The hotel was very affordable and had easy to access the metro. My husband had the breakfast each day and enjoyed it. Everything was modern and clean. We liked that the hotel was in a quiet part of town but others might want to be closer to the historic center. That was about a 28 minute walk from the hotel.

Our shower door leaked onto the bathroom floor each time we used it. This was a minor annoyance and the front desk staff immediately arranged for a maintenance check. But the shower had a gap between the sliding glass doors, a design defect, and it was not an easy fix. If you are planning to stay alone at the hotel, the area around the hotel is not very populated at night for walking home alone in the dark. Something for single travelers to consider.

Very modern, clean and open space. Rooms were very spacious. Location was nice, enough shops and cafes around. City was walkable.

Our neighbors that were loud during the night and we could not sleep. The bathroom sink was not working very well, it took a while before the water was gone. Not a big fan of glass doors for the bathroom.

The hotel was comfortable. The staff were exceptional, friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was the standard breakfast and was just what I needed. The room was lovely, had a great view and the bed was oh so comfy. The location was OK, abit away from the city centre but if you like less of a buzz it is perfect. The hotel restaurant needs more variety in terms of food on the menu. Very limited options. Overall my stay was great. Will certainly recommend and return.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and it won't be our last. The room was very clean and comfortable - love the beds. We also used the gym, which, though small with limited equipment, was well maintained. The lady at the reception was very kind; when we asked to fill our bottle before leaving, she gave us an extra one for our journey.

We found the breakfast too expensive at 30 Euros pp. Also the underground parking is expensive - you could instead park on the street which is free during evenings and Sundays.

The staff were brilliant and helpful. Location is also good, close to metro station.

It’s about 10 minute walk to the busy streets also when you arrive you are greeted with this comfortable atmosphere, the receptionist were really nice and although we did not eat at the restaurant the hotel had, the hotel room had their own water cattle which me and my friend (both students) boiled noodles to eat. The lobbies were also nice and although the elevator was small it was comfortable with it’s lightning. The room was way nicer than we thought, it had an hairdryer and the shower looked very updated, the room included shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner and a lot of towels. Not only that we found a mini fridge and iron in the closet as well as a safe for your important belongings. The metro station was also super close, like three minutes away. If I’m visiting Brussels again I will stay here if I had the chance.

It was a bit hard to find at the beginning, a bit far away from the train (not metro station).

The location near the metro, and in the middle of the main attractions you can either take a 30 mins walk or choose the metro. the staff were super friendly, even the guests were nice. Comfortable and clean. The iron also irons well! And there was a full size mirror in the rooms, and a tiny market in the lobby.

The breakfast was okay not great but okay. The single beds were very narrow feels like you are gonna fall any sec. Dark small lobby but after some time we got used to it.

The property was very cute, cozy and welcoming. Stuff working at the hotel were always nice and friendly. Hotel was clean in general. There was almost nothing disturbing.

First of all our booking didn't include breakfast, because hotel's breakfast was abnormally expensive. All of the meals had a higher price than their worth. Also after the housekeeping a lady came by our room to check if it was cleaned and if we were happy with the cleaning. The logic was pretty useful and nice but getting in the room without checking if the guests are in is not appropriate. We would like these little topics to be taken into consideration. I had an absolutely delightful stay at the Courtyard Marriott! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were immaculately clean and well-appointed, and the amenities provided a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. From the inviting ambiance to the top-notch service, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend the Courtyard Marriott for a memorable and positive stay.

While my overall experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Brussels was exceptionally positive, if I had to point out one minor aspect, it would be that the Wi-Fi connectivity in some areas of the hotel was a bit inconsistent, and the casting from mobile devices to the room televisions did not work as instructed. However, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic stay, and the staff's responsiveness more than made up for it.

Breakfast could have more options snd varieties on different days. Replace the welcome snacks/cookies if they are over. As guests, it was disappointing to see empty plates at the check in. There was some technical issues with the tv in the room and the staff was not available to fix it. No entertainment channels in English and I wish there were more options for international travellers.
