Absolutely everything was top class. The accommodation is around a 15 minute walk to the old town and chairlift. The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. The restaurant was excellent with very good food and an incredible wine list and the host was very knowledgeable of the local wines Not only does this property provide accommodation but you can take a private tour of the vineyards or organise transfers to and from the airport or to the nearby bear sanctuary in absolute luxury in the motel's private vehicle. The host is fluent in number of languages including: English, Spanish and Russian...maybe more 😀 I highly recommend this accommodation- don't look anywhere else!

Yet again, this hotel didn't disappoint us. The host is just amazing and makes you feel at home. The room was very clean with amazing view and comfortable beds. The restaurant is one of our favorite, with relaxing atmosphere and delicious food. The menu is balanced and every meal is a piece of art. The wine list offers great variety and after dinner, you can continue in the lobby where the atmosphere is very cozy. Our dog also had an amazing time because pets are welcome at no extra charge and can freely enjoy the yard and the lobby with water available throughout the hotel. He even ate the host's dog's food and still made friends with her :)

Very warm and friendly welcome from the owner of this small family run hotel; he even carried all our luggage up to our room - and we had a lot! Spacious, simple, spotlessly clean room. The weather was extremely hot but we were offered a fan. Room cooled down during the night. A big window and door to a little verandah meant we could get cool air into the room. We had to go out early in the morning, before breakfast and our lovely host packed some sandwiches and fruit for us which we greatly appreciated. We only stayed one night but would happily stay here again if we ever came back to Bansko. Thank you for a great stay.

We liked everything! The villa was spacious and very cozy with all the wood. There are 3 bathrooms, 1 on the first floor and 2 on the second. It was very warm and the villa has a fridge, microwave and kettle. The host is very tentative and made us feel like home, even our dog was welcomed warmly. He has great taste for wine and everything in his restaurant is really delicious. The yard is very quiet and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is less than 10min from the town center.

Its a family owned hotel and it is very clean, the hotel owner is very very nice! he drove us everywhere we wanted to go, gave us recommendations and took very good care of us. There are also a cat and 3 small dogs staying at the hotel which is very sweet. They didn’t bother us at all. the view from our rooms was lovely!

The only downside i can think of is that it does not have an elevator, otherwise everything was superb! Just a small recommendation, maybe add more items (cereals/ ham etc) to the breakfast.

Location is 10 minute walk from centre if you dont mind the walk. The owner / manager was very helpful and helped us with some requests. He also offered the room for late check-out which was great after a day of skiing. we stayed at a house with 2 rooms and it was very comfortable. The hotel is a small boutique hotel without many amenities but still very nice and well presented.

Breakfast could be be a little bit better with some more choices, but it was still enough to satisfy most people basic needs.

I loved my stay at Hotel Famil. The owners treated me like family. Always greeting me, bringing me water, letting me play with their pets (2 cats, 1 dog, and an adorable kitten). I was the only guest for part of the time since Bansko was not really busy in the early summer. They would serve me a custom-made omelet with freshly cut veggies every morning. It really did feel like home. The location was great, just on the other side of the river from the old town square.

There was no A/C, and the rooms get stuffy in the afternoon sun. The WiFi worked well in the lobby on the ground floor, but the WiFi in the rooms would go in and out. If you are willing to only use internet while in the lobby, everything is fine.

Good location in walking distance to the city center, good size for the room with a wonderful view to Pirin mountains. The breakfast was varied and a very good quality. Same was the case for dinner that has been very tasty. The manager is a very pleasant and helpful person that also gave us useful information about the local markets and possible activities in the area. For sure we will come back when in Bansko!

Very welcoming hosts, which are doing their best to make you give you the "home" feeling, by trying to accomodate all client's needs. Hotel provides a very good value for money being situated within walking distance to the Old Center and Pirin Street. We've had a very spacious room, well heated and with all ameninties needed - fridge, sat TV. Breakfast is good and we've much appreciated the nice atmosphere created by hosts every morning! Transfers to and from gondola were ensured by the host with his own car, which was a nice gesture for us! Totally reccomend! Thanks to the hosts, for making our stay perfect!

the man who runs this hotel and his family were the loveliest people. they were beyond helpful. driving us around to pools and organised a massage for us last minute. just really lovely genuine people running a lovely hotel in walking distance from the chair lift etc
