I stayed in the appartment on the ground floor (last minute upgrade offered by the property) which was great as I traveled with a fairly large dog. It was spacious and quiet. Location is great with public transport options in walking distance (under 30 minutes to get into the city centre). There is also a big park close by (Parc du Cinquantenaire) which is beautiful and dogs get to run free and play. WiFi worked great both for work video calls and watching movies.

The apartment is fairly dates and the building not new so don't expect super modern facilities or equipment.

The hotel room was nice, clean, surprisingly spacious, and had good wifi. There were a lot of thoughtful touches, from a little heart pillow to a microwave; the room seemed designed by someone who cares about hospitality. I didn't see a single person the whole time I was there; it was very tranquil.

The lighting in the main room was very dim, but adequate. I'm not sure if I missed a lightswitch somewhere, or if it's designed to be good for winding down to sleep.

Nice old charming building. Got my room upgraded for free on the day of arrival. Good location. Good communication (no contact) with the host. In my case it was Ms Alexandrine. Close to the various restaurants and public transport.

Takes time to get to the city center by foot. There is no elevator. Imagine if you are tired and your room is on the 3rd floor. In the room in the attic it was really hot at the end of June. Wi-Fi speed could be better.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. We were offered a room which was available sooner than the official check in hour. This was very helpful for us. Warm inside. We were told about the kitchen sink not working. The host was very prompt with the needed information.

More coffee capsules would have been appreciated and more towels.

Great location, very easy to get to the center and back. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Great service by Alexandrina! She's always available and helpful.

Very basic, got all the necessary amenities but not more than that. If you want a super clean and tidy place this is maybe not for you.

The duplex has a steep stair, and is on the top floor, so one gets a bit of exercise. The kitchen did not have a functioning sink, which seemed to be under installation, but the bathroom was perfect - with a tub !

It wouldhave been nice to be warned about the kitchen sink, but it was not actually a problem

The apartment is at a great location, well-connected, close to Place Jourdan and the EU district. It is very convenient if you come to Brussels for EU-related work. The room is well-equipped, perfect even for a longer stay. The bed was comfortable, the host was really helpful. The room is small but nicely furnished, feels like home. I enjoyed my stay.

The apartment is close to a quite busy road which can be pretty noisy at night. The windows of my room (No.3) couldn't be completely closed (there was a gap) which let in some noise and could be a problem when the outside temperature drops. No problem if you rather eat out, but be aware that the "kitchen-corner" has no stove, only a microwave oven, a fridge and a kettle (plus, of course, plates, mugs, utensils).

The place is in a great location. It's very close to the Brussels Shuman and the European Quarter. The room is cozy, there is everything that one may need. The host is very nice, the communication is very good. There are some welcome treats in the room. Overall, good value for money.

Better bed clothing would have been nicer.

It's been my second time staying here and certainly not the last. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, has a cozy vibe, makes you feel at home. The location is excellent, well-connected. The host, Alexandrine, is really helpful, responsive and flexible. I enjoyed my stay here. Extra thanks to the host's friendly and helpful father who kindly helped with my suitcase on the stairs. :)

I'd recommend installing some stronger lights outside the door on the top floor, making it easier for guests to get in.

Lots of different restaurants within 10 mins walk. Great and very helpful service. Very clean. Big BePark parking in the close vicinity. Fan delivered as the temperature rose higher.

The place was 5 mins walk from my destination, so for me it was perfect. But if one needs to get to the center it would be up to 30 mins walk. Not so bad :) There is a bus stop in the street just under the window - the busses and loud music from cars stopping at traffic lights were generating a little bit of discomfort as I kept the window open.
