Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and the complementary in-room tea and coffee were always re-stocked. Bathroom was also very good, having good towels. Reception staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is not far from the European Parliament building and to the metro at Shuman - its is around 15 minutes on foot. The area is quiet yet is not far away from the centre which is easily reachable by public transport. Bus stops on the same road as the hotel.

Just a heads-up, the hotel does not have a lift / elevator. This should not affect visitors who do not have mobility challenges.

We really liked it! The room was like a flat on its own, With a clean bathroom and a seperate dressing room. The bedroom had microwaves and a kettle so we could drink teas and eat. They offered croissants even though breakfast wasnt included so that was a nice surprise as well. The staff was so gentle and helpful and we felt very welcome in brussels!

The room was a bit cold in the night, thankfully they had blankets but there could be a heater as well. And the location was a bit far but they were buses directly departing from in front of the hotel so that didnt matter as well.

My stay in Hotel Satelite definitely exceeded my expectations. I usually don't like classic hotels because I find them rather boring but this little gem was something else. It has the vibe of an b&b with only a couple of rooms and a cozy atmosphere. I stayed in Room nr.2 and upon entering I was amazed of how spacious it was! I joked that it was even bigger than my appartment. It has its own walk in closet, a decent sized bathroom and a large room with sitting area with armchairs and also a writing desk. There is a coffee machine with capsules, hot water kettle and even a microwave! Also, I found some plates, cuttlery and glasses/mugs. Bed was comfortable and I slept great. As you can see, it offers more than a standard hotel room. It doesn't serve breakfast but I prefer to explore eating outside anyway. There is a great sandwitch bar Lolik nearby. All in all, this little gem has a thumbup from me!

A bit of construction work noise on the street but I was resting great despite of it.

Hotel room is spacious, has a fridge, a kettle and a microwave oven. Free WiFi. Clean and quite area, metro and airport bus stop are 650m away, restaurants and a grocery shop are nearby. Darkening curtains on the windows.

During showering the water ran under the shower cabin door to the floor, the receptionist told that he doesn't have a mop, so we had to clean it with towel. Would be nice to have paper towels and a sponge for dishwashing. The fridge was on 0 level when we arrived, so all water in the ice cube tray melted and the freezer was full of water. The noise from the road (although it's a quite street with almost no traffic) may be disturbing, especially if you want to sleep with the open window. Cars and buses are driving rarely, but you can hear them very well.

The staff was friendly and super helpful. The room was large and very comfortable, and the wifi was very strong. The room had a coffee maker, fridge, microwave (which I didn't use). And you get a croissant and pain au chocolat in the morning. Great location, 10 minutes easy walk from Schuman.

There is no lift. It wasn't a problem for me, but if you have difficulty with stairs, it isn't for you.

I love the location of the hotel -- so close to all the EU institutions and in a very quiet neighbourhood. The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. I also like the fact that there is a large changing room with a big mirror.

Unfortunately there was no soap in the basin. I had to use the shower gel to wash the hands. I never had this experience at this hotel before. Maybe I was just unlucky.

This has been a place of choice when I stay in Brussels for some years now. They have big fairly comfortable, good value, well-equipped rooms close to EU institutions. Hot shower, comfortable bed, tea-kettle, fridge, TV - all works fine. This time I had a view to their inner garden (no access), so staying on the ground floor has its bonuses. There is no breakfast option, but I lake to self-cater and this time they also offered a croissant in the morning, nice touch.

The man at reception (who's name I forgot to get) was very welcoming and humorous and I was surprised when he showed us the room how much space we had and how bright and clean it was so first impressions were brilliant. We stayed in the 1st room nearest the entrance, only for 1 night but we would have gladly stayed for longer if we were able to! Comfy beds, warm shower, clean room with all the amenities we needed all for a decent price, A+

The only thing thst could make this room better is to have some materials to clean the dishes - we did improvise on this front. This is not a complaint just mere constructive feedback.

A spacious, clean and quiet room at a very convenient location for those who work at the EU institutions. The daily cleaning provided came as a surprise, as lots of hotels nowadays do not include this in their rates. It is nice to have it, although it is not that necessary. Very kind receptionist.

There is no proper lobby and when you enter you have to climb two flights of steps with your luggage to reach the reception. Yet the receptionist was so kind as to help me with my suitcase from the reception to the room, and from the reception to the exit on check-out.

large room, comfy bed, a balcony with a view of some Bruxelles back yard :) yet still enjoyable, whole wall windows with two layers of curtains, excellent shower with high water pressure, nice towels, coffee machine, water kettle and Twinnings tea bags, cookies, fridge, microwave.. well equipped place for sure albeit an old building, with Metro from Schuman one is at the Cetraal Station in a jiffy. Also lots of local restos, free street parking in front of hotel

one can hear people climbing up the stairs. My request for top floor room was ignored
