The heating in my room was either hot or off. I tried all positions. So, the uncomfortable part was for me in the middle of the night to switch the system from "cooling to off as it only produced a lot of heat" had to open my window. A bit too much WhatsApp communication prior to arriving I had the handle of my door in my hand and that created some stress as you cannot open the door any more. .. managed by putting some paper in between handle and pin and had just enough friction to open the slot and pull the door to me

Great hotel and a great location. Staff are very nice and polite.

Staff was lovely: upgraded my room on the spot when they saw I was on crutches; had me sit down to complete registration. Also, the room was gorgeous, and the beds were luxurious. The view on the plaza is lovely too. The breakfast was very good, and the restaurant staff very kind and accommodating.

The only downside was the taxi situation; the hotel couldn't guarantee finding a taxi in the mornings.

Sofitel Brussels is a very clean hotel with amazingly comfortable beds. The view from the room was super nice, facing a little square with Sunday market, but we couldn't hear any noise, so the rooms are really well soundproofed. They offer an amazing massage - recommend everyone to try it!

It is a little pricey.

Location is perfect, in the European district. The rooms are nice, however, only the ones with a view on Place Jourdan. Many of the other rooms have a view on an internal (!) atrium. I would only stay here if they have a room available with view on Place Jourdan.

The breakfast was quite basic, and the rooms with a view on the atrium aren’t that nice.

I was attending a conference here so first time I have booked, great location and great room, very smart. I come to Brussels 4 times a year and will probably opt for this hotel from now on. I love being in the Centre and its so easy to walk everywhere from this hotel.

Bit of building work going on but not really a problem.

The staff at this hotel are incredible! The entire team is wonderful. We had to catch a train to Bruges, the team went above and beyond to organize it and make sure we were on time. They had a very busy day, the Czech soccer team was coming in to play Belgium and were staying at the hotel. The incredible part was that we felt in no difference less important than such a big even for the hotel. The head concierge, grabbed my kid's hand, took him to the attached chocolate shop and gave him a box of chocolates. My son was beaming!

The.Staff all round were.great especially breakfast room and reception. Room was.immaculate felt fresh crisp and clean Breakfast was great with all round smiling staff who showed that they have a passion for their job...a rare find in todays world

We were welcomed as Guests of the Day with a big box of Neuhaus chocolates, two bottles of artisan beer and a fruit basket. The offered complimentary room upgrade we had to decline in favour of twin beds. The hotel location is perfect on place Jourdan. Our room was impeccable, the reception and restaurant staff friendly. Under the covid regime, the hotel still managed to put up an impressive breakfast buffet (take-away to room). The value for money was excellent.
