Location was really good, only a 15/20 minute walk to Grand Place & was also near a metro station. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was very clean. Staff were very friendly & helpful

The room was very small, felt claustrophobic between two of us - bathroom was on a sliding door that had gaps i.e didn’t shut properly which wasn’t ideal. The hotel is off the main road down a little side street but there is still a fair bit of street noise, I slept with my earplugs in on the Saturday night - this isn’t the hotel’s fault though

My family and I recently stayed at Sun Hotel, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The fresh, pleasant scent in the hotel room was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's prime location. It is conveniently close to a variety of good fast foods, making it easy for us to enjoy some nice quick meals without having to travel far. Overall, our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Cleanliness, great staff, and a superb location – this hotel has it all. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with their family.

Great location with transportation options very close to the hotel. The room was small, but comfortable and met my needs: privacy! Numerous shops, restaurants, and other conveniences to make the stay easier. The reception staff helped me by allowing an early check-in, so I’m very grateful for that – this was a hypothetical situation that I really appreciated!

The shower in my room was dripping at one point, but I believe a repair service will be provided, so it's not a big issue.

The reception and staffs were really nice. The location was also great because it was near the shops, bus stops, train station, and fast food chains. I was really happy because the room and bathroom were clean, the cleaner cleaned our room everyday. I loved our room because it was just enough for me and my husband, it was worth the price. And breakfast for €5 was really good and convenient for us. Very positive experience overall.

The only small thing that I didn’t like was there was no mirror in the bedroom, so I had to use the one in the bathroom every time I had to do my makeup.

Luckily they gave us three bedroom room so we had plenty of space. They cleaned room and changed towels every day. In bathroom you have liquid soap and shower gel. Location of the hotel was great, 15min walk from city centre, also you have McDonalds/Burger king/Carrefour market 2-3min from hotel. People at the reception were friendly. Most important we felt safe at this neighborhood and in this hotel.

If you need hairdryer you need to ask in the reception, they will give it to you so its not a problem. View from our window was just another room and stairs. The pillows werent comfortable.

Great experience! I wasn't expecting much for a 2 star hotel, so it exceeded my expectations. The location is great, it's just off a main street where there are lots of shops (supermarket, Mc Donalds, Burger King, Uniqlo, and other shops), the staff at reception are very friendly, there is an elevator, and the room is very clean. I only stayed 2 nights so the small single room was sufficient for me. The bathroom was clean and there was a TV. I had a great experience, thank you!

The walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbours quite clearly. However, as a solo traveller, I just had earphones on while listening to music/watching videos, so it didn't bother me too much. But just something to keep in mind.

This is a solid 2-star hotel, so don't expect too much. It is situated in a quiet street with easy access to public transport, including airport connections. The 24-hour reception is very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was cozy.

Overall, everything was fine. However, be prepared for the rooms and bathrooms to be quite small. It would be nice to have more sockets in the room, especially around the table.

Small bathroom, which can be used only with an open door between the room and the bathroom. It is ok for one person, for two it can be not so comfortable.

Located in the heart of the city, very clean, cosy and friendly people run the place. Very helpful with cleaning rooms daily, directions for nearby places and helping to book cab. Stay was safe and dint have any noise issues, good ventilation in rooms and ample shelf spaces and lighting in the room.

Only the elevator had a problem while I stayed, but I assume it was under repair. But apart from that it was a great stay very helpful people indeed. Also maybe they could add a kettle for the room and a glass might be really helpful for the customer.

Hotel does what it says on the tin. I brought my 13 yo son here 3 out of 4 nights as we headed to Belgium/France for France v Scotland. Night 1 we landed in brussels close to midnight so needed somewhere to rest before heading to lille on day 2. Days 3 and 4 we returned to Brussels to explore so only needed somewhere to lay our belongings and sleep. It’s a small hotel with the basics of space and a bed. It fitted the bill for our stay. The hotel staff were really nice, helpful and always welcoming. I’d got a bit of assistance of printing my tickets for the game as I’d forgotten to do this. Place was clean, beds comfy enough and it’s close by to everything you could need e.g. supermarkets, fast food, restaurants, city centre, eu Parliament, metro, as well as other shopping facilities. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking to make a budget choice in travelling to Brussels.

The only thing that slightly bothered me (probably more a me/entitled problem) was the smart tvs did not have an option to screen mirror from smart devices to watch films etc.
