Really friendly employees and good breakfast. The beds were smaller than we thought but really comfortable.
What was kind of confusing was that we booked a hotel room for our business trip via booking, but when we asked for an invoice with our employer's address, it was quite a struggle - we communicated between booking and the hotel reception about who is authorized to issue one. Booking said the hotel should do it, the hotel said booking should, and it repeated... In the end the hotel manager was kind enough to provide us with one, but this somehow wasted quite some time... So lessons learnt is probably not to book a hotel room for your business trip via booking I guess?

Very comfy and big bed, amazing black out curtains. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Lots of amenities. Loved that it had air conditioning.
The breakfast, food and drinks from hotel restaurant were too expensive otherwise we would have dined there. Maybe needed a few more coffee pods, teas and milks as we don't like getting our room refreshed so had to ask for more instead.

The service and the staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was most enjoyable. The bedroom was very comfortable And the hotel decor was to my liking
The outside bar area was being rebuilt. I s should have been informed that I would be looking at a building site. The dinner menu was very poor in its selection and I had to eat two starters on the one evening I decided to eat in the hotel. I would have gone to an outside restaurant had I known

very design - distinctive signature - very confortable room - great toiletries and hand wash supplies with nice scent like hydroalcoolique gel with rosemary scent - central location - good breakfast - professional and friendly smiling staff
hard to find substantial remarks as the stay was excellent . - the terrasse is still under construction so next time it will be even more appealing with an outdoor terrasse - option for a late bar area in the hotel ?

value for money could be better but they are obviously leveraging the fact that it’s the ex-Sofitel and the great location

The hotel was amazing, the rooms looks better than the pictures and the bed and bathroom were extremely comfortable.
If you don’t know Brussels you should check with the staff where to go, you can easily get to unpleasant streets.

The location and M Gallery hospitality was very good. Warm and professional attitude. Based very close to all forms of transportation,shopping and eateries. Their gesture to provide a cake for my husband's birthday morning is well appreciated.
The only drawback was the lack of any shelf to keep a few personal things in the shower.
