Fantastic location, bed was very comfortable, check in instructions were clear and easy, Room was exactly as described and very quiet! Air conditioner easy to regulate. Everything clean.

Not enough hot water to even have 5 minute shower, also it would have been nice to have some hooks or something on the outside shower door or somewhere else in reach to hang a change of clothes. Coffee machine tank had water leak, which we noticed on arrival (wet top of fridge) and no packets of sugar (or milk). These things could be better but it wouldn’t deter me to book here again.

the property is fully contactless, meaning there is no staff at hand for anything. i wanted to gain access to the hotel 15mins before 3pm - just to drop my luggage but that is also not possible as nobody answered the call when i pressed the call button. and finally the stairs - while it is understandable that its a renovated old building - its steep and narrow. What isnt understandable is that there are nails coming out fr the broken wood pieces on the stairs. my tshirt got snagged on it and gone!

Hotel full of charm and character. Location was amazing. Really special unique property. Beds were big and comfortable. Loads of space in our room.

The lock didn’t work properly a few times. And the shower didn’t have hot water for long. But the staff fixed it straight away.

Really nice design! White/black combination with wood and a lot of light. The rooms is really nicely furnished and the disposition is fantastic! I loved it. As well the central position of the hotel. you don’t need the car to see the city center.

There wasn’t anybody (for me is the alfa-omega the interaction with a person). When there is something out of the scheme, the person will always be available. The TV was not working and the cleaning woman forgot the trash bag in the room. What would be really appreciated is to informe your visitiors, that there is the LEZ rule for drive into the city!!!!!! Otherwise you get fined about 370€ for every drive!

The room had an inside patio and looked very elegant. There was a kitchen behind the closet wall. The location was around the corner of the Friday market with many restaurant options. It was nice and quiet.

The bathroom walls could be re-painted. The self check-in was not obvious or easy to manage. One key on the code in the email was not the same as on the keyboard on the wall.

Very clean and bright room . Quality bed .

If other people living in the same hotel are not careful with being quiet then you will hear them clearly because the building is old . Wooden stairs etc .

The communication was nice (important and enough information per email, no extra/unnecessary information), the room was perfectly clean and the set up/getting to the room was very easy

More about the facility, the room was too hot (but had air-conditioning to cool it down).

Very good location. The room is spacious enough, and the heat can be adjusted according to need.

The towels should be cleaner, they should smell like detergent/balm.

An exceptional space up in the attic. Be aware that there is no lift and the stairs are steep but it's such a peaceful and high quality space.

I'd have loved the 3 big attic windows to be clean! I know - greedy, right!

Locality, comfort, every day cleaning, self check in /out, equipment for cooking, very, very comfortable bed.

Parking is expensive in Gent, free parking in front of hotel just between 23:00-8:00. Would be fine to have kettle in the room.
