The location and the room were excellent, the food was very good and staff were very nice and accommodative especially Miss Lyman who was very nice helpfully and very sweet, I would come back just for her.

The jacuzzi was not working and the pool water was cold on the first day hover on the next day it was ok.

We had a summer stay with a baby, the location is perfect for that, a walking distance to the main street and still having the mountains landscape. The facilities are great, the amount of pools were great.

You can get lost in the hotel due to its complexed structure, to get from our room to the Spa we had to pass stairs, 2 elevators and long walking. If you have a baby stroller or a suitcase you will need to lift it at some point, with a baby it might be painful as you are doing it each time. The breakfast was 7/10 and dinner was 4/10. There is a single air-condition in the leaving room which is not ideal but ok.

Everything was really well prepared, the pool was great size- and temperature-wise. The breakfast and dinner offered a great variety of foods, including vegan, fish, lactose-free etc. meals.

The beds were a bit hard and there was no AC in our bedrooms (the rooms were chill nevertheless during the night, which made things much more bearable)

Breakfast was very good. Amazing swimmingpoule with waterslides, kids loved it. Kids also loved all the activities for the children. The lady who ran it, did a very good job! Also the apartment with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms was great. Nice lobby area and terrace to sit in the evening.

Never quite understand hotel star ratings. Regnum may have 5 stars from facilities perspective, but it doesn't really look luxurious because of the cheap materials and furniture used to build/decorate the hotel rooms. It is not to be compared with 5 star Kempinski in Bansko but of course it also does not have the premium price of the Kempinski, much more affordable.

I loved the big room with 2 separate bathrooms which is great having with kids, the breakfast is great! The variety of pools! Very good and happy we stayed there 😊 The playroom for the kids didnt have much to offer although the woman playing with the kids was very nice 🙂 it is very big my kids liked to just run around there.

I liked less the fact that only the living room had air conditioning and not the bedrooms as well. The view of the room was towards an unbuilt building which wasn't nice but i knew before we will have no view so didn't expect any.

Just everything is above our expectations! Wide rooms with balcony, comfortable bad and pillows I never meet jet, breakfast and dinner are delicious and versatile, 3 hours timing each. Very quiet beside many family guest. Spa with closeed and opened pools are comming into accomodation, with different pleasure temperature each, sauna and steam room are something new for me and I used it many times. It was a wanderfull weekend. By the way the hotel was fill with guests I didnt see that in other hotels. I'll be back! and Alal neka im se parite !

I'm not sure, but it will be better with lower prices for massage so no one will think twice.

clean, friendly staff, 5th time staying

Kind, sweet and really professional staff throughout the whole hotel! The spa was amazing, it had everything we wanted/needed and we were able to fully relax and enjoy ourselves. The restaurant and the bar are top notch. The chef in the restaurant makes the most delicious scrambled eggs and muffins I’ve ever tried. The cocktails at the bar were really good and the bartender is the absolute sweetest person. Specious and really comfortable room. Big bathroom, 55’ TV in the living room, massive bed that was extremely comfortable. We also had great view of the river and the mountains on our balcony. I was really impressed by the great cleaning staff and how quickly they would clean the rooms when we go out. There is a safe in the room, really good room service and amazing view of the mountains. Would absolutely recommend to everyone and I am planning on coming back here!

Early check in after we arrived early was no problem. We've stayed here before so were expecting a large and well appointed room - we weren't disappointed. We've stayed before in the inter-season but we came back in the summer so my son could use the outdoor pools. The 'adults' pool is large with plenty of loungers and a well appointed pool bar. The two kids pools were slightly warmer and my son loved the two water slides. We ordered room service in the evening which was prompt and tasty per our previous experience. The wifi is good. We'll come back for sure!

The selection of channels on the tv in the rooms could be improved.
