The bar staff (a lady and a man) is a little bit sarcastic. Is my first time when an employee is addressing to me with the appellation "my friend 9 leva". 🤨 And for the lady when I've asked her with no ice, she changed her face and she gave my drink in a ridiculous and offensive way like "ya"! 🤔

Room: Spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, with ample storage, a balcony, and great views. Daily impeccable cleaning included fresh towels and even folded pajamas. Breakfast and Dinner (we had half-board): Very good and diverse food options Facilities: On-site minimarket, play areas for kids (including a pool table, ping pong, and arcade games and a separate room for little kids to play), and a cozy bar area in the lobby near the reception (as pictured). Spa: Nice spa area with three saunas (aroma, Finnish, wet), a good-temperature pool, and massage services available (extra cost). Ski/Snowboard rental shop also available at the hotel. All the staff we interacted with was very nice and knew english at a good level. Very good position of the hotel. You can quickly reach the paid parking lot (at the end of the gondola). Gondola is near as well and the offer regular shuttle to and from. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Bansko with minor areas for improvement!

Noise: noises from other rooms and gaps above doors were noticeable. Pillows: Uncomfortable, could be improved. Spa Noise: Close proximity of spa areas means pool sounds can disturb sauna users.

The apartment was really beautiful and well equipped. It even had a washing machine which was very handy.

The apartment didn’t have AC and the apartment was really hot, but when I requested a fan, they delivered one. I was looking for a child friendly hotel, and they only had a room with toys, but no other things suitable for toddlers. The rope park was for bigger kids, the scouts activities were in the local language (which I can understand) and there was nothing else besides that. The food in the restaurant was of very uneven quality. First day, great dinner buffet, second day, good, third day, not really good (unsalted rice, pork with a lumpy sauce, etc). We paid a lot extra to include dinner since the hotel is kinda far away from town, and like this I thought it was not so worth to include it.

The food was absolutely delicious-we tried almost everything from the menu and it was just great. The breakfast was also everything you could wish for. The spa and the inner pool were very good as well. There is an adventure park for children that my son really enjoyed.

The room was not as luxurious as you would expect from the price. The smell from the bathroom was awful. And the elevator was scary to ride in. The outside pool was very small and ice cold.

The location and the interior- the fireplace in the lobby bar was amazing. Additionally they helped us with parking since it started snowing a lot.

The breakfast was the worst I ever had at a hotel. We saw what the dinner looked like and we were relieved we did not book all inclusive. Additionally we wanted to eat at the restaurant once for dinner, but half of the things in the menu were not available and the prices were too high for the quality they offered. That is why we preferred to eat outside were the food was amazing. If we stay again, I would book it without any food.

The design of the hotel is beautiful and rooms are spacious. The lobby is really nice and the spa is a great place for relaxation. The restaurant offers a great variety of delicious food.

The rooms are not sound isolated (you can hear a baby crying as well as a father snoring or a dog barking). There is a space between the wall and the door from which you can see inside the room. Also, the temperature in the room was way too high and the thermostat was not working.

The view, rooms were extra clean, cleaning personnel did their job amazingly good and on time It was very warm inside and cozy They have cozy, stylish lobby for real chill The bar and bartender is exceptional, every drink we ordered was created perfectly. I even ordered some cocktails to the pool(yes, it is possible here) The breakfast was ok, nothing special, simple but with taste. You have some options even if you don't consume much carbs like me. Add more protein options for desserts.

Our room was 101 and it smelled like kitchen in the bathroom occasionally and like sewerage (after telling that we have such a problem, the staff immediately reacted and fixed the problem, so it's a plus again)

It’s located in the end of bansko, so it’s quite and close to nature. The outdoors pool is beautiful and the room are very big.

It’s a bit old hotel, hard to see from the photos, but it’s very recognizable in the room. The bathroom needs renovation and our floor carpet didn’t smell so good. The elevator is super slow, because we have a stroller it was quite annoying.. the indoor pool is dark and not very chid friendly.

The hotel: Is nicely placed at the base of the mountains, slightly isolated than the rest of them. :arking: Slots are more than enough, even in full occupancy. Facilities: Are more than enough to satisfy most of the needs. SPA: Nice SPA area with a decent sized pool, jacuzzi, and excellent sauna area. Everything was extremely clean and maintained. Room: They are bigger than I am used to. Clean with enough toiletries and towels. Restaurant: Breakfast was above average, with enough options. Staff: Excellent services. Manager, receptionists, waiters, etc. all present to aid you in any case. I had a situation in which we could not sleep during the night due to a couple with a small kid, and we were offered another room instantly. Unfortunately, we could not stay in that room, and the manager talked to us, apologized, and offered us a free of charge upgrade.

I have to be quite picky to find things that I didn't like. Room: Even if they have everything that you could need, the bathroom is not on par with the rest of the room. Furniture and sanitaries are pretty worn. Also, the mattress did not fit my back (but this is subjective).

The apartment was spacious and bright, especially liked the fireplace in the living room that we could use for an extra fee. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel was very nice overall. The location at the slopes of the mountain makes it easy to go for walks in nature.

The sofa bed in the living room was very stiff and uncomfortable to sleep on. It was pretty small too, so it is ok for kids but not for grown ups to share. The spa center was nice but very crowded during the weekend.
