Great location close to a metro station so it was easy to connect to the city and beyond. There’s also a tram that runs nearby. I walked into the city one day and it only took maybe 45mins at a leisurely stroll, lovely to walk through the parks on the way. Some nice little bakeries and cafes nearby for food, and the area felt safe even later in the evening as the street is well lit and many people walking along. Staff were friendly and happy to kind my bag for the day before checking in and after checking out.
The shower wasn’t working properly so water from the hose filled up the bath a bit so was standing in ankle deep water while showering. The shower head itself worked fine though. The room was very warm from central heating that I couldn’t control. I opened a window to let some fresh air in, but then found out the smoking area for the hotel is right outside underneath so it was noisy when people were standing out there smoking late at night.

We had a very comfortable room facing the park, as requested. We had arrived on an early morning flight, and the staff let us drop off our bags, and then checked us in as soon as a room was ready without waiting until the official check in time. They were very kind and helpful, and we loved being able to take a stroll in the park in the early evening when the park comes alive with people. But the thing we love best of all is the breakfast room and the breakfast itself which exceeded our expectations. I expect to stay here every time I come to Brussels in the future.
It would be nice if they had a shuttle. I’m sure many more people would stay there if they did.

Spacious room, consistent cleaning, very helpful reception. The location is great, next to the Metro, shops and of course the park and its museums. My requests were fulfilled and the hotel staff were very polite and friendly. I will definitely stay again here in my next visit to Brussels.
The hotel building is a bit old and because of that there could be some noise from the nearby rooms, but nothing too much.

This is probably the fourth or fifth time I stay in this hotel, it's location is very convenient for some meetings that I have in Brussels. I like the hotel: it is everything a person needs and nothing too much. And has a beautiful garden, that one needs to spend some time in.
I liked everything. May be I am not a person with plenty of pretences but the hotel offers everything a person needs for a comfurtable stay in Brussels. Including a friendly staff.

The "mini single" room was larger than I expected and well laid out. Bed was comfortable and had enough covers for chilly nights. Heating worked well. Location was in a lovely part of Brussels, across from a large park, and just steps from both Metro line and major tram line. Shopping and restaurants were all convenient. There was a small safe in the room for valuables.
My room was near the elevator, which was a bit noisy. I didn't have the breakfast, as, at $18 Euros ($24 on weekends) it was beyond my means. There was no way to just get a cup of good coffee in the hotel. There was a kettle and instant coffee in the room. Perhaps because I was on the top floor, the shower didn't get enough hot water for my liking.

The location in relation to Brussels was possible to walk or take public transportation, the room was spacious for a single, the room looked into the back yard area and there were birds that I could hear singing. I didn't need to interact with the staff much but when I did they were all very polite, kind, and helpful.
Unfortunately one electric outlet seemed to not function, so one lamp wasn't plugged in/didn't work making the room seem dark. Also, it is necessary to unplug things to plug in say a laptop or phone charger.

Hotel is in a beautiful old town house. Room was the biggest I have ever seen, with at least 5 meter high ceiling. Nice sitting area and and old fireplace ( not functional). For us location was perfect, as train station was not that far away. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, as we were eating it at our friend`s place, who lives close by.
Everything was perfect.

Really Helpful Staff. Great classy Decor in reception and breakfast room. Brilliant Garden view and quiet and nice to open windows in the muggy weather. Great location near Merode metro and Schuman.
Room though well furnished was dated decor wise. Clean enough though bin wasn't emptied in bathroom. The sink surrounding was scorched. The shower was very good !

BW+ is installed in a noble building which was likely not purpose built for a hotel. But it has been carefully refitted and maintained to serve a very transient population. The breakfast room is a splendid room in which to begin the day.
Air handling was poor. That is to be expected in an older building. However, bathroom and bedroom furnishings were properly done. I slept with the window fully open at nights. Fortunately there were no bugs so the sleep hours were comfortable.

Close to Metro (200m), everything was clean and working, checkout till 12:00. breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00 AM, all you can eat / wide variety, nice saloon with view to garden the hotel garden has 3 separate places with 4 seats each, with enough space between them to be private from each other (enough space to play frisbee with kids, or hold a event of any kind for 80 people) room (#15) has spacious bathroom, a bit narrow bathtub, but can be used as a shower, there is even socket for 110V and 240V. there are several restaurants within 300m and some food shops as well. if staying during the working week, there is even dentist , barber and an English speaking doctor within 250m. and in front of the hotel, there is really nice park.
this one bit irritated me, I read on the hotel page that city tax is included in the price, I have specifically asked the hotel about that in advance and they have confirmed that city tax is included in the price, yet when I arrived in person I was asked to pay the city tax on top of the price. !!! - False Advertising - !!! it is Brussels, so parking would have been a problem (there is space for max 3 cars in front of the hotel, and it is not obvious if you manage to get them (first checked in get's them...) the small room can get pretty hot, if not ventilated by opened window, but if you open the window then you hear a lot of airplanes flying around (yes planes, and no cars..., but then again leaves and birds from the garden...)
