This was a lovely little boutique room in a nice location. The room was very nicely decorated. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. It's close to the tram if needed, but only a short walk into the centre of Ghent.

It's a self check in service - so it took us a moment or two to figure out where we were meant to go and what we were meant to do. But we got there in the end. Instructions were clear (in hindsight)! A low beam above the bed meant we had to be careful manouvering in the dark .. The lighting in the room could be improved and it was a little tricky working out what switch turned which light on!

This is a cute boutique hotel with lots of charm. The check in process was easy using the iPad and key maker in the reception area. The rooms were lovely, and just like the pictures portrayed. People complained about it being dark, but that’s because of the paint and decorations which is on theme for this hotel. Good location with an easy walk to all the main tourist attractions.

The floors could have been cleaner, but this is an overall immaterial concern.

Our room was stylish and spacious and clean. It had a kettle which is a small feature but always great to see if you are a tea drinker. There was also a few help yourself breakfast provisions available in the reception area.

We stayed 3 nights and I did not see a single staff member all the time we were there. Checking in was the worst part, our QR code that made our room key didn't work and without the help of some other guests in the same situation we would have been stuck.

Room was fantastic and very chic. Excellent bed and covers. Spotlessly clean. Location is just outside of city centre near to bars and cafes. Breakfast, help yourself, worked great and likes the big jar of water in the room. Great bar to pick up a late cocktail. Restaurant looked great but did not try this time Check in and out was fast and simple on the computer and all information was sent before checkin Tip. If like me you checked out then remember you left keys in room don’t worry as key still worked!!

Few more coffees or a Nespresso in room. Windows could do with blinds as either neighbors see you getting changed or it is pitch black Tram was a pain at 7:00am with hangover but that is hardly the hotels fault..

Loved staying in this cute stylish boutique hotel, we only stayed one night and we were out for most of the day exploring Gent. The hotel is designed tastefully and very warm! Loved all the little details and charm. There’s a restaurant which we weren’t able to eat at because it was full but would love to experience next time!

The rooms are not very big, they look bigger in the photos however that didn’t take away from our experience

Beautiful boutique hotel in a fabulous location. We stayed in room 2 which was in the old part and loved the combination of old wooden beams and contemporary decor. Check in/ out was very easy and a small complimentary breakfast including very good coffee is also included The rooms are above a reputable restaurant, but we didn’t try this time. Parking right outside at a reasonable cost by metre

nothing it was beautiful- the narrow stairs treads may be challenging for anyone with mobility issues or impaired sighting but we loved their character

We really liked the hotel, especially the interior is very nice. Also the location is perfect, lots of nice breakfast places and bars in the area. A little bit out of centre but a nice walk to other parts of Ghent.

We didn't really understand why there wasn't a door between the bathroom and the bedroom itself. For us it didn't matter much but I can imagine it is not great for everyone. Other than that we could hear music from the restaurant from the outside speakers until late, and after the restaurant closed we could hear people cleaning up and so on after midnight.

Fantastic room, excellent location, amazing mattress and perfect for a city stay. Great price.

No staff on site, which was not advertised in description. There is a “digital butler” service which did not work. The self-service breakfast was not as described either. Simply coffee.

The peace and quiet. No noise from outside and I didn’t hear other guests at all. It is very accessible for central Ghent. It is on a tram line so I came from the station in 15/20 mins without issue.

This is a very small thing, I was in room 9 and found it quite dark when getting ready. There are no over head lights at all!

Everything was good: location, the girl at the reception, decoration…, the room was better than expected. A little breakfast for free at the reception was really nice in the morning. Really good

I booked the suite instead of the regular room looking for a bathtube instead of shower but when I came in, I realised the suite did not have. The girl at the reception tried to please me but it was not possible. It must be clearer before booking the room
