Great location easy to get to from the Eurostar and close enough to walk or take public transport to anywhere in the city. Very modern, clean, comfortable room. Outstanding breakfast buffet.

It’s hard to fault it but there were a couple of finer details that could be better, there was some chipped and cracked glassware in the restaurant on two occasions and a cracked mirror in one of the lifts. Could do with a little more information being more visible about the hotel facilities e.g. which floors certain bars/lounges are on and fitness suite/spa etiquette.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We managed to get checked in early. The view from the room was something else. The space of the parking was great and easy to access.

The size of the room with two bags open it is hard to move around without jumping on the bed

An Exceptional Hotel with Remarkable Service My stay at this hotel was truly outstanding and left me with a great impression. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfectly maintained and organized. The level of cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, and the rooms were not only spacious but also tastefully designed with comfortable and modern furniture. Every detail was clearly thought through to ensure the comfort of the guests. One of the standout features of my stay was the breathtaking view of Brussels from the sauna. It’s rare to find such a combination of relaxation and scenic beauty. Sitting there, taking in the stunning cityscape, felt like a luxurious escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. The breakfast experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The variety, freshness, and quality of the food far exceeded my expectations and, frankly, surpassed many five-star hotels I’ve visited before. I must give special recognition to the senior manager, Boris. He is, without a doubt, a true professional and a shining example of excellent hospitality. Boris went above and beyond to ensure that every issue, no matter how big or small, was resolved efficiently and with a smile. His dedication and ability to make guests feel valued is something rare and deserves the highest praise. If more people in the service industry demonstrated his level of commitment, life would undoubtedly be much easier and more pleasant for everyone. This hotel is an absolute gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service. I can confidently say that my stay here has set a new standard for what I expect from hotels in the future.

We had a lovely room with a great view. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and reasonably well equipped. I was delighted to find that the room had a dressing table with seat, mirror and socket so I could dry my hair seated. This is missing from so many hotels these days. The room also had a large comfy sofa for relaxing looking at the view. The electric blinds were very effective at keeping the light out at night and I liked the control panel for lights and blinds on both sides of the bed.

The breakfast was expensive (room service even more so) and when I had emailed before arriving about what vegetarian options were offered I was told fruit, salad and bread, which wasn't the answer I wanted to hear. For the price, I would expect some proper cooked items that are suitable. The service in the bar was bad to non-existent. We often had to go and order at the bar ourselves because we were ignored by the waiters. Even then we sometimes never received what we ordered. I was surprised that we could hear so much outside noise considering we were on the 16th floor. The double-glazing seemed ineffective. There were sirens and car alarms going off repeatedly throughout the night. People in the corridor were noisy as well.

The location is great, in a good area of Brussels, right near the Palace of Justice. You can walk to Grand Place in about 15 minutes. In the hotel, everything was very clean and the breakfast was the best buffet breakfast I ever had in a hotel! You had a lot of options and everything was tasty and fresh. The restaurant has a very good chef, we had dinner 3 times and everything was delicious. Congrats!

Some inconveniences: - The room should've had a large sofa by the window, but it didn't. There was just an armchair, a foot rest and a coffee table. Kind of difficult for two persons. If the rooms were updated, at least the description should be updated too. - The bathroom design was pretty strange: there is a glass door shared between the shower and the toiled (the door closes either the shower or the toilet). So for example if on person is in the shower, the other has to sit on the toilet with the door open, or viceversa. I didn't really understand why they opted for this design. - During the weekends, the breakfast is served in the ballroom at 1st floor, not in the restaurant. In the ballroom, the tables are not very well organized and also the buffet is not very well placed.

From when we entered the staff are extremely helpful and thoroughly welcoming! We were able to check in slightly earlier than our time which was fantastic especially having a 6 month old baby. Throughout our stay everyone was very helpful, the hotel itself was excellent, very clean and all the facilities were very well kept. The location of the hotel was also great, nearby walks to popular sites as well as ease to get to places.

Not much! Only thing would be when we checked out we wanted to change our baby’s nappy and the toilets downstairs didnt have a baby change facility.

Nice locale, very clean, helpful staff. Quiet hallways and rooms. Sufficient elevators- so often hotels have 1-2 overwhelmed elevators and waits are long; not here. Free limited selection minibar is excellent, and I appreciated the Nespresso machine. Breakfast is excellent- I don’t often have hotel breakfast but this one is great. Gym was ok, but had a great view. I had dinner in the restaurant once - was pleasant.

If I was being picky - shower over bath had high edges and long step down and I would not want to be in pain, elderly or have any mobility issues as there isn’t even a rail to hold. - despite how good the breakfast was it would be improved if you could get poached or soft boiled eggs or an omelette to order. - the cluster of smokers out the front meant you couldn’t enter or leave without choking on smoke: move the smoking area around the side.

We had a premier room on the 23rd floor, and it was comfortable with an incredible view. The first impression of the hotel was very good, it smelled great, the lobby was spacious and well-appointed, and check-in was friendly, quick and efficient. There were 6 very fast lifts so we never had to wait long for one and they were never crowded. The room was clean, had a very good min-bar that was replenished daily. The bed was very comfortable, but it moved a lot. We had access to the executive lounge and it was well stocked with drinks and snacks. Breakfast had incredible choice and all food was of high quality. Availability was good during the whole service. The bar served good cocktails and a good selection of drinks but it was on a pricey side.

The room had an open-plan bathroom, which was not really necessary as it was easy to close off. This was OK for us as we are a long married couple but it could be awkward for some people.

The staff were exceptional! From the moment of checkin and throughout the stay they were so friendly and professional. The room was very large and comfortable with fantastic views of the city. Good location close to shopping and restaurants and the breakfast was good. The in-room controls were great too and the self-help cafe at reception a great idea.

The room in general needs some maintenance and bigger cups are needed for tea. Bit noisy at night, but that's not a big deal for me personally.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. We stayed in a Superior room, and it was immaculate with a huge bed and sofa. Little things like lights and blinds you controlled from your bed added to a great room experience. The amenities are superb with a self scan little shopping area selling snacks and drinks, a nice wee spa area, an amazing choice of breakfast, and stunning views across Brussels. It's a 15-minute walk from Grand Place, which is such a beautiful place and sits on the shopping boulevard where there are a good 30 designer clothes shops.

The bedroom walls were extremely thin, and you could hear everything from the rooms around you. We were woken up 4 or 5 times during the night with various noises, which was quite frustrating, and it left us pretty tired and unrested the following day.
