The location is perfect for business trips. It is just in front of a tram and 2 minutes from the metro terminal, and also many restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and special thanks to (Sim), who was very helpful and supportive to facilitate my stay. I have stayed twice in this hotel during the same month, and the main reason for booking again is that the location is very accessible to most of the areas of Brussels. Also, during my visits, the hotel upgrade my room free of charges

Due to the location being just infrint of a street, sometimes it becomes hard to sleep with the street noise and sirens of police vehicles or ambulances passing through the area, but it is relatively quiet after 10 pm (this is only annoying if you get a room that facing the street)

The room was very clean, cosy. We had a very good sleep in a comfortable bed. The shower was working properly. The room view was amazing and the location was great: the subway is nearby, many nice shops around and good restaurants. Not a fancy place, but a good accomodation for a few nights. We consider the price is decent for the offer.

Just some things we needed: a facility for a coffee in the room, a place for soap în the shower cabin, but we managed. We used the balcony for keeping things at cold, but in the summer, a small refrigerator is a must have thing în a room.

The hotel is top located at the city center near the Triumphal arc and Parc du cinquantenaire, museums. The place is very communicative with train at Merode station, a metro line, a tram and busses. A lot of bars, restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Excellent for tourist walks. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is good with croissants and coffee, eggs, vegetables and more. It is all you can expect from a 3-star hotel.

Note that the building is old and maybe with wooden floor (in BG we call it "гредоред") so it is little more noisy when you are walking, closing doors, but this is somehow charming for me. I recommend it to everybody who want to feel the authentic old time spirit of Bruxelles. Also little narrow common places and rooms but it is topical for the old town.

Hotel is nicely located near the park, with the public transport and good restaurants immediately available, and a supermarket nearby. Breakfast room was on a small side but the selection was still good, although vegetables like tomatoes or cucumbers were missing from a buffet. The room for sleeping was not huge but OK, clean and bed very comfy. I even had a little terrace.

Hotel is a typical older Brussels building. Everything is very narrow and vertical. The prices after COVID went up, you will hardly find anything in Brussels that could be called "value for money" and this hotel is no exception. They charged me an extra night by mistake, but redeemed it immediately after I complaint, with apologies.

The room, facilities, and especially the bathroom were all exceptionally clean. Overall space was ok to feel comfy in. TV position was optimal for viewing from the bed and offer lots of shows and themes (dozens of accessible channels), which is a welcome though often overlooked little plus in any hotel.

Lack of any kind of air con, even fans, and no light, summer bed covers. I had complications finding sleep during these hot summer days, as the air was not really circulating through the skylight which was the only window. Bathroom could use a surface to put cleaning items such as shampoo tube, there is literally *nowhere* to put anything down while you're washing. and the top , main shower had no switch to be activated, staff itself was no help on that regard, through very polite and competent otherwise. 5th floor had no wifi connexion even though part of the room package, at least for my phone (a model less than 4 years old so not the issue)

Location is really good: it's outside of the very center, but it is right next to Merode station and pretty close to Montgomery, so it is well connected both to center but also to various locations around the city, like VUB. The room was quite spacious, clean, and facilities are good especially for the price.

The hotel has a policy that the key should be left at the reception when leaving the building. I was not entirely comfortable with that since anyone can pick up the key at the reception without showing ID (even by accident - I am personally very bad at remembering which room I am currently staying in and could have asked for the wrong key as an honest mistake). Maybe the receptionists are actually very good with faces though.

Overall it's quite nice place, especially for the price. There is a lift, small one, but there is. Hotel is open 24/7. The cleaning service is everyday and happens before the check-out hours, so if someone likes to sleep for very long, be prepared because you can be awaken. Otherwise, it's nice to have the room cleaned everyday. But there should be some tag to hang on the doors if you don't want the room to be cleaned. It has a great communication with the rest of the city, and really nearby are museums of military and cars, really worth visiting!

The wifi is here, but it tends to hang or rise the pings. You can use it for some small work or low-res videos, but playing games or watching netflix can be troublesome. The entry doors had some space under them, which caused the noises from the hall to be heard inside. Due to the entry mechanism, it was audible when the neighbors were opening or closing their rooms.

Perfect Hotel for a stay in Brussels ; Excellent location, convenient for Autoworld, parc du cinquantenaire, with bars, restaurants ,super market shopping area and sights nearby etc. Close to all transport, 10 minutes from the centre of brussels. Very good breakfast for only 9 euro Nice and spacious room. Comfortable bed. The staff at reception were really friendly, helpful and professional. The reception is open 24h/24h

Everything is good I will probably come back again.

Excellent location with quick access to restaurants, park, and museums (Auto World, Army Museum). We enjoyed street view and Triumphal Arch from balcony. Metro station is just few steps from hotel door. Friendly personnel. Breakfast is ok. We used hotel services - luggage place, and call taxi to airport with good price. Good WiFi.

I really missed the fridge and kettle. No socket near the bed in double room as promised. Certainly, for choosing such good location, street noise will be till midnight, but for us is not a big problem.
