The location was great, the view from the hotel room was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly.

The pool and SPA area were extremely small for the size of the hotel, you had to wait in the queue to get to the sauna or steam room. The water pressure in the room was very low, sometimes you couldn’t even wash your hands. Water was getting either extremely hot or cold despite the heat control in the shower. The lobby bar works only in the winter, so you had to go the restaurant to get a drink which was uncomfortable for a person with baby in a stroller. The hotel needs to be refreshed as there were leaks on the ceiling, ripped/broken furniture and for a 4* hotel this is unacceptable.

Great location, very clean and spacious, attentive to details in all aspects, 10 minutes away to Bansko. I was very impressed especially because we visited during the summer and my expectation was for then to allocate more staff and efforts during the winter when is busier. I was wrong. They keep everything in perfect conditions, from landscape to room amenities. The SPA is amazing. The staff was very polite, helpful, always at the guests service. I congratulate the team and shall return for sure. My stay was perfect.

The location is great and the staff is very nice and friendly. The food is delicious but the prices in the restaurant are a bit too high. The villa was not very clean when we arrived but it was cleaned very well every day of our stay. The yard in front of the villas was very nice and the pool was clean with a great separate part for children.

The villa needs renovation and with so many stairs it is not suitable for small children/toddlers. There was a lot of dust in the villa when we arrived. There is no microwave and not a single sharp knife.

The villa was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was well served and quite tasty. The indoor pool was magnificent, the best we’ve ever been: medicinal water at the right, comfortable temperature, and a huge jacuzzi area. The staff was absolutely delightful and well trained.

Considering the size of the villa, I was expecting to find an operative kitchen - at least one induction plate. As per the food at the restaurant - we had a-la-carte - it was erratic: the dishes that came from the grill were excellent, but all the rest was less than average. One of the reasons might have been the period we stayed, in-between Christmas and New Year, so the hotel was fully booked and the kitchen couldn’t cope with a-la-carte orders (most of the families had half-board packages). The pizzeria was also average, not quite a tasty pizza…

The house we stayed in was very comfortable for our family. Rooms were equipped with everything we needed, children really liked the place, the facilities, the pools and the spa. Varied breakfast, static dining room, everything was fresh and delicious. Staff was generous and welcoming.

Several times our parking lot was blocked with vehicles belonging to hotel guests. It is recommended to introduce signage for the information of hotel guests that regulates the issue.

The location and the hootel itself are amazing. The villa was spacious and the spa facilities are excellent (with the exception of the swimming pool which is rather small and shallow). The villa was very comfortable. The parking space by the door is very convenient. We were provided with free wood for the fireplace as compensation for the first night during which we didn't have any heating. This was a nice gesture but they made it only after we insisted for it and the receptionist making a grimace. Overall we were very happy with our stay and we would consider visiting again. Tip for visitors during cold weather - make sure the heating is on as soon as you check in as there is no one to turn it on after 8pm.

The first night we arrived the heating was off and it was very cold inside. They couldn't turn it on until the next morning. Meanwhile we were provided with a small fan heater but it was far from enough for the size of the villa. On the next morning after the heating was turned on the temperature was more than pleasant. There was some mould in the shower cabin and the bathtub wasn't clean. It may have been cleaned a while before our reservation as there was a lot of dust in it.

Still one of the best places to be in the region. Villas are well though out and offer great comfort for families. Great breakfast.

The facilities are starting to show their age. Hygiene and general maintenance need to be on a higher level for the price. We encountered problems with the access to the villa and with the electricity. Charging 30 BGN per night for a pet is much too expensive and unjustified.

4/10 on building the place considering the price - in the bathroom the tiles were stained permanently, all accessories were so crooked that my shampoo bottle was sliding to one corner; in the kitchenette the cabinet doors were misaligned so not closing properly 5/10 restaurant - friendly staff but the food was expensive and not good. we had raw flour in the pizza crust (not semolina on the bottom). Breakfast was 10/10 though

We hired a house. It was specious with 1.5 bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The view from the upper balcony was stunning. Loved the bathroom also overlooking the mountains. Location is great and quiet. Two great restaurants nearby (7min walk). Our favourite was Babuch. Bansko is only 10min away by car.

Property was clean, but only on the surface. We found some bugs, including a tick, perhaps from a previous pet as they are allowed in the property. Wardrobe didn’t have shelves on and we had to call a handyman to fix on day two. The breakfast was great but the daily restaurant has poor choice and highly overpriced in comparison to local choice in the area. Pool was lovely but the water hydro massage system was on a set timer and you have to wait to get it going. Overall the place is nice, new and very good, in spite of the small issues mentioned above.
