The location is great if you travel for work (walking distance to all EU institutions) and if you like morning runs (proximity to the park). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is served only on the week days when I did not have time for it. I would have had enjoyed it on the week-end. The space is great but the interior may need some renovation, especially the carpets (in generally, in my opinion, hotels should not have carpets as it is impossible to make them clean after guests coming and going; especially when they get older).

The apartment was clean and the kitchen were equipped with all needed for cooking and staying there comfortably. Very close to bus station to go to city center. The neighborhood very quiet and clean and family friendly.

It was mentioned that the view was toward the square (which is nice, as there is a park and open area), but the apartment was actually on the corner and did not have a square view.

Room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with all one needs for a stay including an equipped kitchen and a work area. Bathroom is spacious and had all that one would expect. Bed was very comfortable. There was a safe and a large wardrobe with hangers in the room

There was not enough lighting in the room. Although there was an ironing board there wasn't an iron in the room.

Excellent room and location

They do not clean every day. Staff were excellent and helpful, when they were available during office hours. However, this is not very convenient for people arriving after 7 or 8pm in the evening.

I was really pleased with everything. I highly recommend this place if you are for example vegan, or have other food requirements and cannot dine in places in the city and still want to enjoy their trip. We found some special food in the nearby supermarkets and prepared our own food in the kitchen corner of our living room which was really cute and comfortable. We loved everything. Also the connection to the center and the location was even better then we expected.

The room was particularly spacious and the bed very comfortable. I was very impressed at how quiet the room was at night.

Arriving at a premises with no staff at all made me feel vulnerable. Also picking my keys out of the box where all the other keys were left meant that someone else could've seen my name and room number. I saw everyone else's name and room number! I find it odd that there was not even a security staff. Also - the room had french windows opening onto a share terrace and yet there were no net curtains for privacy during the day.

Hotel is out of the overly busy touristic area, has own underground garage and plenty of interesting apartments with different room configurations. i have checked 3 different types, and selected apartment with separate bedroom, living room and kitchen with dining area. Some apartments have bathroom with toilet in one, and some toilet in a separate space close to the entrance - options for either preference are available. Bed sizes differ from room to room, from 160 to 200cm wide. They are comfortable and clean. Pillows are very comfortable, and there are additional ones in the wardrobe, who needs to keep the head higher. Separate heating regulation in living in bed room allows full comfort. Bathrooms are clean, well lit and equipped nicely. Kitchen super clean, with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and water kettle. Dish washer included with few spare tabs, so you can just move in and enjoy life like at second home. Price for such experience is good. I can recommend both the location and facilities to anyone who prefers staying a bit away from the crowded noisy centre, but still close enough to get where you want in few minutes.

Location was perfect for my needs. The room was bright, clean and very comfortable - everything I needed was there. Staff were excellent, assisting my friends who had been let down by their own accommodation. Would highly recommend the B-Ambiorix for both business and leisure travellers.

My only complaint was that there are no net curtains on the windows which is a little uncomfortable as you have people from the houses/apartments across the road looking directly in to your room so I felt the need to keep the heavy curtains closed all the time.

The apartment is situated in an Apart-hotel type of building, close to some of the EU institutions (6-7 min walk to the EU Commision). Also close (less than 10 min walk) to parque du cinquantenaire. There's good connections with all major public transport - buses right in front of the building, metro and trains 10 min walk. The apartments itself was larger than expected, very clean, large comfortable bed, clean bathroom (and big). The kitchenette was helpful, there is a dish washer, small fridge and electric (induction) stove.

For self catering people, some more utensils for cooking would be nice. Like a spatula for omelette or fried eggs. Only one access card - you need it for entry into the building but also for the elevator. So if you split up with your partner, he has to come downstairs to pick you up.

Check in was easy and smooth, the advice and guidance from staff was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent bed and bathroom.

There were two doors in the room to neighbouring rooms and despite being isolated (I guess), I could clearly hear a conversation from one of the rooms through the door during the night. perhaps just close off and remove the door completely .
