Hotel was good and very clean especally the rooms. Bus available outside the hotel were great and run every half an hour, the underground is very good to use to get around. The reception staff we very supportive and made us feel very welcome, they helped us when we needed advise to get to a venue, the rooms were very clean as was the hotel.

Room was dark, poor lighting, the nearest underground was a 20 min walk and not suitable to get to at night due to location. The menu was limited in the hotel we didn't have breakfast. There isn't any shops or restaurants near to the hotel so isolated if you didn't want to eat at the hotel. Nearest underground is a 20 min walk and not the best to get to especally late at night.

check in wasn’t right. We arrived the hotel around 14:30. There wasn’t any room available. We waited until 16:00 and we asked the receptionist. he said room was ready. He didn’t tell us the room was ready to check in until we asked. then we found the air conditioner didn’t work and we had to wait another hour to move to other room. then this room didn’t have coffee machine and refrigerator. And the tv was small, may be 20 inch tv.

Ramada Hotel is further away from the centre of Brussels but can be reached quickly by public transport. It is in a quiet area, even if it is near to a busy road. The rooms are of good quality, but you can see the use on them. We chose it for its breakfast because it is very plentiful and delicious. They also cook deliciously in the kitchen, so I recommend lunch or dinner in the restaurant. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good enough quality and well-priced hotel in Brussels and for those who have no problem travelling a little.

The rooms are of good quality, but you can see the use on them. If you stay there at the same time as a large group of tourists, the restaurant can be loud and crowded.

The check-in very quick and easy . Parking rather small space,but managed to get parking every time I returned to the hotel. Bed was supper comfy. The coffee machine was the best feature as well as the shower and enough supply of shampoo, body wash .

A mini fridge in the room would have been a great added feature and toiletries, like toothpaste, toothbrush etc( things you would expect in a 4 star hotel). I wanted to iron my shirt , but the iron in the ironing room didn't work ( second floor). Didn't have time to report it as I was late for an event. Was very happy there was an ironing room , but sad at the same time it was out of order . Please kindly check and fix it upon reading this .

In many cities there will be havy traffic that could be very annoying for the night's sleep, but at least for myself I was lucky to get a quiet room as requested at Hotel Ramada Brussels Woluwe. Futhermore, the breakfast was excellent. The staff was polite and helpful.

At departure, needing the receipt for my accounts, the printer was not working, what whenever may happen. The receipt should be sent by e-mail to me later, but that appeared to fail. I had to recall and remind the hotel for this receipt, and that was quite laborous through the mail system of booking.com, and at the end I had to call the hotel directly by phone. At last, after all strive, it was resolved.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful with indications. We asked for two rooms close together and the hotel management was very kind to meet our request. The rooms were clean and big. The hotel is a little far from the city center but for us it was perfect. We actually chose it for the nice quiet area and the internal parking. We used the "make-up our room" sign for one of the rooms and it was indeed cleaned and resupplied with coffee. Overall, a nice stay at this hotel, we would recommend it.

The only minuses: the lack of shampoo on the first night and the fact that there were only 2 sockets in the room. We couldn't start the television as we needed to chose what to plug in: coffee machine, TV, or decoder/ WIFI. I am sure we could have solved by asking for an extension at the reception. But we didn't care for TV too much during our short stay.

Extremly expensive for the facilities they offer! In the first evening I arrived late, took a shower and went to sleep! During the night I felt cold, but I tought it was because of me being tired… but it was because there were only 16 degrees in the room!!!!! It took me several hours to convince the personeel to change my room as in the end it was proved that the heating system (AC) was broken!

It was clean, towels and sheets changed everytime was needed. It was a coffee machine in the room, much welcomed. The ironing station was down the hall. The breakfast was divers, as well as the coffee/tea options.

It was cold, and I like warm. I stayed there in January and there were 17 Celsius degrees in the room, with nothing to warm the room but an air conditioner. 20 degrees all the time would have been perfect!

The room was a very good standard. It was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was excellent Floor we were on was calm and quiet I would come again. Great for a family. Good air conditioning. There’s a bus stop outside the hotel and so convenient, there’s a regular bus service. Area was safe and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was not happy that there was no mini fridge or tea making facilities in the room . To use the iron you have to share it as there’s a small area on each floor for everyone to use it so depending on where your room is you have to walk to one end of the floor to use it. I was fortunate that the iron was in the are next to my room The sofa bed was very squeaky and it’s mattress was very worn out to be honest but my teenagers managed. Extra pillows should be kept in the wardrobe I felt. It would have been great if breakfast was included in the rate we paid.

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. The location is quiet. There isn't much around, but it's well connected by buses. The breakfast is ok - nothing special, but totally decent. The A/C is effective. Good cleanliness. Good food at the restaurant. Very good value for money, I would say. I've been there twice and will return. I warmly recommend.

I have no real complaints, just a comment. I don't need cleaning every day, but I couldn't find a note to put on the door for it. It's also very common to let the guests decide if the towels need exchanging (better for the environment not to exchange them every day), but I didn't see any instructions on how to do this.
