We stayed at the hotel the night before our flight. When we came back from visiting the city centre, there were around 50 people all checking into the hotel and the lifts were packed. We were staying on the 4th floor and I am currently pregnant. We asked staff where the stairs were, and the lovely man who was working in the entrance to the restaurant/bar that night really kindly showed us a quicker way. Later that evening we realised we only had one small pillow each in the room. This wasn’t ideal for sitting up and reading, nor was it ideal for me sleeping whilst pregnant so I went down to reception. It was still busy, but the same nice man noticed I was waiting and asked to help. He went out of his way to go and find another pillow and brought it to my room. He was brilliant and kind

The room is large enough and well organized, allowing for 2 people to do different activities (eg one sleeping and the other working on a computer). Decoration and whole feel is dated and old fashioned, but the bed is large and comfortable. Personnel were helpful and clever (to immediately understand what you were asking for). Free shuttle to and from Brussels airport a huge plus (not available during weekends). The location was convenient for my needs and parking was easy enough and cheap (I had a car and parked in public spaces) Also very good value

The initial feeling in the room is a bit gloomy and definitely dated, old fashioned. But once you get used to it, the room is actually quite good, well organized.

The room had a good size, the bed was comfy, everything was clean and there were fresh towels everyday. The breakfast had an abundant choice of foods. The location is a little outside of the city center but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the bus (line 66) takes you within 25min into the city center, depending on traffic. Another bus (line 80), the bus stop is around the corner, takes you directly to the European Quarter. The shuttle to the airport was also great. When we arrived, we called as advised and they said they didn't have a driver, so we should pay a taxi and they will reimburse us. To get back to the airport, they have a shuttle every hour, you just tell them what time you have to be at airport. We loved to stay there and would stay again if we visit Brussels again.

We needed a room in Brussels for 1 night in view of an event we were attending, so we weren't looking for anything fancy, just an affordable room with good public transportation connection to the city center. With this purpose in mind, the room and hotel met our expectations. The hotel felt a little dated but was clean and comfortable overall. Friendly staff. The hotel offers a (paid) parking space.

While the room rate itself was affordable, the additional costs for parking (21 euros per day) and breakfast (22 euros per person) really ramped up the total price. The 22 euros per person for breakfast is exaggerated considering the rather standard selection offered. Admittedly, the scrambled eggs and the breakfast sausages were good, but for that price I would have expected e.g. more fresh fruits, some smoked salmon, ... Coffee served at the buffet was terrible (although the staff would bring better coffee on demand). Overall, I would recommend to pick up a coffee and a croissant or pastry in one of the nearby bakeries instead.

It was a lovely hotel with superb staff who helped to make our stay even better. When we arrived, the staff had our room ready as we were travelling with our little baby. They the cot already set up in the room. The breakfast was fantastic and well attended each time, the cleaners did an excellent job cleaning our room. Also the lady at reception was very kind, she was the lady wearing glasses and she did her job with a smile and welcoming friendliness. I can highly recommend staying here and also the hotel had a gym! As I love to exercise

The only downside is the location, it is far from the city centre of Brussels, but it is easily accessible by bus. Other than that, there not much else that I didn't like

The room was one towards inside, i.e. park, and not street. Consequently it might have been more quiet as others. Breakfast is rich enough, the bed is quite confortable. There was a good communication with the staff regarding the invoice, that should have been issued on my company name and in the first instance it was not properly issued, but later they provided the correct version.

The invoice issue caused some headache, because they only issue the invoice at check-out and do not correct it instantly in case is not correct, so you have to communicate with them afterwards, that creates a little bit of uneasiness. But as said above they were diligent in solving the problem.

Excellent hotel, good rooms, bathrooms could be little bigger. # Friendly staff, not the cheap feeling, like the Ibis Budget Hotel, you feel at home in the room. Rain shower, gym with two instruments. The breakfast is not as good as the Renaissance Hotel in Tel Aviv, but aside from that, excellent breakfast, You always get what you need in the breakfest room.

The parking garage is only suitable for a certain car size. Just check what kind of car you have. My car fits perfectly, but a large, high SUV or pickup might not. In the garage, you have to reverse your car several times, either after coming home in the evening, or in the morning. Neat parking garage, but other, excellent hotel, I immediately felt home.

Lots of positives - firstly the hotel's information talked about having an airport shuttle service until 10pm weekdays. When I called they didn't have it running, but they reimbursed my taxi fare straightaway. The front desk was excellent... one of the team spent over half an hour helping me buy tickets for a Belgian league football game, including phoning his friend who supported the club for additional help. Also the hotel has a small fitness room - which is great considering the price range of the hotel. Staff in the bar and restaurant were friendly and polite. There also was an unexpected electricity outage affecting the whole neighbourhood... the staff quickly mobilised and kept functions running by electric candlelight - e.g. the breakfast service.

Hotel is not on a tram or metro line... so needed buses to travel. But there are lots of different bus routes which come to or near the hotel so this wasn't a major issue.

The room was very spacious and looked as advertised. The beds were comfortable and bedsheets were clean. The overall stay was pleasant, and the staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. We could even leave our luggage at the hotel when we arrived earlier for check in and went out to explore the city while the room was getting ready. The location of the hotel is quiet, but a little far from the city centre, but there is a bus (around 40 mins drive) that leaves you right by the north train station so it's convenient.

The room we stayed in could maybe use some renovation, as it looked a little outdated. The shower glass (it's a walk-in shoerr) was a little too short and water was splashing around the room. Not a big inconvenience, but fixing could make a difference.
