The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was big and very clean, which I appreciate in any hotel. The location is good too, close to the EU offices (with museums and exhibits) and the main bus line which takes you straight into the city center - perfect for a tourist. And the prices was very good compared to other Brussels hotels. The room had a nice smart TV for watching YouTube and a good Wi-Fi connection. Came with a water heater and tea as well. The beds were crazy comfy and the heating was good too.

The bathroom is literally built inside the room (not a problem since the rooms are big) with the toilet seat right in front of a barely opaque glass door which does not stay closed all the way... Hope you enjoy seeing and hearing your roommate pooping.

Staff is kind and very helpful, I liked the room with big windows and nice look to the streets. Towels were big enough and very nice and more blankets to the bed were very useful. Great to have a kettle in the room for hot drinks, thank you.

It took time to heat up the room. The radiator was cold. The ground-sill entering into and coming out of the bathroom is high, it can easily cause an accident. I almost fell stepping out of the bathroom and then I noticed that metal frame of the door on the ground.

The location is fantastic, very near to all the sights. There were no problems with checking in, although we arrived late and left very early in the morning, so didn't see the staff, the instructions in the email were very clear. The beds were comfy and the room and bathroom were clean. The room is very good value for money.

The room could do with a bit of new furniture (like a new table and a chair).

The room is really clean, very close to the Parliament, right in the European Quartier. We were a bit afraid of not having hot water or warm room, but no way of something like this. Those reviews were totally false. it was too warm in the room so we needed to open the window a bit. the hot water is available at anytime. even if it’s close to the pubs of Brussels the area is really quite and we had a great sleep. The lady from Ukraine at the reception is amazing. She helped us with anything we needed.

Close to Place Lux and Brussels-Luxembourg train station. Simple accommodation, good wifi, good hot water pressure and the heating was working already in mid-October (during a particularly cold weather). Excellent service at the reception.

Bathroom could do with a new coat of paint, but everything was clean.

Everything was great. It is very close to the Parlamentarium and also to 4-5 minutes walking form the metro station. The rooms are really cosy. The surrounding is very quite at night. I reccomend this, the price was very good for the room.

The location was superb, just two-minute walk from the European Parliament where I had business to do. A comfy bed and good shower in a clean room. That's all I needed for a business trip.

There wasn't enough lighting in the room. A small desk lamp on the table would be helpful.

The room was big and the beds were good as well. The bathroom is small but it s ok, there were many plugs near the bed which was also positive for me. It s close to some bus/train/metro stops so it s easy to access as well

Even if in the EU institutions area, the hotel keeps it's character: it's small and in a typical building just beyond place de Luxembourg. I had a very quiet room viewing on the internal courtyard. Staff was very kind and helpful. Kettle with tea the in the room. forniture may seem old but it is clean and in the bathroom everything works well.

Simple room for good price, nice staff and the possibility to have simple breakfast on a Sunday morning - almost everything around was closed in the morning! Location near the Parlament :-)
