Good location and 15 min walk into town Centre. Typical breakfast and plentifull. The tram stops outside the hotel and is roughly 15 min ride into the centre. It's worth buying a city ticket if you're staying for 2 or more days. Gives you free access into all attractions, free tram, bus and canal rides.

Location.. just a 10-15 minute walk from the main square where you will find all tourist attractions.

we love this Hotel.. we always have the deluxe double room which is huge and has a big terrace with furniture outside to enjoy a drink on a summers evening. I feel that perhaps the terrace furniture could be upgraded to mirror the quality of the room and also in the bathroom which is luxurious, maybe place bath sheets and not the little towels that barely cover you. We were bitten severely by mosquitoes which made us uncomfortable, but apart from these things, our stay was lovely. The bed is huge and so comfortable, staff supplies extra pillows promptly when asked.

Its close to center, tram stops right in front of hotel, staff was amazing and friendly, the room and bathroom had an interesting design which I haven't seen anywhere before, I suggest couples would be comfortable there rather than few guy friends due to the bathroom being right in the room, although with closed doors but still... As I said, its bit strange, look at pictures first.

There was no kettle in room, that I didn't like, also the doors are not sound proof, I could hear people outside walking and talking and it disturbed me, few adjustments to the doors would be good. Also bed needs more pillows. Other than that, it was very good

Great and clean hotel. The location was better than I expected, it's around 20–25 minutes walking, and you're in the city center. Rooms and the building are very modern and it has everything you need for a short stay. Also, love their effort in accessibility and green choices.

Unfortunately, because it's a green building, the ventilation it almost doesn't exist. We stayed during the cold days and still it was pretty stiff inside the rooms. I would recommend them putting a fan in each room. Another issue is mosquitos. They have sunscreens on the windows but they automatic. We asked the stuff and they put them down manually. It greatly helped with mosquitos.

We stayed there already several times over the last 2 years. Reasonable good location as the tramway stop is right across. Walking distance to the city centre in 20 min. Rooms are spacious and all set for disabled persons which is fine as it provides more room. Rooms in the back are noiseless avoiding the street and with a pleasant view on the garden side. Bads are comfortable.

A little more effort for a cleaner bathroom would be nice. We did not notice that one window was out of position (wrongly opened by someone earlier) and ended up with plenty of mosquitoes to fight off at night. We tend to avoid the breakfast as I find it excessively expensive compared to the room rate being reasonable.

The accessibility of the rooms were great and as described in the pictures. There was plenty of space for a wheelchair user to utilise the whole room (shower included). The staff were very friendly and made everything easy for the stay. This is my first time in an accessible hotel room and it has made a good impression, I was very comfortable during my stay!

Although the flooring in the shower is non-slip, the rest of the bathroom could be a little slippery because of the open shower concept - perhaps a curtain for those who want to use them as I understand the open concept would be key for accessibility.

The staff were freindly, the room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and clean. Beds were also comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. You have to pay to park in the garage under the hotel or you could try your luck getting a close spot on the street. The location was was about a 5-10 minute drive from all the sights. Not much to complain about!

In our room there was no way to control the temperature. We didn't want to let in mosquitos so we couldn't keep the window open. It was a very warm night so sleeping was a little uncomfortable. I think this could be remedied by offering fans. Despite this we had a great stay.

The size of the rooms, the cleanliness, the location, only 15 mins walk from choice of restaurants, the castle.

The bar area was a bit clinical and it was slow to get served in an evening because there was only one member of staff working on reception and the bar. There is no restaurant service in the evening (although apparently they will order take away for you)! In the end the lack of evening restaurant was a good thing as it forces us out to explore. The partly frosted glass bathroom doors caused hilarity but we all agreed they are one of the supplier design trends in hotel rooms...

The hotel is by St Lukas station, easy to find. You can walk everywhere (20 mins walk to the center). The room was clean and comfy, it is fine if you travel for work and alone. There is nothing cozy / romantic about the place, but if you like sparkling clean, comfort, and minimalist environment, it will suit you. I enjoyed my stay.

Sound isolation and sensor light in the bathroom, which wakes you up in the night, if you have trouble sleeping, this may bother you as you must wait for 2-3 minutes the bright light to go away (you cannot turn it off manually) and this time is enough for sleep to go away. If you do not have any sleep problems, this likely will not bother you at all.

It looked like a new property and well maintained. Location is great. There is a tram stop right next to the hotel and takes 8-10 min to reach center. Rooms are spacious and spot on clean. 2 water bottles per day on the house (which is rare) Ample underground parking space with 5-6 electric car designated area. Staff is super helpful and answered all the queries with good details.

The bathroom door could not be closed completely. It was a little loose. You could hear the noise whenever the doors of nearby rooms were closed/open. It seemed like the main door of the room was not sound proof. Rest all the walls and windows were sound proof and no noise at all from outside the hotel.
