location is perfect. right in the heart of the city. Having a closed parking lot is very good for those who come by car. The rooms are clean, the bathroom and the toilet are large enough. The shower gel and soaps used in the bathroom are of high quality. rituals brand. Ms. Zeynep at the reception has a very good relationship with the guests. Thanks to his directions, we were able to quickly experience the beautiful key places in the city. I liked the hotel in general, except for the price. The price is a little expensive. At least breakfast should have been included in this price.

Excellent hotel with an ideal price-quality ratio. The room is small, but clean and has everything you need for your stay. For example, a kettle, mini-fridge, safe and hairdryer. Very welcoming and friendly people at the reception. During our stay, we talked to three employees and they were all very friendly. The sauna works as it should, it gets to the temperature relatively quickly (15 minutes), the quality of execution is 4 out of 5, but for this price it is a sin to complain. The location is great, with the ability to go out on different sides of the street, depending on where you need to go. I really liked the hotel, it deserves more than 3 stars. I wish you inspiration in the new year, so that with small improvements the hotel will become an even more wonderful place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location was perfect! Within walking distance to just about everything we wanted to see. The breakfast was very good, the staff was very friendly, and the parking was super convenient. We arrived late (around 10 PM) and had carefully navigate the pedestrian zone, but it was easy enough to find and well worth what we paid for it. If you are driving and choose to use their parking garage, be sure to listen to the reviews and bring a SMALL car - larger cars will not fit. There is also a fantastic outdoor pool! I'm not sure if it's heated but it was warm enough for my kids and they had a great time.

The beds were like a slab of rock. It was fine for the two nights we were there but I wouldn't be able to stay here for longer than that unfortunately. Even my kids mentioned the hard beds.

Superb location, right in the historic centre of Ghent. The staff were so welcoming, so friendly and very helpful indeed. Our room was luxurious and the beds were very comfortable. I don't normally sleep well in hotel beds, but I did here. The room was very clean and the toiletries were really nice. The breakfast was great too. Easy to park, and the car park was fine, not too cramped if your car is normal sized, and you have spatial awareness and know how to drive and manoeuvre it correctly.

The only thing is that there is a rather limited menu at the bar. Don't misunderstand me, the food we did have was good quality, and the bar staff are lovely. There are plenty of great places to eat nearby, but after a long journey it would be nice to have the option of a proper meal on the first evening. It isn't a criticism, more a suggestion that it would be great to have more food available in the evening.

Great location! The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were a bit small and too firm. The breakfast was tasty and a good price, and the 24 reception made for a seccure stay. Nice, fast wifi! Great water pressure for the shower. A great value for the price!

The room shows obvious signs of wear. Chipped paint, throughout the room, especially on corners.. The carpet thread bare in spots where it looks like the sofa would have ben opened for a 2nd bed. But still not enough to make me feel the room wasn't cared for.

Location was super handy. Room was nice enough.

Downside of the location is that we heard loud music and drunk people screaming until the early morning hours, even though the windows were closed. I guess the sound isolation is pretty poor. Although the room was fine for our purposes, it looked like it still has the spackled walls from the 80s and worn, chipped paint, etc. giving it a bit more of a budget feel.

Location is perfect and convenient all walking distance to the city centre, restaurants, boats rides and all interesting places to visit

All staffs are friendly and helpful from the front office, house keeping and restaurant but during our check out on Thursday 22/8/2024 at 11.30 am I asked the front desk staff ( a woman ) if I could let my car for an hour extra time at the basement hotel parking ( I booked and paid 30 euros for a day ) she asked me to pay 15 euros for an hour and she asked me to pay cash instead of credit card!! So when I came back to the hotel to collect my car it was around 12.20 noon so I told her I only used the parking for less than an hour but she is reluctant to give back the balance of the parking, for me it’s not about money that I’m writing here but it’s more about the honesty

Staff were all really friendly. Room was comfortable and the location was right in the town centre. The staff went above and beyond to help when we arrived. They allowed us to store luggage and even gave my daughter an ice lolly when it was so hot which was very much appreciated. They didn't mind when we had to pop back to retrieve items we had left in the luggage and even asked us about the event we were attending. I cannot recommend the staff highly enough.

Finding the place was slightly tricky. The published address is actually at the back of the hotel, so not the main entrance.

- Excellent location - all of the main sites were within 5 minutes walk - Very clean room - Hot, powerful shower - The air con was comfortable - it is a grate in the wall, so not an actual air con machine and not as powerful as most air con machines. However, We kept it in the lowest setting (5 degrees) and it was perfect temperature. - Really friendly and helpful front desk staff. The gentleman who checked us in was excellent. - A kettle and coffee/tea in the room - Nice decor in the hotel. It felt very fancy to us and was good value for money, especially being so central - Easy check in and check out - we were even able to check in 2 hours earlier because our room was ready - We had all the basic amenities, but there’s access to much more on request We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we ever return to Ghent.

The bed was a little firm and one side was slightly sloped, so my husband kept rolling off the side. It was a little difficult to sleep, however the firmness of the bed is obviously personal preference so would not be relevant for everyone.

Perfect location, really central. We had a nice window view of a church across the square. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and fridge with space for your own drinks. Clean room with nice big shower. Outdoor pool with seats and a few sun beds, if you get good weather. Nice bar, can’t comment on restaurant as we ate out.

Nothing bad. Underground car park is tight. We have a small SUV so was ok but if bigger or your not a confident driver you may scratch your car on the walls.
