Everything was ok, plenty of food for breakfast, various combinations (fish, meat vegetables) for lunch and dinner, and a lot of various salads and sweet cakes. All Incl works well, they offer domestic beer and rakija, and mastika that was delicious (also other types of soft drinks, coffe and ect). Spa area and pool were clean and working as well. Specialy glassed top of the pool with natural Sunlight make you fill comfortable. Location close to Gondola and just 10m from city center. Best regards for the staff doing good job. I'll come again...

we were staying during new year with children in the room with two isolated bedrooms two showers and toilets nice spa zone with small children pool and three types of sauna (but the floor was slippery and nothing like life vest for children) good dinner for it’s price, a lot of fries, pasta, sausages for kids, salads for adults very clean, everyday service bathrobes for spa beautiful terrace with a view comfortable beddings

Wi-Fi was poor sometimes nothing to cook in the room, no plates, but huge table the common kids room is only for children under 4 I think the play room with slot machines, I think not good for the hotel like this expensive martini in the lobby bar a little bit outdated design and interior not blackout curtains some noise from the hotel corridor

Buffet breakfast and dinner, big choice of dishes, very tasty. Good location, clean rooms, a very comfortable bed, balcony. Swimming pool, steam room, jacuzzi..A very nice hotel,gladly come back next year.

The internet is sporadic, and we had to go down to the reception and ask to restart the router every morning. Three massive dogs lying on the pavement outside the hotel, a lot of barking at night,but the dogs weren't aggressive to people.

We liked the location very close to the gondola, the spa was excellent, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the dinner was tasty. At first, we received a very tiny apt, different to what the pictures looked like when booking, but they agreed to move us after the first night.

The rooms are a bit old fashioned, some pipes were leaking, but we were told that this year the Annex building where we stayed will be closed for restauration. We missed a hair drier in the room and couldn't get one. The room cleaning service is superficial. The parking at the hotel is 10 Leva a day.

Bansko is a small beautifull place. Set up between apsolutely beautifull mountains, streams and rivers, right at the Piran National Park. Nature is amazing, the smells of trees and mountain flowers makes you feel like you just jumped into the tea. Hotel Vihren Royal Palace is just there, on the perfect location, right next to the Gondola. Spa area at the hotel is exceptionally clean, breakfast is excellent, staff very polite. Room is large, comfortable beds, good size fridge, coffee maker.

The pool was nice and clean the restaurant also very good , dinner was good the breakfast could be more good ,must add some things

There was no air-condition not even in rooms .also at restaurant aria the cool was not working normal . Don’t know how would be at winter but in summer is not recommend . The breakfast was poor and the refill was very slow , some times they just did not .

The hotel was great - it had a great location, next to a lively street and at a convenient distance from the bus station. My room was everything I expected it to be and I was really comfortable during my stay. The food was delicious and the spa center was both convenient and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and assisted me as best as they could. I enjoyed my stay at Vihren Palace quite a bit and I'd recommend it to friends.

They put a very bad quality soap for body and hair in the shower that turned our hair very dry and the quantity was not enough.. definitely take your shampoo and shower gel with you.. the other thing is that it has no air conditionning.. it was soooo hot and we couldn t open the windows because of the insects

The location is very good, you are close to everything, the restaurants and the gondola. Very Big room. If you are looking for a place with good price and secure parking, this is a good one. The staff was very polite and helped me with parking. The breakfast was very good and with a lot of options.

No wifi in my room. For a four-star hotel, the furniture is pretty old but the room is clean and that was not a problem for me.

It has everything you need only a block away from the lifts. Staff were great, food at the restaurant looked like it should cost twice as much. The indoor pool and spa were beautiful. Nice, but small balconies. Supermarket very close by, everyone spoke great English and appreciated that I spoke a few words of Bulgarian.

No complaints, OK, the beds are not quite what I am used to being a spoiled American.
