked-away area very nearby with a good choice of restaurants and shops around the corner. Bus and Metro links just around the corner. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Would happily stay again.

Because of the rather weird shape the windows were tiny, so there wasn't much natural light. Took a while to work out how to turn off the air con (do you really need it in Brussels?) which was desicating.

Very comfy beds, clean room, helpful and kind staff (luggage room included). Breakfast looked rich (we didn't get to have any). Close to a main street for shopping and eating (restaurants and cafes, fast food chains and quaint little restaurants or ethnic food too). We went to a concert in Forest National, and access was very easy (bus station 3 mins from hotel)

The view out the window was "industrial" and the street leading up to the hotel is narrow and dark at night and felt a bit unsafe for 2 girls (nothing bad happened to us though)

The staff was extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. the room was very nice and comfortable, the biggest bed i've ever seen. Really nice breakfast, lots of variety, fresh fruit and made at the moment pancakes. they kept our bags the day we arrived and also the day we left.

from the hotel, we could not have asked for anything more. the location is very good, near one main shopping avenue and five minutes away from the metro, but it seemed like the whole time we were there we walked past people doing drugs, but who did not approach us.

The location is great. The breakfast is very good.

I was for 2 nights. When I came one of the small towels did not seem clean. After the first night the towels were changed, but the instant coffee in the room was not refilled, the bucket was not emptied-in short I am not satisfied with the cleaning.

It was the best stay I've had in the city so far! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff went above and beyond by helping us with our bags. They also provided wate, coffee and fruits throughout our stay, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and the location was ideal for us. The warm hospitality and cozy atmosphere made the experience truly special for us, especially since we've stayed in Brussels several times and tried many different hotels. Highly recommend!
