Close to train station and metro. Very safe and quiet area. The Jubile park is 700 m away from the apartment , it's a beautiful green area where you can run, walk and exercise early mornings. In the park is the stunning arch of freedom celebration as well as war and auto mobile museums . Management immediately reacted to queries and complains.
The apartment furniture appeared to be dated and wasn't a fair reflection of the photographs on the website. The following was reported to the staff, lights in kitchen didn't work, electrical point in kitchen didn't work, the light in main lounge was too low,the walls in the toilet was damp, no bedside tables and no waste basket in the bathroom. Management attended to the electrical matters immediately and repair. On arrival the apartment appeared not to have been cleaned properly.

Good and safe location, in the european quarter right next to the bus stop with connections to the city center and 10 min walk from the metro, Schumann station. Very nice design of the apartment, nice terrace with a nice view. It has all the utilities for a short city trip and more, it is clean and easy to access following the instructions. It has a very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and separate toilet. Would definitely return if in town again.
The sofa bed it’s extremely uncomfortable and the toilet and bathroom are in the bedroom which can be quite annoying when staying with other couple (but we knew these inconveniences from the beginning and we had a very nice stay anyways).

I was very happy with the accommodation, the property was spotless clean, it had good appliances, and is very spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect, quiet place but close to shops and restaurants, walking distance to the EU Parliament and has a lovely tapas bar just around the corner, as well as good transport links. I would definitely stay there again.
The wifi connection was a bit unstable, although there were two networks available. That could potentially be an issue, specially if one needs to work from home at some point.

We stayed in apartment no.7 and we really liked it. It had a large, sunny, living room, a nice bedroom and a beautiful terrace. Although we read reviews that said the couch is uncomfortable I think they changed it because the couch we slept on seemed to be new. We found everything we wanted in the apartment, from toiletries and hairdryer to an ironing board with an iron. The staff was very prompt and they responded immediately to our questions. The apartment is situated in a really quiet, safe area, with a supermarket and some cozy bars to enjoy a glass of wine down the street, and a bus station just outside the building (the bus goes directly to the train station if you also want to explore surrounding cities like Ghent, Antwerp etc).
These are some minor issues that did not bother us that much but you should be aware of them: -there's a lot of sunlight coming in from the big windows in the living room (could be bothersome for the people sleeping on the couch) - if they could put in some blinds it would be great! -when you go to the bathroom you have to pass through the bedroom -there is no elevator (it did not bother us but maybe someone with mobility issues should know)

Great location for the EU area. Cozy loft feeling on the top floor. Cute balcony. Lots of space. Well equipped including basic kitchen stuff. Nice view. Fresh and comfortable bed. Really all you need for a comfortable stay 2-7 days.
Would be good with an alternative fire / emergency exit (perhaps through the balcony) given it is on the top floor in an old building with only one way down - the main stairs. For longer stays it would be great to put a functional work desk where the old desk is now. A couple of minor things missing in the kitchen like cutting board and tea spoons. That’s all.

The size, comfort, aesthetics, location, that it had everything you needed and that it was quiet and safe. A wonderful place to stay for a work trip! Also, I thought it was very generous that I got upgraded to a luxury apartment for free because the one I booked was being renovated. Thanks so much for that!!
There was a musty smell throughout the apartment and the couch had what looked like mildew stains all over. Airing out the flat for several hours got rid of the smell, and I just didn’t use the couch, so these points certainly didn’t ruin my stay, but if I had to point out something negative, this would be it.

Nicely renovated building and apartment. Modern design and secure entrance. Well equipped kitchen. Great to stay for a few days!
A bit noisy because of the buses during the day, but it didn’t bother us at night. We were staying in the room with a cute little balcony, which was very nice. But the balcony table was extremely dirty so we had to spend some time scrubbing it before we could enjoy it. I would expect that would be part of a regular room cleaning before each guest. The rest of the apartment was clean, so no issues there.

Right in the EU quarter and like a home away from home. I‘ve stayed in a lot of the normal Brussels hotels and they are always overpriced and poor quality. The room was so spacious and lovely, the bed super comfortable and bathroom and bedroom clean. Will definitely book next time I’m in town.
It is right on the street so in summer when it was really hot, you couldn’t really open the windows to sleep because of street noise and a lot of the orange streetlamps shine in (but there were heavy curtains almost Blackout).

Very nice and cozy, clean and secure. Located near EU Parliament. Some markets near, you can find some restaurants (5 min walk). Great Parc Du Cinquantenaire for a evening walk is very close, there you can find great Airplane exhibition and vintage car’s exhibition.

good location next to the bus station and about 40’ walk to the town centre. Very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Also we appreciated the temperature of the apartment was very good, considering outside was very cold.
the code for the apartment door didn’t work and since the only contact number didn’t work on WhatsApp as recommend by the venue, it took a little while to get changed so we could get in. But otherwise staff very helpful.
