The best thing is the size of the standard room. It is huge (compared to other similar hotels). It also has a large round table, where I could work with my laptop and my papers in a comfortable way, without squeezing everything on top of a narrow desk. the room was recently redecorated, which is also good. I had stayed in this hotel in the past and the rooms were getting "old", but now it is fine. They have also put separate plugs for charging phones, near the beds, which is also convenient. Another excellent feature is the location of the hotel, very near the Schuman metro and train station, from which you can go everywhere in the city and also to the airport. The staff is excellent, polite and very helpful.
It's a small thing, but there was no second plug for the kettle, which was on top of the fridge. I had to move it elsewhere in the room to use it.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a business and tourist trip to Brussels, right in the midst of the EU institutions and with plenty of traffic connections, restaurants, and shops around. The cost of staying there is not low, but it seems to be lower than others in the area. The room is extremely big for any hotel, let alone one that is so central. It is actually more like a small apartment than a hotel room. It has a 24 hour desk and very friendly and helpful staff. I will try to stay there every time I am in Brussels.
Everything was great. No need for any particular upgrades. If I am being picky, the kitchen in the room is a bit dated. This is really being picky because you don't get a room that size and a kitchen in a hotel so central.

Great location, in particular for meetings with EU institutions: - spacious room, clean, tidy, bathroom renovated, - quick check in - check out, friendly staff, - very good breakfast, - close to metro station, train station and bus to the airport.
a) Bed was not comfortable. It was too soft. Would be happy if next time I will find a new one! :) b) Hotel prices in Brussels are getting crazy - and price per night was definitely too high. c) ... and I missed slippers (difficult to understand they are missing taking into account price paid and 4-star hotel?).

The room is spacious and clean, breakfast is correct, the location is good due to the proximity of the EU institutions where I had a meetings, as well as easy access to the City Center and the airport thanks to the railway and metro stations that are close to the hotel.
There are no contents such as slippers, coffee machine, minibar, which become standard in modern hotels. Renovation is needed if you want to keep this price level. Also, the room is not too warm, but let assume that the reason for this is global energy saving in EU related to disruptions in supply chains due to the war in Ukraine.

Really good location, right next to the metro/train station and Cinquantenaire Park. Kitchen facilities was also good, we could made dinner 😁. The room was very spacious.
Due to flight delays my dad arrived before me and they wouldn't let him check in until payment is done - probably my mistake as I thought I selected immediate payment when booking. But they had my bank details via booking.com so payment would have been made either way, I couldn't understand the nonflexible of the staff even though I have messaged them to explain the situation and that I will pay as soon as I arrive (it was an away weekend gift for my dad so I didn't want him to pay for anything) 😞

The room was big and nice. It was quiet and had everything there. The location was very walkable and close to things, restaurants nearby etc. We had a car so left that in the spacious car park underground, which worked well.
We were only there the 1 night so didn't experience it much. The mattress was very soft and slightly uncomfortable. The eggs at breakfast left a bit to be desired... but otherwise was all good.

The room, although a little old-fashioned, was truly gigantic, clean and equipped with all comforts. The bathroom and shower were the best part for us, I have never seen such a large and clean shower. We are used to traveling a lot and the bathrooms are always the worst part of our stays because they are not easy to maintain, especially if they have no windows and humidity stagnates in the room.
The only flaw was perhaps the small kitchenette in our studio apartment. We didn't cook, but if we had perhaps we wouldn't have been thrilled. The kitchen was really old.

Location of hotel is great when attending business areas of Brussels. Breakfast were nice and served even when we needed them to be served a bit earlier. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The weather was not very nice the week I was there. It was pretty windy and rainy and as there are no carpets in the rooms, the heaters were off and AC was not set for heating but rather for cooling up the room, the room was a bit chilly in the evening and night.

cleanness , enough space , location
The way the reception asked me for 50 euros for blocking but they didn’t mention that on the policies , so if I didn’t have that money it would have been a problem to me

The room was big and there was a lot of place for the belongings. There was a kettle and fridge in the room. There is also a stove but there were no dishes (in the hotel information it says that for them you need to contact the reception, but I don't know whether they charge for them). Very close to bus stop to the airport. 30 min on foot to Gare Central and city center.
The mattress was very soft, not to my liking. When you leave your suitcase in the luggage room you receive no proof of it. The staff opens the room whenever you ask for it.
